1Crystalline behaviors and phase transition during the manufacture of fine denier PA6 fibers显示文摘Recently we have successfully produced fine denier PA6 fibers by using additives containing lanthanide compounds.Meanwhile,crystallization and phase transition of PA6 fibers during spinning and drawing processes were investigated.During the spinning process,β phase crystal could be obtained in as-spun PA6 fibers which were produced with relatively high melt draw ratio,while γ phase crystal predominated when the melt draw ratio was relatively low.β phase crystal,whose behaviors are similar with those of γ phase by FT-IR and XRD characterization,could be transformed to α form easily when PA6 fibers are immersed in boiling water.However,γ phase crystal of PA6 remains unchanged in boiling water.Thus,β and γ phase crystals of PA6 can be differentiated by the crystalline behaviors of PA6 fibers after treatment in boiling water.Further experiments demonstrate that the β phase can also be produced during a drawing process where a phase transformation from γ to α occurs.In other words,β phase may act as an intermediate state during the phase transformation.ZHANG ChengFeng LIU YuHai LIU ShaoXuan LI HuiZhen HUANG Kun PAN QingHua HUA XiaoHui HAO ChaoWei MA QingFang LV ChangYou LI WeiHong YANG ZhanLan ZHAO Ying WANG DuJin LAI GuoQiao JIANG JianXiong XU YiZhuang WU JinGuang 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,11:4
2A method of forced extrapolation of the global magnetic field in the solar corona显示文摘We present a method of forced-field(i.e., non-force-free field: NFFF) extrapolation of the global magnetic field in the corona, on the basis of single-layer vector magnetogram, by extending an extrapolation technique of local magnetic field first developed by Hu et al.(2008). The forced coronal magnetic field is described by a system with the minimum dissipation rate(MDR) which is appropriate for the corona as a forced and open system. The obtained solution of the magnetic field can be decomposed into three components including one potential field and two linear force-free fields(LFFF). Starting from the given single-layer vector magnetogram, the bottom boundary condition for each component is determined with an iterative method to achieve a minimum difference of the transverse component between the extrapolated field and the original magnetogram. The final extrapolated forced field is given by the sum of the three component fields with the obtained bottom boundaries. The method is tested with an analytic magnetohydrostatic(MHS) solution. It is shown that the extrapolated forced field is highly consistent with the MHS solution at least from the solar disk to the heliocentric distance of 1.5 solar radii(R⊙). For instance, the complements of normalized and mean vector errors(E’n, E’m) are as high as ~97% and 95%, respectively. 5A wireless-communication-based measurement of gas pressure with capsule-slime sealing device显示文摘To solve the existing problems of imperfect sealing and the inaccurate measurement of gas pressure in traditional sealing,the present study builds a new model of capsule-slime sealing device based on wireless pressure gauge.The new sealing device is mainly composed of two sets of capsules,a capsule connecting piece and a slime part,measures the pressure through the wireless communication technology,and seals through chemical reaction in the capsule,which generates gas to expand the capsule and extrude the pre-stored slime.Two methods of extruding pre-stored slime are proposed:in the first method,transverse force is generated by the expansion of the capsules at both ends,pushing the capsules toward the middle through the chute and squeezing the pre-stored slime out;in the second,high-pressure gas generated in the capsules is led into the expansion tube,which is inserted into the storage tube,squeezing it and letting the slime out to complete the sealing process.Then the research studies the effect of sealing under the condition of drilling with the structure of slime storage tube.The results indicate that the maximum standing time of slime wrapped in metal net is 2 h,instead of the expected 10 d,failing to meet the sealing requirements.When the slime viscosity is 1200–3000 m Paás in the structure of slime storage tube,the best viscosity of slime is achieved and can simulate sealing the drilling hole(5–4,4–2.36,2.36–1.18,1.18–0.15 mm in diameter),as well as the gap caused by mixed sand accumulation.Zhengyan Wu Deqiang Fan Shuguang Jiang Hao Shao Kai Wang Weiqing Zhang Chaowei Guo 2019International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2019,29,6:0
