1Interference-Free Pilot Design and Channel Estimation Using ZCZ Sequences for MIMO-OFDM-Based C-V2X Communications显示文摘Cellular vehicle-to-everything(C-V2X) communications is regarded as a promising and feasible solution for 5G-enabled vehicular communications and networking. In this paper, we investigate the pilot design and channel estimation problem in MIMO-OFDM-based C-V2X systems with severe co-channel interference due to spectrum reusing among different V2X communication links. By using zero-correlation zone(ZCZ) sequences, we provide an interference-free pilot design scheme and a corresponding time-domain(TD) correlation-based channel estimation(TD-CCE) method. We employ the ZCZ sequences from the same family set to be designed as the TD pilot symbols and guarantee the pilot sequeneces for neighboring V2X communication links are code-division multiplexing(CDM). The co-channel pilot interference of the deisgned pilot symbols can be effectively eliminated by exploiting the provided TD-CCE method. 2Recent progress on pure organic room temperature phosphorescence materials based on host-guest interactions显示文摘Pure organic room temperature phosphorescence(RTP) has been attracting a lot interest recently. So far,many strategies have succeeded in achieving efficient organic RTP materials by increasing the rate of intersystem crossing(ISC) and suppressing non-radiative transitions. In supramolecular chemistry, the control and regulation of molecular recognition based on the role of the host and guest in supramolecular polymers matrix, has attracted much attention. Recently, researchers have successfully achieved room temperature phosphorescence of pure organic complexes through host-guest interactions. The host molecule specifically includes the phosphorescent guest to reduce non-radiative transitions and enhance room temperature phosphorescence emission. 3CLOSED-FORM SOLUTIONS FOR ELASTOPLASTIC PURE BENDING OF A CURVED BEAM WITH MATERIAL INHOMOGENEITY显示文摘The elastoplastic pure bending problem of a curved beam with material inhomogeneity is investigated based on Tresca's yield criterion and its associated flow rule. Suppose that the material is elastically isotropic, ideally elastic-plastic and its elastic modulus and yield limit vary radially according to exponential functions. Closed-form solutions to the stresses and radial displacement in both purely elastic stress state and partially plastic stress state are presented.Numerical examples reveal the distinct characteristics of elastoplastic bending of a curved beam composed of inhomogeneous materials. 11Molecular Thermal Motion Modulated Room-Temperature Phosphorescence for Multilevel Encryption显示文摘The stimulus-responsive room-temperature phosphorescence(RTP)materials have become an increasingly significant topic in the fields of bioimaging,sensing,and anticounterfeiting.However,this kind of materials is scarce to date,especially for the ones with delicate stimulus-responsive behavior.Herein,a universal strategy for multilevel thermal erasure of RTP via chromatographic separation of host-guest doping RTP systems is proposed.The tunable host-guest systems,matrix materials,heating temperature,and time are demonstrated to allow precise six-level data encryption,QR code encryption,and thermochromic phosphorescence encryption.Mechanistic study reveals that the thermal-responsive property might be attributed to molecular thermal motion and the separation effect of the silica gel,which provides expanded applications of host-guest RTP materials such as cold chain break detection.This work offers a simple yet universal way to construct advanced responsive RTP materials.Jiaqiang Zhao Guojuan Yan Wei Wang Shishi Shao Binfang Yuan Yan Jie Li Xuepeng Zhang Cheng Zhi Huang Peng Fei Gao 2022Research2022,,4:1
12Screening strategies for quorum sensing inhibitors in combating bacterial infections显示文摘Interference with quorum sensing(QS)represents an antivirulence strategy with a significant promise for the treatment of bacterial infections and a new approach to restoring antibiotic tolerance.Over the past two decades,a novel series of studies have reported that quorum quenching approaches and the discovery of quorum sensing inhibitors(QSIs)have a strong impact on the discovery of anti-infective drugs against various types of bacteria.The discovery of QSI was demonstrated to be an appropriate strategy to expand the anti-infective therapeutic approaches to complement classical antibiotics and antimicrobial agents.For the discovery of QSIs,diverse approaches exist and develop in-step with the scale of screening as well as specific QS systems.This review highlights the latest findings in strategies and methodologies for QSI screening,involving activity-based screening with bioassays,chemical methods to seek bacterial QS pathways for QSI discovery,virtual screening for QSI screening,and other potential tools for interpreting QS signaling,which are innovative routes for future efforts to discover additional QSIs to combat bacterial infections.Lan Lu Mingxing Li Guojuan Yi Li Liao Qiang Cheng Jie Zhu Bin Zhang Yingying Wang Yong Chen Ming Zeng 2022Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,1:1

16Activation of urchin-like Ni-doped W_(18)O_(49)/NF by electrochemical tuning for efficient water splitting显示文摘The electrochemical conversion is closely correlated with the electrocatalytic activities of the electrocatalyst.Herein,the urchin-like Ni-doped W_(18)O_(49)/NF with enriched active sites was prepared by solvothermal method followed by a low-temperature pyrolysis treatment was reported.Results demonstrate that the incorporation of Ni-doping triggers the lattice distortion of W_(18)O_(49) for the increasement of oxygen defects.Further,high-valent W^(6+)are partially reduced to low-valent W^(4+),wherein the electrons originate from the oxidation process of Ni^(2+)to Ni^(3+).The Ni^(3+)ions show an enhanced orbital overlap with the OER reaction intermediates.The generated W^(4+)ions contribute to release oxygen vacancies,eventually reorganizing Ni-doped W_(18)O_(49)/NF to unique electrochemical active species with a special amorphous-crystalline interface(AM/NiWO_x/NiOOH/NF).Simultaneously,the reconstruction results in an optimized valence band and conduction band.Eventually,the resultant AM/NiWO_x/NiOOH/NF with abundant active sites and improved oxidation/reduction capability exhibits more superior catalytic performance compared with the Ni-doped W_(18)O_(49)/NF counterpart.This study gives more insights in the electrochemical evolution of the tungsten-based oxide and provides effective strategies for optimizing the catalytic activity of materials with inherent hydrogen evolution reaction limitations.Guojuan Hai Jianfeng Huang Liyun Cao Koji Kajiyoshi Long Wang Liangliang Feng Jun Chen 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,12:1

19Potential application of graphene nanoplatelets as a high temperature lubricant for hot rolling显示文摘Graphene has been shown to be a promising solid lubricant to reduce friction and wear of the sliding counterparts,and currently is reported to only function below 600℃.In this study,its potential as a lubricant above 600℃ was studied using a ball-on-disc tribo-meter and a rolling mill.Friction results suggest that a reduction up to 50%can be obtained with graphene nanoplatelets(GnP)under lubricated conditions between 600 and 700℃ when compared with dry tests.and this friction reduction can last more than 3 min.At 800 and 900℃,the friction reduction is stable for 70 and 40 s,respectively,which indicates that GnP can potentially provide an effective lubrication for hot metal forming processes.Hot rolling experiments on steel strips indicate that GnP reduces the rolling force by 11%,7.4%,and 6.9%at 795,890,and 960℃,respectively.These friction reductions are attributed to the easily sheared GnP between the rubbing interfaces.A temperature higher than 600℃ will lead to the gasification of the residual graphene on the strip surface,which is believed to reduce the black contamination from traditional graphite lubricant.Long WANG Anh Kiet TIEU Ming MA Jiaqing LI Guojuan HAI Hongtao ZHU 2022Friction2022,10,11:0
20Effects of the laser surface treatment on the mechanical properties of CuZr-based bulk metallic glasses显示文摘Surfaces of three types of CuZr-based bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) were modified by laser surface treatment (LST), and the influence of the treatment on structure and mechanical properties of these alloys was investigated. The phase structure of as-cast and laser-treated samples was characterized by XRD and the morphology of the alloys after fracture was examined by SEM. The compressive plasticity of treated Cu47.5Zr47.5Al5 and Cu46.5Zr47.5Al5Co1 BMGs can be improved from 0.5% to 2.0% and from 1.2% to 5.7% respectively compared with the as-cast ones, while (Cu0.55Zr0.40Al0.05)99Er1 BMG shows insignificant change of plasticity.
