| 1 | Degradation of PCDD/Fs in MSWI fly ash using a microwave-assisted hydrothermal process显示文摘In this work,microwave treatment was introduced to a hydrothermal treatment process to degrade PCDD/Fs(Polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans)in municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)fly ash.Three process additives(NaOH,Na2 HPO4,H2 O),temperatures(150℃,185℃,220℃)and reaction times(1 h,2 h,3 h)were investigated to identify their effect on the disposal of fly ash samples through orthogonal experiments.High-resolution gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(HRGC/MS)was applied to determine the PCDD/F concentrations in MSWI fly ash.The experimental results revealed that 83.7%of total PCDD/Fs was degraded.Reaction temperature was the most important factor for the degradation of the total PCDD/Fs.Both direct destruction and chlorination reactions(the chlorination degree of PCDFs increased)took part in the degradation of PCDD/Fs in fly ash,which was a new discovery.Several PCDD/F indexes determined by the concentration of indicative congeners were found to quantitatively characterize the dioxin toxicity of the fly ash.Furthermore,heavy metals in the fly ash sample were solidified using microwave-assisted hydrothermal treatment,which provided an experimental basis for the simultaneous disposal of dioxins and heavy metals.Thus,the microwave-assisted hydrothermal process should be considered for the future disposal of MSWI fly ash. | Qili Qiu Xuguang Jiang Guojun Lü Zhiliang Chen Shengyong Lu Mingjiang Ni Jianhua Yan Xiaobing Deng | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,7: | 3 |
| 2 | Influences of different degassing processes on refining effect and properties of 4004 Al alloy显示文摘In order to improve the plasticity of 4004 Al alloy and subsequently the productivity of 4004 Al foil, the research studied in detail the influence of the rotary impeller degassing process on the refining effect of 4004 Al alloy, in which the impacts of four major parameters: gas flow, rotational speed, refining time, and stewing time, on degassing rate of 4004 Al alloy was systematically studied by using an orthogonal experiment methodology. Results show that the rotational speed has the greatest impact on the degassing of 4004 Al alloy, followed by gas flow and refining time; stewing time has the least impact. The optimum purification parameters obtained by current orthogonal analysis were: rotor speed of 500 r·min-1, inert gas flow of 0.4 mL·h-1, refining time of 15 min, and stewing time of 6 min. Degassing rate using the optimum parameters reaches 68%. In addition, the comparison experiments among C2Cl6 refining, rotary impeller degassing, and combined treatment of C2Cl6 refining and rotary impeller degassing for 4004 Al alloy were performed. The experimental data indicated that the combined treatment of C2Cl6 refining and rotary impeller degassing has the best degassing effect. Degassing rate of C2Cl6 refining, rotary impeller degassing and combined refining treatment is 39%, 69.1% and 76.9%, respectively. | 3 | Characteristics of the turbidite fan in the Wenchang Formation of the Enping Sag, Pearl River Mouth Basin, China and its hydrocarbon significance显示文摘A turbidite fan in the Eocene upper Wenchang Formation in the Enping Sag, Pearl River Mouth Basin (PRMB) has been studied using seismic, logging and borehole data. The fan is characterized by parallel progradation on the dip seismic profile and is mound-shaped or lenticular-shaped on the strike seismic profile. The study of the core and logging data from well EP17-3-1, which is located in the front side of the turbidite fan, shows that this fan is a set of normal grading sand beds, interbedded within thick dark grey mudstones of semi-deep to deep lake deposits in the Wenchang Formation. The fan is interpreted as a sand/mud-rich turbidite fan that has an area of over 140 km2 and a maximum thickness of over 340 m. Combined with a study of the regional geological background and previous provenance analysis of the Eocene Wenchang Formation, the main potential provenances for the turbidite fan are considered to be the Panyu low-uplift and northern fault terrace zone. The Enping Sag is considered to be a half graben-like basin whose north side is faulted and whose south side is overlapped. Basement subsidence in the Eocene was mainly controlled by boundary faults which dip relatively steeply on the north side, causing the subsidence center of the Enping Sag in this stage to be close to the north boundary faults. Sustained faults developed in the Enping Sag during the Eocene caused an increase of the relative height difference between the north and the south uplift zone in the Enping Sag. Affected by the second episode of the Zhuqiong movement (39-36 Ma) in late Eocene, sediments which had accumulated on the Panyu low-uplift zone were triggered and moved toward the subsidence center of the Enping Sag and formed the turbidite fan. The second episode of the Zhuqiong movement is the most important triggering factor for the formation of the turbidite fan in the Wenchang Formation. Seismic attribute characterization shows that the low frequency energy is enhanced and high frequency energy is weakened when seismic waves propagate through the oil-bearing zone in this fan. Amplitude versus offset (AVO) anomalies are observed in the seismic data and abnormally high pressure is encountered.
