3EFFECT OF ULTRASONIC POWER ON THE HEAVY ALUMINUM WEDGE BONDING STRENGTH显示文摘Eleven groups of wire bonding experiments are carried out on an experiment platform (restructured with a U3000 heavy aluminum wedge wire bonder). Pure silicon aluminum wire (300 μm in diameter, 2.94~3.92 N in average pull force) and nickel coated aluminum substrates are used in the experiments. During the experiment process, only ultrasonic power rate parameter is changed and the other bonding parameters are kept as constant. The bonding force and time are 4.90 N and 100 ms respectively. After the bonding experiments, shear strength tests are carried out on the bonds as the bonding strength criterion. From those experiments and test results, some conclusions are obtained: In the small ultrasonic power rate conditions (about 20%~30%), with the power increasing, the bonding strength enhances accordingly; However, in the large ultrasonic power rate conditions (about 45%~70%), the bonding strength decreases accordingly and over bonding happens. Only when the ultrasonic power rate is in a moderate condition (about 35%~40%) can good and stabilized bonding strength be acquired.Wang Fuliang Han Lei Zhong Jue 2005Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2005,18,4:1
4In-situ cation-inserted MnO_(2) with selective accelerated intercalation of individual H^(+) or Zn^(2+) ions in aqueous zinc ion batteries显示文摘The recognized energy storage mechanism of neutral aqueous zinc-manganese batteries is the co-insertion/extrusion of H^(+) and Zn^(2+) ions.However,modulating the kinetics of a single H^(+) or Zn^(2+) ion is scarce,which can provide meaningful insights into the energy storage mechanism of Zn ion batteries.Herein,a distinctive doubly electric field in-situ induced cationic anchoring of two-dimensional layered MnO_(2) is successfully constructed to modulate the insertion/extrusion of a single H^(+) or Zn^(2+) ion.As a result,regulating the intercalation of different metal ions can precisely achieve the accelerated induction for the individual H^(+) or Zn^(2+) ions intercalation/deintercalation.Moreover,the introduction of metal ions stabilizes the lattice distortion and alleviates the irreparable structural collapse,leading to an increase in the H^(+)/Zn^(2+) storage sites,efficiently diminishing the stagnation of the ordered structure and creating the more open channels,which is conducive to facilitating the diffusion of ions.This work delivers some innovative insights into pre-embedding strategies,and also serves as a precious reference for the cathode development of advanced aqueous batteries.Lijin Yan Baibai Liu Jiangyu Hao Yuying Han Chong Zhu Fuliang Liu Xuefeng Zou Yang Zhou Bin Xiang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,7:0
5Plug Seedling Production of Short Vine Type Sweet Potato Variety‘Ganshu No.2’显示文摘This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different vine cuttings and provide a fast method for production of high-quality sweet potato seedlings.With short vine type‘Ganshu No.2'as an experiment material,biological characteristics of sweet potato seedlings were investigated by setting three vine sections( the ingle-node section,dual-node section and three-node top bud section) using three kinds of substrates( red soil,leaf mould and pond sludge).The results showed that the dual-node vine section plus leaf mould treatment sprouted earliest( 3 d) with the highest survival rate( 86.6%),root number( 9.2 roots) and the longest root length( 5.9 cm),compared with other treatments.Therefore,dual-node vine section plus leaf mould plug seedling raising has the characteristics of short sprouting time,high survival rate and low cost.The method could provide seedlings in a short period( 20 d),improves sweet potato propagation coefficient and is worth extending and applying.Xiaosan LIU Guobin XIAO Yazhen LI Fuliang XIAO Han LI Xiaojun XIAO Tianbao HUANG 2018Agricultural Biotechnology2018,7,6:0
