1Comprehensive power-supply planning for active distribution system considering cooling,heating and power load balance显示文摘An active distribution system power-supply planning model considering cooling,heating and power load balance is proposed in this paper.A regional energy service company is assumed to be in charge of the investment and operation for the system in the model.The expansion of substations,building up distributed combined cooling,heating and power(CCHP),gas heating boiler(GHB)and air conditioner(AC)are included as investment planning options.In terms of operation,the load scenarios are divided into heating,cooling and transition periods.Also,the extreme load scene is included to assure the power supply reliability of the system.Numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and illustrate the economic benefits of applying distributed CCHP in regional power supply on investment and operation.Xinwei SHEN Yingduo HAN Shouzhen ZHU Jinghong ZHENG Qingsheng LI Jing NONG 2015Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,4:24

13Synchrophasor-based Online State Estimated in Large-scale Power Grid显示文摘With integration of a larger amount of clean power sources and power electronic equipment,operation and dynamic characteristics of the power grid are becoming more and more complicated and stochastic.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to obtain accurate real-time states,which is difficult from traditional state estimation.This paper systematically develops a phasor measurement unit(PMU)based real-time state estimator for a realistic large-scale power grid for the first time.The estimator mainly relies on three refined algorithms,i.e.,an improved linear state estimation algorithm,a practical bad data identification method and a distributed topology check technique.Furthermore,a novel system architecture is designed and implemented for the China Southern Power Grid.Numerical simulations and extensive field operation results of the state estimator recorded under both normal and abnormal situations are presented.All the tests and field results demonstrate the advantages of the proposed algorithms in terms of online system monitoring and feasibility of refreshing the states of the whole system at intervals of tens of milliseconds.Junjie Lin Chao Lu Wenchao Song Yingduo Han Yinsheng Su He Huang Licheng Li 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,5:0
