2Radiation-pressure-driven mechanical oscillations in silica microdisk resonators on chip显示文摘We demonstrate radiation-pressure-driven mechanical oscillations from high optical quality factor silica microdisk resonators on chip. Mechanical quality factors of 3520 in air and 12540 in vacuum for the fundamental radial breathing modes are obtained from 73 μm-diameter silica microdisks with mechanical frequencies of ~51 MHz. 4Synthesis,structure and optical properties of novel thermally robust Dy^(3+)-doped Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7) phosphors for NUV-excited white LEDs显示文摘The powder samples of Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):xDy^(^(3+))white emitting phosphors were prepared via a solid state reaction technique.The Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):Dy^(3+)samples were researched by using the GSAS Rietveld refinement and X-ray diffraction(XRD) methods,and SEM images and elemental maps were recorded.Under 350 nm excitatio n,the emission spectra of Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):xDy^(3+)samples have two obvious peaks and one weak peak at 484,572 and660 nm,corresponding to the characteristic electron transitions of(^(4)F_(9/2)→ ^(6)H_(15/2),blue),(^(4)F_(9/2)→ ^(6)H_(13/2),yellow) and(^(4)F_(9/2)→ 6 H11/2,red),respectively.The concentration quenching effect,decay lifetime and thermal quenching of the as-synthesized Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):Dy^(3+)samples were researched systematically.The Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):0.02 Dy^(3+)phosphor possesses a good thermal stability,of which the emission intensity at 423 K can maintain 79% of the initial value(273 K).In addition,through the study of the chro maticity coordinates of the Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):0.02 Dy^(3+)phosphor,it is found that it is located in the white region,and the Commission Internationalede L’Eclairage(CIE) chromaticity coordinates are(0.339,0.389),The above results show that Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):xDy^(3+)phosphors can be excellent candidate material for applications in NUV-excited white LEDs.Haiyan Wu Huimin Li Lihong Jiang Ran Pang Su Zhang Da Li Guanyu Liu Chengyu Li Jing Feng Hongjie Zhang 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,3:4
5High-Q silica microdisk optical resonators with large wedge angles on a silicon chip显示文摘We experimentally demonstrate high optical quality factor silica microdisk resonators on a silicon chip with large wedge angles by reactive ion etching. For 2-μm-thick microresonators, we have achieved wedge angles of 59°, 63°,70°, and 79° with optical quality factors of 2.4 × 10~7, 8.1 × 10~6, 5.9 × 10~6, and 7.4 × 10~6, respectively, from ~80 μm diameter microresonators in the 1550 nm wavelength band. 9Dry-etched ultrahigh-Q silica microdisk resonators on a silicon chip显示文摘We demonstrate the fabrication of ultrahigh quality(Q) factor silica microdisk resonators on a silicon chip by inductively coupled plasma(ICP) etching. We achieve a dry-etched optical microresonator with an intrinsic Q factor as high as 1.94×10^(8) from a 1-mm-diameter silica microdisk with a thickness of 4 μm. 12AHA1 upregulates IDH1 and metabolic activity to promote growth and metastasis and predicts prognosis in osteosarcoma显示文摘Osteosarcoma(OS)is the most common primary malignant bone tumor in children and adolescents.Although activator of HSP90 ATPase activity 1(AHA1)is reported to be a potential oncogene,its role in osteosarcoma progression remains largely unclear.Since metabolism reprogramming is involved in tumorigenesis and cancer metastasis,the relationship between AHA1 and cancer metabolism is unknown.In this study,we found that AHA1 is significantly overexpressed in osteosarcoma and related to the prognosis of osteosarcoma patients.AHA1 promotes the growth and metastasis of osteosarcoma both in vitro and in vivo.Mechanistically,AHA1 upregulates the metabolic activity to meet cellular bioenergetic needs in osteosarcoma.Notably,we identifed that isocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH1)is a novel client protein of Hsp90 AHA1.Furthermore,the IDH1 protein level was positively correlated with AHA1 in osteosarcoma.And IDH1 overexpression could partially reverse the effect of AHA1 knockdown on cell growth and migration of osteosarcoma.Moreover,high IDH1 level was also associated with poor prognosis of osteosarcoma patients.This study demonstrates that AHA1 positively regulates IDH1 and metabolic activity to promote osteosarcoma growth and metastasis,which provides novel prognostic biomarkers and promising therapeutic targets for osteosarcoma patients.Diwei Zheng Weihai Liu Wenlin Xie Guanyu Huang Qiwei Jiang Yang Yang Jiarong Huang Zihao Xing Mengling Yuan Mengning Wei Yao Li Junqiang Yin Jingnan Shen Zhi Shi 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,2:1
13Oxygen vacancy defects engineering on Cu-doped Co_(3)O_(4) for promoting effective COS hydrolysis显示文摘The activation of H_(2)O is a key step of the COS hydrolysis,which may be tuned by oxygen vacancy defects in the catalysts.Herein,we have introduced Cu into Co_(3)O_(4) to regulate the oxygen vacancy defect content of the catalysts.In situ DRIFTS and XPS spectra reveal that COS and H_(2)O are adsorbed and activated by oxygen vacancy.The 10 at%Cu doped Co_(3)O_(4) sample(10Cu-Co_(3)O_(4))exhibits the optimal activity,100%of COS conversion at 70℃.The improved oxygen vacancies of CueCo_(3)O_(4) accelerate the activation of H_(2)O to form active -OH.COS binds with hydroxyl to form the intermediate HSCO^(-)_(2),and then the activated-OH on the oxygen vacancy reacts with HSCO^(-)_(2) to form HCO^(-)_(3).Meanwhile,the catalyst exhibits high catalytic stability because copper species(Cu+/Cu^(2+))redox cycle mitigate the sulfation of Co_(3)O_(4)(Co^(2+)/Co^(3+)).Our work offers a promising approach for the rational design of cobalt-related catalysts in the highly efficient hydrolysis COS process.Guanyu Mu Yan Zeng Yong Zheng Yanning Cao Fujian Liu Shijing Liang Yingying Zhan Lilong Jiang 2023Green Energy & Environment2023,8,3:0
14Identification of a natural PLA2 inhibitor from the marine fungus Aspergillus sp.c1 for MAFLD treatment that suppressed lipotoxicity by inhibiting the IRE-1a/XBP-1s axis and JNK signaling显示文摘Lipotoxicity is a pivotal factor that initiates and exacerbates liver injury and is involved in the development of metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD).However,there are few reported lipotoxicity inhibitors.Here,we identified a natural anti-lipotoxicity candidate,HN-001,from the marine fungus Aspergillus sp.C1.HN-001 dose-and time-dependently reversed palmitic acid(PA)-induced hepatocyte death.This protection was associated with IRE-1a-mediated XBP-1 splicing inhibition,which resulted in suppression of XBP-1s nuclear translocation and transcriptional regulation.Knockdown of XBP-1s attenuated lipotoxicity,but no additional ameliorative effect of HN-001 on lipotoxicity was observed in XBP-1s knockdown hepatocytes.Notably,the ER stress and lipotoxicity amelioration was associated with PLA2.Both HN-001 and the PLA2 inhibitor MAFP inhibited PLA2 activity,reduced lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC)level,subsequently ameliorated lipotoxicity.In contrast,overexpression of PLA2 caused exacerbation of lipotoxicity and weakened the anti-lipotoxic effects of HN-001.Additionally,HN-001 treatment suppressed the downstream pro-apoptotic JNK pathway.In vivo,chronic administration of HN-001(i.p.)in mice alleviated all manifestations of MAFLD,including hepatic steatosis,liver injury,inflammation,and fibrogenesis.These effects were correlated with PLA2/IRE-1a/XBP-1s axis and JNK signaling suppression.These data indicate that HN-001 has therapeutic potential for MAFLD because it suppresses lipotoxicity,and provide a natural structural basis for developing anti-MAFLD candidates.Yong Rao Rui Su Chenyan Wu Xingxing Chai Jinjian Li Guanyu Yang Junjie Wu Tingting Fu Zhongping Jiang Zhikai Guo Congjun Xu Ling Huang 2024Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2024,14,1:0
15Single-phase white-emitting and tunable color phosphor Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+): Synthesis, luminescence and energy transfer显示文摘A series of Eu^(2+)/Dy^(3+) single doped and co-doped Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3) phosphors were synthesized by the high-temperature solid-state method,and their phase,morphology,and luminescence properties were characterized.Under the excitation of 370 nm,the Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) phosphor can emit white light whose spectrum is composed of a broad emission band centered at 460 nm and the other three peaks at 483,577,and 672 nm,respectively.There is energy transfer from Eu^(2+)to Dy^(3+)ion in Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) phosphor due to the good overlap between the emission spectrum of Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+) and the excitation spectrum of Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Dy^(3+),which is further confirmed by the fluorescence lifetime decrease of Eu^(2+)ion with the increase of Dy^(3+) concentration.The process of energy transfer is via dipole–quadruple interaction which is confirmed by applying Dexter's theory.By increasing the Dy^(3+)concentration,the color coordinates of the Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):0.01Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+)phosphors can be adjusted from blue to white,and then to yellow.The optimized concentration of Dy^(3+)ions is 4.0 mol%,beyond which the concentration quenching will take place.The Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)phosphor shows fairly good resistance to thermal quenching behavior,of which the emission intensity at 423 K can maintain 90.3%of the initial value(298 K).These results suggest that the Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):0.01Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+)phosphors have potential applications as the color-tunable or a single-phase white emitting phosphor in white LEDs.Sen Wang Haiyan Wu Xin Wen Yanqing Luo Tao Tan Shengjian Jiao Ran Pang Lihong jiang Su Zhang Da Li Guanyu Liu Chengyu Li Hongjie Zhang 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,4:0
16β-Catenin Deletion in Regional Neural Progenitors Leads to Congenital Hydrocephalus in Mice显示文摘Congenital hydrocephalus is a major neurological disorder with high rates of morbidity and mortality;however,the underlying cellular and molecular mechanisms remain largely unknown.Reproducible animal models mirroring both embryonic and postnatal hydrocephalus are also limited.Here,we describe a new mouse model of congenital hydrocephalus through knockout ofβ-catenin in Nkx2.1-expressing regional neural progenitors.Progressive ventriculomegaly and an enlarged brain were consistently observed in knockout mice from embryonic day 12.5 through to adulthood.Transcriptome profiling revealed severe dysfunctions in progenitor maintenance in the ventricular zone and therefore in cilium biogenesis afterβ-catenin knockout.Histological analyses also revealed an aberrant neuronal layout in both the ventral and dorsal telencephalon in hydrocephalic mice at both embryonic and postnatal stages.Thus,knockout ofβ-catenin in regional neural progenitors leads to congenital hydrocephalus and provides a reproducible animal model for studying pathological changes and developing therapeutic interventions for this devastating disease.Lin Ma Yanhua Du Xiangjie Xu Hexi Feng Yi Hui Nan Li Guanyu Jiang Xiaoqing Zhang Xiaocui Li Ling Liu 2022Neuroscience Bulletin2022,38,1:0
17Aerosol transmission,an indispensable route of COVID-19 spread:case study of a department-store cluster显示文摘Patients with COVID-19 have revealed a massive outbreak around the world,leading to widespread concerns in global scope.Figuring out the transmission route of COVID-19 is necessary to control further spread.We analyzed the data of 43 patients in Baodi Department Store(China)to supplement the transmission route and epidemiological characteristics of COVID-19 in a cluster outbreak.Incubation median was estimated to endure 5.95 days(2-13 days).Almost 76.3%of patients sought medical attention immediately upon illness onset.The median period of illness onset to hospitalization and confirmation were 3.96 days(0-14)and 5.58 days(1-21),respectively.Patients with different cluster case could demonstrate unique epidemiological characteristics due to the particularity of outbreak sites.SRAS-CoV-2 can be released into the surrounding air through patient's respiratory tract activities,and can exist for a long time for long-distance transportation.SRAS-CoV-2 RNA can be detected in aerosol in different sites,including isolation ward,general ward,outdoor,toilet,hallway,and crowded public area.Environmental factors influencing were analyzed and indicated that the SARS-CoV-2 transportation in aerosol was dependent on temperature,air humidity,ventilation rate and inactivating chemicals(ozone)content.As for the infection route of case numbers 2 to 6,10,13,16,17,18,20 and 23,we believe that aerosol transmission played a significant role in analyzing their exposure history and environmental conditions in Baodi Department Store.Aerosol transmission could occur in some cluster cases when the environmental factors are suitable,and it is an indispensable route of COVID-19 spread.Guanyu Jiang Can Wang Lu Song Xing Wang Yangyang Zhou Chunnan Fei He Liu 2021Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2021,15,3:0

19Experimental study on the anti-inflammatory effect of Mongolian medicine Sendeng Decoction on mice with psoriasis显示文摘Psoriasis is a chronic papulosquamous skin disease occurring worldwide caused by varieties of factors.The recipe of Mongolian medicine Sendeng Decoction was recorded in“The Pleasure of the Viewer”compiled by Jigwood Danjinzhamusu.Mongolian medicine clinical experience proved that Sendeng Decoction had good antipyretic,analgesic,anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatism effect.However,the mechanism of this drug in psoriasis is still unclear.In this study,imiquimod cream(IMQ)was used to construct psoriasis model in 8-week-old male BALB/c mice,and Sendeng Decoction was used to treat the mice with psoriasis.The results showed that PASI score and spleen index decreased after Sendeng Decoction treatment.Meanwhile,HE staining showed that the pathological structure was improved,flow cytometry results showed that the proportion of Treg cells increased and Th17 cells decreased,and results of Western blot showed that the level of p38 MAPK,p-p38 MAPK,p-STAT3 and p-JAK1 decreased observably.More importantly,the above results were most significant in Sendeng's M group,which was similar to MTX group.Our results indicated that Mongolian medicine Sendeng Decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms of psoriasis mice induced by IMQ,mainly by regulating the ratio of Th17/Treg cells through the JAK/STAT and p38 MAPK pathways to reduce the inflammatory state in mice,thereby improving the symptoms of dermatitis.Li Sun Guanyu Yu Huiming Jiang Kun Shi Doudou Huang Hashen Bao Yanping Huang Limuge Che Meijuan Chen 2022Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2022,,4:0
