| 1 | Microstructure and mechanical properties of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy modified with Cu-P显示文摘The microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-14.6Si castings modified by Cu-P master alloy under different conditions were studied with optical microscope(OM) and mechanical testing and simulation(MTS).The results indicate that the Cu-P master alloy possesses not only obvious modification effect,but also longevity effect with more than 8 h on the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy.It is shown from thermal calculation,scanning electron microscope(SEM),and energy dispersive analysis of X-rays(EDAX) that the modification mechanism of Cu-P on primary silicon in the castings is heterogeneous nucleation around AlP particles.The Cu-P master alloy has no or little modifying effect on eutectic silicon,even though it has obvious modification on primary silicon in the castings.This may be because of the fast transformation of eutectic silicon at a very narrow temperature,which will notably weaken the role of AlP particles as heterogeneous nuclei for eutectic silicon. | ZHANG Henghua DUAN Haili SHAO Guangjie XU Luoping | 2008 | Rare Metals2008，27，1： | 35 |

| 4 | Preparation and Characterization of Three Monoclonal Antibodies against HIV-1 p24 Capsid Protein显示文摘HIV-1 p24 detection provides a means to aid the early diagnosis of HIV-1 infection, track the progression of disease and assess the efficacy of antiretroviral therapy. In the present study, three monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) p3JB9, p5F1 and p6F4 against HIV-1 p24 were generated. All mAbs could detect p24 of HIV-1IIIB, HIV-1Ada-M, HIV-174V mAbs p5F1 and p6F4 could detect HIV-1KM018, while p3JB9 could not. Three mAbs did not react with HIV-2ROD, HIV-2CBL-20 and SIVagmTYO-1. The recognized epitope of p5F1 was located on the Gag amino acid region DCKTILKALGPAATLEEMMTAC. | 5 | Combined obeticholic acid and apoptosis inhibitor treatment alleviates liver fibrosis显示文摘Obeticholic acid(OCA), the first FXR-targeting drug, has been claimed effective in the therapy of liver fibrosis. However, recent clinical trials indicated that OCA might not be effective against liver fibrosis, possibly due to the lower dosage to reduce the incidence of the side-effect of pruritus. Here we propose a combinatory therapeutic strategy of OCA and apoptosis inhibitor for combating against liver fibrosis. CCl4-injured mice, D-galactosamine/LPS(GalN/LPS)-treated mice and cycloheximide/TNFα(CHX/TNFα)-treated HepG2 cells were employed to assess the effects of OCA, or together with IDN-6556, an apoptosis inhibitor. OCA treatment significantly inhibited hepatic stellate cell(HSC)activation/proliferation and prevented fibrosis. Elevated bile acid(BA) levels and hepatocyte apoptosis triggered the activation and proliferation of HSCs. OCA treatment reduced BA levels but could not inhibit hepatocellular apoptosis. An enhanced anti-fibrotic effect was observed when OCA was co-administrated with IDN-6556. Our study demonstrated that OCA inhibits HSCs activation/proliferation partially by regulating BA homeostasis and thereby inhibiting activation of HSCs. | 6 | NEW NONSTANDARD JOB SHOP SCHEDULING ALGORITHM显示文摘Considering the complex constraint between operations in nonstandard job shop scheduling problem (NJSSP), critical path of job manufacturing tree is determined according to priority scheduling function constructed. Operations are divided into dependent operations and independent operations with the idea of subsection, and corresponding scheduling strategy is put forward according to operation characteristic in the segment and the complementarities of identical function machines. Forward greedy rule is adopted mainly for dependent operations to make operations arranged in the right position of machine selected, then each operation can be processed as early as possible, and the total processing time of job can be shortened as much as possible. For independent operations optimum scheduling rule is adopted mainly, the inserting position of operations will be determined according to the gap that the processing time of operations is subtracted from idle time of machine, and the operation will be inserted in the position with minimal gap. | 7 | Textural Evolution of AZ31B Magnesium Alloy Sheets Undergoing Repeated Unidirectional Bending at Room Temperature显示文摘In this paper, repeated unidirectional bending (RUB), was applied to improve the texture of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheets so as to enhance their stamping properties. The samples undergoing RUB were annealed at different temperatures. The mechanical properties, formability, textural components and microstructure of the samples before and after RUB were characterized and compared. It was found that the basal textural component was reduced dramatically by RUB, and that (12ˉ12) and (12ˉ11) textural components appeared. Annealing has a great effect on the mechanical properties of samples undergoing RUB. | 11 | Diterpenoid Tanshinones,the extract from Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)induced apoptosis in nine human cancer cell lines显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To identify the active anti-tumor constituents in the extract from Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae) and investigate the mechanisms underlying the actions.METHODS:First,we introduced a two-step counter-current chromatography to extract the therapeutically active diterpenoid,tanshinone from Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae).The cholecystokinin(CCK-8) method was used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of diterpenoid tanshinone in liver cancer QGY-7703,lung cancer PC9,lung cancer A549,gastric cancer MKN-45,gastric cancer HGC-27,colon cancer HCT116,myeloma cell U266/RPMI8226,and human breast cancer MCF-7 in vitro.Fluorescence staining was used to observe the cytotoxicity ofditerpenoid tanshinone on PC9 cells.The Western blot was used to detect apoptosis-related protein poly ADP-ribose polymerase(PARP),cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase3/9(caspase3/9),and cleaved-cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase3/9(cleaved-caspase3/9).The endoplasmic reticulum stress-related activating transcription factor 4(ATF4),phosphorylated eukaryotic initiation factor 2α(p-e IF2α),and phosphorylated jun amino-terminal kinase(p-JNK),and caspase-12 were also analyzed using the Western blot.RESULTS:Diterpenoid tanshinone inhibited the nine human tumor cell lines,with an IC50 of4.37-29 μg/m L,with the PC9 and MCF-7 displaying the lowest values.Fluorescence staining showed a lethal effect of diterpenoid tanshinone on PC9 cells.The Western blot showed that the expression of caspase3/9 protein and ATF-4 protein decreased gradually.However,the PARP,cleaved-caspase 3/9and the expression of p-e IF2 α,P-JNK,and caspase-12 increased gradually,in a dose-dependent fashion.CONCLUSION:We successfully introduced a two-step counter-current chromatography method to extract diterpenoid tanshinone,and demonstrated its antitumor activity.Diterpenoid tanshinone can induce apoptosis in nine human cancer cell lines. | Shen Li Lou Zhaohuan Zhang Guangshun Xu Guanhua Zhang Guangji | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016，36，4： | 6 |

| 13 | Mechanisms and field test of solution mining by self-resonating cavitating water jets显示文摘Rapid solution mining is the key to cavern construction in salt formations. Rapid solution mining technology with self-resonating cavitating water jets is described in this paper. It can generate three main physical effects: helical flow dissolution, self-resonating cavitating jet erosion, and ultrasonic waves. A self-resonating cavitating nozzle was also designed with the principles based on theory of fluid transients and hydro-acoustics. Under ambient pressure, the experimental results show that the impulse amplitude of pressure reaches a peak at a standoff distance of 5-13 times the nozzle outlet diameter and the cutting ability of self-resonating cavitating jets is twice that of conventional jets under the same conditions. | 14 | LSTM-based argument recommendation for non-API methods显示文摘Automatic code completion is one of the most useful features provided by advanced IDEs.Argument recommendation,as a special kind of code completion,is widely used as well.While existing approaches focus on argument recommendation for popular APIs,a large number of non-API invocations are requesting for accurate argument recommendation as well.To this end,we propose an LSTM-based approach to recommending non-API arguments instantly when method calls are typed in.With data collected from a large corpus of open-source applications,we train an LSTM neural network to recommend actual arguments based on identifiers of the invoked method,the corresponding formal parameter,and a list of syntactically correct candidate arguments.To feed these identifiers into the LSTM neural network,we convert them into fixed-length vectors by Paragraph Vector,an unsupervised neural network based learning algorithm.With the resulting LSTM neural network trained on sample applications,for a given call site we can predict which of the candidate arguments is more likely to be the correct one.We evaluate the proposed approach with tenfold validation on 85 open-source C applications.Results suggest that the proposed approach outperforms the state-of-the-art approaches in recommending non-API arguments.It improves the precision significantly from 71.46%to 83.37%. | Guangjie LI Hui LIU Ge LI Sijie SHEN Hanlin TANG | 2020 | Science China(Information Sciences)2020，63，9： | 5 |

Furthermore, the process of preparing nanowood is discussed, and wood-inorganic nanocom-posites may be operated in three ways with wood (matrix) and inorganic filler phase in 0-2, 0-3 or 2-3 dimensions respectively.
