1保护性耕作对旱地麦-豆双序列轮作农田土壤水分及利用效率的影响显示文摘选择黄土高原陇中丘陵半干旱典型区———定西地区,在前期试验研究的基础上,2002~2004年通过对保护性耕作条件下旱地春小麦—豌豆双序列轮作农田土壤水分及利用效率的试验研究,结果表明:保护性耕作能够显著提高0~200cm土层土壤贮水量及含水量,这种作用在降水较少年份表现更为突出。免耕及免耕覆草较常规耕作土壤贮水量分别提高1 93%~7 25%和0 06%~3 58%。休闲轮作有利于提高土壤对降水的保蓄,具有良好的蓄水保墒作用,但不同的轮作序列表现不同。P/W各处理小麦收获期土壤0~50cm含水量均比W/P各处理小麦收获期土壤0~50cm含水量有所增加,增幅为0 33%~0 62%。0~200cm土壤含水量呈反S型变化,播种期、五叶期及收获期土壤具有较高含水量,而开花期土壤含水量则较低。免耕覆草处理的产量及水分利用效率分别为3709 69kg/hm2和10 45kg/hm2·mm,分别较常规耕作提高30 28%和40 08%。郭清毅 黄高宝 Guangdi Li YIN Chan 2005水土保持学报2005,19,3:105
2不同保护性耕作措施对旱作农田土壤水分的影响显示文摘研究了黄土高原西部旱农区传统耕作措施和五种保护性耕作措施对土壤水分垂直分布、动态变化、作物耗水量、水分利用效率及作物产量的影响.结果表明,不同保护性耕作措施对表层0~10cm土壤水分含量影响较大,免耕秸秆覆盖(NTS)在作物播种期可以显著增加播种期表层土壤含水量.0~200cm土壤剖面贮水量年变化分春夏作物旺盛生长失墒期(5月中旬~7月中旬)、夏秋雨季增墒期(7月中旬~10月下旬)和冬春稳墒期(11月~翌年5月上旬)3个阶段.尽管不同保护性耕作措施对0~200cm剖面贮水量影响不大,但作物耗水量却存在显著差异.免耕秸秆覆盖在增加作物耗水量的同时也提高了作物产量以及水分利用效率.地膜覆盖在有些年份也有利于降水的高效利用和作物产量的提高,但与秸秆覆盖相比不利于土壤肥力的持续提高.而且,如果种植小麦,出苗前若一次性降水较多时地膜覆盖将造成严重板结,影响出苗,进而降低产量和水分利用效率.因此,在黄土高原西部旱农区实施免耕+秸秆覆盖的保护性耕作措施,既有利于作物对有限降水的高效利用,提高作物产量,也可以促进农业可持续发展.李玲玲 黄高宝 张仁陟 晋小军 Guangdi LI Kwong Yin CHAN 2005生态学报2005,25,9:160
3免耕秸秆覆盖对旱作农田土壤水分的影响显示文摘通过20012004年的田间试验研究了免耕秸秆覆盖旱作农田的土壤水分效应。结果表明,免耕秸秆覆盖对表层土壤水分含量影响较大,在作物播种期可以减少表层水分蒸发,显著增加表层土壤含水量,但随着生育进程的推进,秸秆覆盖的抑蒸效果逐渐减弱。免耕秸秆覆盖对各个时期0200 cm土壤剖面上水分总量的影响不大,但年际间变化较大。采用免耕秸秆覆盖可以提高小麦-豌豆轮作系统作物产量以及水分利用效率、促进农田生态系统的良性循环,持续提高土壤肥力。李玲玲 黄高宝 张仁陟 晋小军 Guangdi LI Kwong Yin CHAN 2005水土保持学报2005,19,5:103
4免耕秸秆覆盖对旱作麦田土壤温度的影响显示文摘通过2001~2004年的大田试验研究了免耕秸秆覆盖对黄土高原西部旱地麦田土壤温度的影响。结果表明,土壤温度与气温关系密切;雨季土壤贮水多会导致土壤比热增大而来年早春地温回升慢;免耕秸秆覆盖与传统耕作的地温差不受天气状况的影响。与传统耕作相比,免耕秸秆覆盖可以稳定土壤温度,白天升温较慢,下午至夜间降温更慢。免耕秸秆覆盖降低春小麦全生育期的平均温度0.5℃~1.6℃,拔节至成熟期降低得更多,但对休闲期土壤温度影响不大。免耕秸秆覆盖春小麦经济产量可提高8.8%~28.8%,但产量与耕层平均地温无明显相关性。黄高宝 李玲玲 张仁陟 蔡立群 Guangdi Li Kwong Yin CHAN 2006干旱地区农业研究2006,24,5:65
5保护性耕作对旱作农田耕层土壤肥力及酶活性的影响显示文摘通过田间定位试验,研究了不同耕作方式对黄土高原西部旱农区耕层土壤肥力和酶活性的影响。结果表明,秸秆还田可以显著提高0—5和5—10 cm土层有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、铵态氮、速效磷、速效钾和3种水解酶活性;10—30 cm土层仅提高了有机质、全钾和速效钾含量,对其余各养分含量和水解酶活性并无明显影响。免耕降低了0—5、5—10和10—30 cm土层硝态氮含量,但对过氧化氢酶活性有明显促进作用。相关分析表明,土壤有机质、养分和碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶活性之间呈极显著相关关系。进一步应用主成分分析表明,土壤有机质、养分和水解酶活性共同反映着黄土高原雨养农区土壤肥力水平的高低。罗珠珠 黄高宝 Li Guangdi 张仁陟 蔡立群 2009植物营养与肥料学报2009,15,5:66
6长期保护性耕作对黄土高原旱地土壤肥力质量的影响显示文摘长期定位试验研究了黄土高原西部旱农区传统耕作措施和5种保护性耕作措施对豌豆-小麦(P→W)和小麦-豌豆(W→P)轮作序列的耕层土壤肥力质量的影响。结果表明,与传统耕作(T)处理相比,传统耕作秸秆还田(TS)和免耕秸秆覆盖(NTS)处理有机质含量分别提高11.61%~12.21%和12.13%~16.99%,全氮提高7.29%~8.42%和11.58%~12.95%,全磷提高10.35%~14.63%和13.79%~18.29%,全钾提高7.32%~7.51%和8.78%~9.15%,速效磷提高11.10%~12.41%和16.29%~20.99%,速效钾提高25.11%~43.26%和31.62%~44.22%,pH降低0.11~0.17个单位和0.09~0.16个单位。进一步利用加乘法则和加权综合法两种模型评价不同耕作方式下的土壤肥力质量,结果表明,土壤肥力质量指数排序为NTS处理>TS处理>NTP处理>NT处理>T处理>TP处理(P→W轮作序列)和NTS处理>TS处理>NT处理>NTP处理>TP处理>T处理(W→P轮作序列)。在黄土高原雨养农作系统中,实施免耕结合秸秆覆盖,对促进和维持土壤养分平衡,提高土壤肥力质量具有重要意义。罗珠珠 黄高宝 张仁陟 蔡立群 李玲玲 谢军红 Guangdi Li 2010中国生态农业学报2010,18,3:42

8Benefits of Conservation Agriculture on Soil and Water Conservation and Its Progress in China显示文摘Conservation agriculture has been practised for three decades and has been spread widely. There are many nomenclatures surrounding conservation agriculture and differ to each other lightly. Conservation agriculture (CA) is a system approach to soil and water conservation, high crop productivity and profitability, in one word, it is a system approach to sustainable agriculture. Yet, because conservation agriculture is a knowledge-intensive and a complex system to learn and implement, and also because of traditions of intensive cultivation, adoption rates have been low, since to date, only about seven percent of the world's arable and permanent cropland area is farmed under conservation agriculture. The practice and wider extention of conservation agriculture thus requires a deeper understanding of its ecological underpinnings in order to manage its various elements for sustainable intensification, where the aim is to conserve soil and water and improve sustainability over the long term. 9Effects of vegetation height and density on soil temperature variations显示文摘Reduction in vegetation cover caused by human activities has a great impact on soil temperature. It is important to assess how soil temperature responds to reduction of vegetation height and density. In this paper we first report the trends of mean annual soil surface and air temperatures recorded at the meteorological stations near the Ecological Research Station for Grassland Farming (ERSGF) from 1961 to 2007, then we setup an experiment using reed (Phragmites australis) stalks with different heights and densities to simulate effects of different vegetation height and density on soil and air temperatures. The warming rates of the mean annual soil and air temperatures were 0.043 and 0.041C a 1 , respectively. Changes of soil temperature were characterized by both increased mean annual maximum and minimum soil temperatures. At the experimental site, mean daily temperature, mean daily maximum soil and air temperatures increased significantly. In contrast, mean daily minimum soil temperature increased significantly while mean daily minimum air temperature decreased significantly as the height and density of reed stalks reduced during the experimental period. Mean diurnal soil temperature ranges were smaller than mean diurnal air temperature ranges. 10Effects of fencing on vegetation and soil restoration in a degraded alkaline grassland in northeast China显示文摘In order to restore a degraded alkaline grassland, the local government implemented a large restoration project using fences in Changling county, Jilin province, China, in 2000. Grazing was excluded from the protected area, whereas the grazed area was continuously grazed at 8.5 dry sheep equivalent(DSE)/hm2. In the current research, soil and plant samples were taken from grazed and fenced areas to examine changes in vegetation and soil properties in 2005, 2006 and 2008. Results showed that vegetation characteristics and soil properties improved significantly in the fenced area compared with the grazed area. In the protected area the vegetation cover, height and above- and belowground biomass increased significantly. Soil pH, electrical conductivity and bulk density decreased significantly, but soil organic carbon and total nitrogen concentration increased greatly in the protected area. By comparing the vegetation and soil characteristics with pre-degraded grassland, we found that vegetation can recover 6 years after fencing, and soil pH can be restored 8 years after fencing. However, the restoration of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus concentrations needed 16, 30 and 19 years, respectively. It is recommended that the stocking rate should be reduced to 1/3 of the current carrying capacity, or that a grazing regime of 1-year of grazing followed by a 2-year rest is adopted to sustain the current status of vegetation and soil resources. 11Approved HIV reverse transcriptase inhibitors in the past decade显示文摘HIV reverse transcriptase(RT)inhibitors are the important components of highly active antiretroviral therapies(HAARTs)for anti-HIV treatment and pre-exposure prophylaxis in clinical practice.Many RT inhibitors and their combination regimens have been approved in the past ten years,but a review on their drug discovery,pharmacology,and clinical efficacy is lacking.Here,we provide a comprehensive review of RT inhibitors(tenofovir alafenamide,rilpivirine,doravirine,dapivirine,azvudine and elsulfavirine)approved in the past decade,regarding their drug discovery,pharmacology,and clinical efficacy in randomized controlled trials.Novel RT inhibitors such as islatravir,MK-8504,MK-8507,MK8583,IQP-0528,and MIV-150 will be also highlighted.Future development may focus on the new generation of novel antiretroviral inhibitors with higher bioavailability,longer elimination half-life,more favorable side-effect profiles,fewer drug–drug interactions,and higher activities against circulating drug-resistant strains.Guangdi Li Yali Wang Erik De Clercq 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,4:5
12Limitation of fault-sealing and its control on hydrocarbon accumulation——An example from the Laoyemiao Oilfi eld of the Nanpu Sag显示文摘Based on previous studies on the internal structures of fault belts, the fault belts in the Laoyemiao Oilfi eld of the Nanpu Sag can be divided into three units, a crushed zone, an upper induced fracture zone and a lower induced fracture zone according to the log response characteristics. The upper induced fracture zone is characterized by the development of pervasive fractures and has a poor sealing or non-sealing capability. It therefore can act as pathways for hydrocarbon migration. The lower induced fracture zone consists of fewer fractures and has limited sealing capability. The crushed zone has a good sealing capability comparable to mudstone and can thus prevent lateral migration of fluid. Through physical modeling and comparing laboratory data with calculated data of oil column heights of traps sealed by faults, it is concluded that the fault-sealing capability for oil and gas is limited. When the oil column height reaches a threshold, oil will spill over from the top of reservoir along the lower induced fracture zone under the action of buoyancy, and the size of reservoir will remain unchanged. Analysis of the formation mechanisms of the fault-sealed reservoirs in the Nanpu Sag indicated that the charging sequence of oil and gas in the reservoir was from lower formation to upper formation, with the fault playing an important role in oil and gas accumulation. The hydrocarbon potential in reverse fault-sealed traps is much better than that in the consequent fault-sealed traps. 13DNA-based immunization against hepatitis B surface antigen carrying preS epitopes显示文摘Three plasmid expression vectors containing modified hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) carrying pres epitopes were constructed. Transient expression after in vitro transfection in COS-M6 cells showed that under the transcriptional control of the human cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate early promoter, fusion genes expressed the modified HBV envelope proteins which were efficiently secreted into culture medium and presented HBsAg, preS1 and preS2 antigenicity. DNA-based immunization with these plasmids carrying pres sequences induced anti-HBs antibody in BALB/c mice. The titers of anti-HBs antibody were higher than those appeared in mice immunized with plasmid carrying S gene only. DNA injection with plasmids containing preS1 sequences elicited also high titers of anti-preS1 antibody. 16Two highly efficient accumulation models of large gas fields in China显示文摘Based on reserve abundance, large gas fields in China can be divided into two types: type one of high abundance large gas fields, dominated by structural gas reservoirs; type two of low abundance large gas fields, dominated by stratigraphic and lithologic gas reservoirs. The formation of these two types of large gas fields is related to the highly efficient accumulation of natural gas. The accumulation of high abundance gas fields is dependent on the rapid maturation of the source kitchen and huge residual pressure difference between the gas source kitchen and reservoir, which is the strong driving force for natural gas migration to traps. Whereas the accumulation of low abundance gas fields is more complicated, involving both volume flow charge during the burial stage and diffusion flow charge during the uplift stage, which results in large area accumulation and preservation of natural gas in low porosity and low permeability reservoirs. 18Preparation and Structure of A Novel Ethanolamine-occluding Aluminoarsenate显示文摘An aluminoarsenate, Al2As2O3.EAN, denoted as AlAsO4-1 was synthesized from EAN(EAN= ethanolamine), pyroarsenic acid and aluminium-iso-propylate systems. The crystal structure of AlAsO4-1 was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The compound crystallizes in orthorhombic space group Pcab with the unit cell constants:0 = 8.781(3), 6=10.261(3), c=20. 433(11) A .V = 1840.9 A3, 2=8. The final R and Rw factors are 0. 0401 and 0. 0344, respectively. The framework of AlAsO4-1 contains two types of Al atoms. It is interesting that in the asymmetric unit one of two Al atoms is strictly 4-coordinated and the other is 6-coordinated. The three-dimensional framework is built of two-dimensional nets which consist of 4-membered rings and 8-membered rings. The biggest open channel in the framework runs along [100], in which EAN template is located.
