1Combined obeticholic acid and apoptosis inhibitor treatment alleviates liver fibrosis显示文摘Obeticholic acid(OCA), the first FXR-targeting drug, has been claimed effective in the therapy of liver fibrosis. However, recent clinical trials indicated that OCA might not be effective against liver fibrosis, possibly due to the lower dosage to reduce the incidence of the side-effect of pruritus. Here we propose a combinatory therapeutic strategy of OCA and apoptosis inhibitor for combating against liver fibrosis. CCl4-injured mice, D-galactosamine/LPS(GalN/LPS)-treated mice and cycloheximide/TNFα(CHX/TNFα)-treated HepG2 cells were employed to assess the effects of OCA, or together with IDN-6556, an apoptosis inhibitor. OCA treatment significantly inhibited hepatic stellate cell(HSC)activation/proliferation and prevented fibrosis. Elevated bile acid(BA) levels and hepatocyte apoptosis triggered the activation and proliferation of HSCs. OCA treatment reduced BA levels but could not inhibit hepatocellular apoptosis. An enhanced anti-fibrotic effect was observed when OCA was co-administrated with IDN-6556. Our study demonstrated that OCA inhibits HSCs activation/proliferation partially by regulating BA homeostasis and thereby inhibiting activation of HSCs. 2Textural Evolution of AZ31B Magnesium Alloy Sheets Undergoing Repeated Unidirectional Bending at Room Temperature显示文摘In this paper, repeated unidirectional bending (RUB), was applied to improve the texture of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheets so as to enhance their stamping properties. The samples undergoing RUB were annealed at different temperatures. The mechanical properties, formability, textural components and microstructure of the samples before and after RUB were characterized and compared. It was found that the basal textural component was reduced dramatically by RUB, and that (12ˉ12) and (12ˉ11) textural components appeared. Annealing has a great effect on the mechanical properties of samples undergoing RUB. The plasticity and stamping formability of samples were greatly improved by RUB and annealing at 260?C for 1 h, and elongation to fracture and Erichsen value were increased to 38% and 67%, respectively.Guangsheng Huang Wei Xu Guangjie Huang Hongcheng Li Bo Song 2009Journal of Materials Science & Technology2009,25,3:9
3Mechanisms and field test of solution mining by self-resonating cavitating water jets显示文摘Rapid solution mining is the key to cavern construction in salt formations. Rapid solution mining technology with self-resonating cavitating water jets is described in this paper. It can generate three main physical effects: helical flow dissolution, self-resonating cavitating jet erosion, and ultrasonic waves. A self-resonating cavitating nozzle was also designed with the principles based on theory of fluid transients and hydro-acoustics. Under ambient pressure, the experimental results show that the impulse amplitude of pressure reaches a peak at a standoff distance of 5-13 times the nozzle outlet diameter and the cutting ability of self-resonating cavitating jets is twice that of conventional jets under the same conditions. 4Research on Multi-Authority CP-ABE Access Control Model in Multicloud显示文摘In order to solve the problems of data sharing security and policy conflict in multicloud storage systems(MCSS), this work designs an attribute mapping mechanism that extends ciphertext policy attribute-based encryption(CP-ABE), and proposes a multi-authority CP-ABE access control model that satisfies the need for multicloud storage access control. The mapping mechanism mainly involves the tree structure of CP-ABE and provides support for the types of attribute values. The framework and workflow of the model are described in detail. The effectiveness of the model is verified by building a simple prototype system, and the performance of the prototype system is analyzed. The results suggest that the proposed model is of theoretical and practical significance for access control research in MCSS. 6Examination of dynamic recrystallization during compression of AZ31 magnesium显示文摘This study aimed to investigate dynamic recrystallization (DRX) behavior during compression of magnesium alloy AZ31. Cylinder samples were cut from the extruded rod and hot rolled sheet AZ31 for compression test. The samples were compressed using a Gleeble 1500D at a temperature of 300℃ and a strain rate of 0.01 s-1. Grain orientations and misorientation angles across grain boundaries for the tested samples were obtained by using electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) technique. The results showed that strong basal texture was observed after 50% compression (ε = 0.69) on both the extruded and hot rolled samples, which have different initial textures. It was observed that with increased strain, DRX grains gradually rotated to basal orientation, and grain boundaries with misorientation angle of near 30° was formed in the samples. 10Achieving ultra-high strength using densely ultra-fine LPSO phase显示文摘Long period stacking ordered(LPSO) structures are an effective strengthening phase in Mg alloys.However,the coarse LPSO phases in as-cast alloys are very difficult to refine,and they dramatically reduce the strengthening effect.In the present study,friction stir processing(FSP) was employed to refine the structure of an Mg-12.8 Y-4.7 Zn(wt%) alloy with a very high content of coarse LPSO phases.An optimized FSP regime refined the coarse LPSO phases into densely ultrafine blocks with an average width of ~200 nm and an average length of~1 μm.An ultrahigh yield strength of ~800 MPa was achieved under compression of the FSP region.Theoretical calculations indicated that the strengthening by the densely ultrafine LPSO phases was up to approximately 630 MPa.Changzheng Li Huan Liu Yunchang Xin Bo Guan Guangjie Huang Peidong Wu Qing Liu 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,34:1

19Influence of extrusion ratio on microstructure and texture developments of high-temperature extruded AZ31 Mg alloy显示文摘Experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of extrusion ratio on the microstructure and texture developments of AZ31 Mg alloy during forward extrusion.The forward extrusion was undertaken at 400°C with extrusion ratios of 10,18,and 25 after the alloy was homogenized at 410°C for 12 h.Partially recrystallized microstructures were observed in all the extruded rods examined.The texture of the large elongated deformed grains appeared strongly centered at 1010 dominating the extrusion texture,while the recrystallized grains exhibited much more randomized texture.For the alloy with the largest ER(25),coarse secondary recrystallized grains were found which presented a different texture component with-11 2 0-parallel to the ED.The occurrence of the coarse secondary recrystallized grains in the alloy with the largest ER might be attributed to that the large ER raised the die exit temperature during extrusion and thus promoted significantly grain growth after the extruded rod exited from extrusion die.The intensities of different texture components varied with ER because ER affected the contents of the deformed grains,DRX grains and coarse secondary recrystallized grains.In particular,the maximum intensity of fiber texture was decreased as ER increased due to the decrease of the large elongated deformed grains.LI NaLi HUANG GuangJie XIN RenLong LIU Qing 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,2:1
