1Quasi-solid-state nanocrystalline TiO2 solar cells using gel network polymer electrolytes based on polysiloxanes显示文摘A quasi-solid-state dye-sensitized nanocrystal-line porous TiO2 film solar cell was fabricated using a novel gel network polymer electrolyte based on polysiloxanes with both polyethylene oxide internal plasticized side chains and quaternary ammonium groups. The cell exhibited better photoelectrical conversion performance under 60 mW/cm2 irradiation. 2Prediction of forming limit curve(FLC) for Al–Li alloy 2198-T3 sheet using diferent yield functions显示文摘The Forming Limit Curve(FLC) of the third generation aluminum–lithium(Al–Li) alloy2198-T3 is measured by conducting a hemispherical dome test with specimens of different widths.The theoretical prediction of the FLC of 2198-T3 is based on the M–K theory utilizing respectively the von Mises,Hill'48,Hosford and Barlat 89 yield functions,and the different predicted curves due to different yield functions are compared with the experimentally measured FLC of 2198-T3.The results show that though there are differences among the four predicted curves,yet they all agree well with the experimentally measured curve.In the area near the planar strain state,the predicted curves and experimentally measured curve are very close.The predicted curve based on the Hosford yield function is more accurate under the tension–compression strain states described in the left part of the FLC,while the accuracy is better for the predicted curve based on Hill'48 yield function under the tension–tension strain states shown in the right part.Li Xiaoqiang Song Nan Guo Guiqiang Sun Zhonggang 2013Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013,26,5:7

5Optical properties and cooling performance analyses of single-layer radiative cooling coating with mixture of TiO_(2) particles and SiO_(2) particles显示文摘Radiative cooling can achieve cooling effect without consuming any energy by delivering energy into outer space(3K) through'atmospheric window'(8–13 μm). Conventional radiative cooling coating with multi-layer structure was severely restricted during application due to its complex preparation process and high cost. In this study, a single-layer radiative cooling coating with mixture of TiO_(2) particles and SiO_(2) particles was proposed. The algorithm for calculating the radiative properties of the multi-particle system was developed. Monte Carlo ray-tracing method combined with that algorithm was used to solve the radiative transfer equation(RTE) of the single-layer radiative cooling coating with mixture of TiO_(2) particles and SiO_(2) particles.The effects of particle diameter, volume fraction and coating thickness on radiative cooling performance were analyzed to obtain the best radiative cooling performance. The numerical results indicated that the average reflectivity of the single-layer radiative cooling coating with mixture of TiO_(2) particles and SiO_(2) particles in the solar spectrum can reach 95.6%, while and the average emissivity in the 'atmospheric window' spectrum can reach 94.9% without additional silver-reflectance layer. The average reflectivity in the solar spectrum and average emissivity in the 'atmospheric window' spectrum of the single-layer radiative cooling coating with mixture of TiO_(2) particles and SiO_(2) particles can increase 4.6% and 4.8% compared to the double-layer radiative cooling coating. 6Design and Development of a Lens-walled Compound Parabolic Concentrator-A Review显示文摘Compound parabolic concentrator(CPC) is a representative among solar concentrators, one of whose disadvantage is that the concentration ratio limits the half acceptance angle. Based on this, researchers put forward a novel structure, named the lens-walled CPC. This paper reviews the design and development of lens-walled CPC. The structure of the symmetric and asymmetric lens-walled CPC and the improved ones are presented, and their indoor and outdoor performances are also illustrated. The lens-walled CPC has a larger half acceptance angle and a more uniform flux distribution that is suitable for PV application. Furthermore, the life-cycle assessment for building integrated with PV is performed and it shows that the energy payback time of such integrated system has a significant advantage. In addition, future research areas are also indicated that may provide more functions and more stable performance. 8Formation and Accumulation of Hydrocarbons in the Central Uplift,Dongying Depression显示文摘A large number of crude oil and rock samples from various oil pools of the Central Uplift in Dongying Depression were investigated to reveal the origin and accumulation of hydrocarbons. The results showed that the composition and areal distribution of hydrocarbons vary with the location of the oil pools. An increasing trend of gammacerane/C30-hopane and steranes/hopanes but a decreasing trend of prystane/phytane (Pr/Ph) and 18(H)-/17(H)-trisnorhopane (Ts/Tm) ratios were observed from southwest to northeast. This indicates a variation of source rocks and hydrocarbon properties. An increasing trend of water salinity with much more input of algae-rich microorganisms in the deposition environment of the source rock was observed from southwest to northeast. However, the thermal maturity of the source rocks showed a decreasing trend in the same direction. Oil-to-oil and oil-to-source rock correlations showed that most oils were sourced from Es3 and Es4 members with a burial depth of more than 3,000-3,150 m and 2,700 m respectively. The oils in the Shinan and Ying 11 sand bodies, which were generally mixed with the Es4 sourced oils, came mostly from Es3 mudstones. It is quite significant that the Es4 derived oils migrated vertically for hundreds of meters and accumulated in an overlying lithologic pool of the Es3m, i.e., Ying 11 synclinal lithologic pool, which suggests that the mechanisms of migration and accumulation for subtle oil pools in the Dongying Depression are more complex than that of the previously expected.Li Sumei Qiu Guiqiang Gao Yongjin Jiang Zhenxue 2006Petroleum Science2006,3,3:3

10Experimental and Comparison Study on Two Solar Dish Systems with a High Concentration Ratio显示文摘Two high concentrating solar systems have been established with dish concentrator and plane-mirrors array concentrator.In the paper,the thermal performance has been experimentally studied with jet water cooling device and flat microchannel water-cooled device.The experimental results show that the maximum surface temperature difference of the dish concentrating system is greater than 20°C,while the plane-mirrors array system is lower than 4°C.It indicates that the plane-mirrors array concentrator has better uniformity.As the concentration ratio increases,the electrical efficiency of the concentrating photovoltaic system gradually decreases.When the concentration ratio is 200,the electrical efficiency of the photovoltaic system is 25%.The concentration ratio of 500 times or less is considered to be a suitable value,and then the electrical efficiency can still exceed 20%.It is found that the plane-mirrors array solar system is more suitable for the photovoltaic system than dish type system,which is only suitable for thermal power generation system.CHEN Haifei LI Guiqiang YANG Jie ZHANG Fuwei LIANG Ming JI Jie 2019Journal of Thermal Science2019,28,6:3
11Face Grinding Surface Quality of High Volume Fraction SiC_(p)/Al Composite Materials显示文摘The existing research on SiC_(p)/Al composite machining mainly focuses on the machining parameters or surface morphology.However,the surface quality of SiC_(p)/Al composites with a high volume fraction has not been extensively studied.In this study,32 SiC_(p)/Al specimens with a high volume fraction were prepared and their machining parameters measured.The surface quality of the specimens was then tested and the effect of the grinding parameters on the surface quality was analyzed.The grinding quality of the composite specimens was comprehensively analyzed taking the grinding force,friction coefficient,and roughness parameters as the evaluation standards.The best grinding parameters were obtained by analyzing the surface morphology.The results show that,a higher spindle speed should be chosen to obtain a better surface quality.The final surface quality is related to the friction coefficient,surface roughness,and fragmentation degree as well as the quantity and distribution of the defects.Lower feeding amount,lower grinding depth and appropriately higher spindle speed should be chosen to obtain better surface quality.Lower feeding amount,higher grinding depth and spindle speed should be chosen to balance grind efficiently and surface quality.This study proposes a systematic evaluation method,which can be used to guide the machining of SiC_(p)/Al composites with a high volume fraction.Xu Zhao Yadong Gong Guiqiang Liang Ming Cai Bing Han 2021Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,1:3

13Influence of thickness and initial groove angle in M–K model on limit strain of 7B04 by considering through-thickness stress显示文摘Marciniack–Kuczinski(M–K)model is widely used to predict material's forming limit curve(FLC).The prediction of FLC traditionally neglected through-thickness normal stress.However,it cannot be neglected in some forming processes.Much work has been done to study the effect of through-thickness normal stress on FLC with constant through-thickness normal stress or constant ratio of through-thickness normal stress and maximum principal stress.In addition,based on Nakazima test process,the ratio of through-thickness normal stress and maximum principal stress has been derived,which was a function of instantaneous thickness and loading path.Here,initial groove angle in M–K model was not considered.In this paper,uniaxial tension tests and Nakazima tests were performed on 7B04 aluminum alloy.Based on Hill 48 yield criterion and M–K model,the prediction model of FLC was established.The increase of thickness can enhance FLC.Meanwhile,it is necessary to consider through-thickness normal stress and initial groove angle in prediction model.On the left side of FLC,the effect of initial groove angle on FLC is weakened by increasing sheet thickness.On the right side of FLC,the effect of initial groove angle on FLC is strengthened by increasing sheet thickness.On the right side of FLC,the relation between limit strain points with different thicknesses is linear under one certain loading path.Thickness has decisive effect on through-thickness normal stress level and the changing trendy of through-thickness normal stress during calculation is different under different stress condition.Hongrui DONG Xiaoqiang LI Haibo WANG Guiqiang GUO Dongsheng LI 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,3:2
