| 1 | DELLA and EDS1 Form a Feedback Regulatory Module to Fine-Tune Plant Growth-Defense Tradeoff in Arabidopsis显示文摘Plants maintain a dynamic balance between growth and defense,and optimize allocation of resources for survival under constant pathogen infections.However,the underlying molecular regulatory mechanisms,especially in response to biotrophic bacterial infection,remain elusive.Here,we demonstrate that DELLA proteins and EDS1,an essential resistance regulator,form a central module modulating plant growth-defense tradeoffs via direct interaction.When infected by Pst DC3000,EDS1 rapidly promotes salicylic acid(SA)biosynthesis and resistance-related gene expression to prime defense response,while pathogen infection stabilizes DELLA proteins RGA and RGL3 to restrict growth in a partially EDS1-dependent manner,which facilitates plants to develop resistance to pathogens.However,the increasingly accumulated DELLAs interact with EDS1 to suppress SA overproduction and excessive resistance response.Taken together,our findings reveal a DELLA-EDS1-mediated feedback regulatory loop by which plants maintain the subtle balance between growth and defense to avoid excessive growth or defense in response to constant biotrophic pathogen attack. | Yuge Li Yuhua Yang Yilong Hu Hailun Liu Ming He Ziyin Yang Fanjiang Kong Xu Liu Xingliang Hou | 2019 | Molecular Plant2019,12,11: | 8 |

| 6 | The Variation of Microbial(Methanotroph)Communities in Marine Sediments Due to Aerobic Oxidation of Hydrocarbons显示文摘Methanotrophs in marine sediments and overlying water attenuate the emissions of methane into the atmosphere and thus play an important role for the global cycle of this greenhouse gas.However,gas released from natural hydrocarbon seeps are not pure methane but commonly mixed hydrocarbons.Currently,how methanotrophic bacteria behave in the co-presence of methane and heavier hydrocarbons remains unknown.In this paper,the bacteria were cultured aerobically in fresh sediment samples(collected from Bohai Bay in eastern China)at 28℃under the atmospheres of pure methane and methane+ethane+propane mixed gas,respec-tively.The prevailing terrigenous n-alkanes and fatty acids in the original sediment samples varied consistently after incubations,confirming the proceeding of aerobic bacterial activities.The real-time quantitative PCR assay and sequencing of the 16S rRNA and particulate methane monooxygenase(pmoA)genes revealed the changes of microbe communities to a methanotroph-dominating structure after incubations.Particularly,after incubations the family Methylococcaceae(typeⅠmethanotrophs)became dominant with proportions higher than 40%,whereas Methylocystaceae(typeⅡmethanotrophs)nearly disappeared in all incubated samples.More-over,the species of methanotrophs from the samples treated with pure methane were dominated by Methylobacter luteus,whereas Methylobacter whittenburyi took the predominant proportion in the samples treated with mixed gas.The phenomenon suggests that some methanotrophs may also utilize ethane and propane.Collectively,this study may help to gain a better understanding of the ef-fects and contributions of microbial activities in marine hydrocarbon seep ecosystems. | LI Jing LIU Changling WU Nengyou HE Xingliang HAO Xiluo LI Feng CHEN Ye MENG Qingguo | 2021 | Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,3: | 1 |

| 8 | Three-dimensional electric field simulation and flashover path analysis of ice-covered suspension insulators显示文摘Flashover of ice-covered insulators seriously affects the safe operation of transmission lines.It is necessary to study the electric field distribution for flashover analysis of ice-covered insulators.The electric field of ice-covered insulators was mostly calculated by a two-dimensional(2D)axisymmetric model that cannot be well corresponded to actual icing situations.In this study,a 3D electric field simulation model of ice-covered suspension insulators under moderate icing condition with applied DC voltage was established.Two characteristic parameters,E_(av)and E_(max)were proposed to measure electric field distortion degree.Based on the simulation results,the effects of water film conductivity,icicle length,icicle deviation angle,and icicle distribution on Eav and Emax were studied.The results showed that icicles have a significant influence on the electric field distribution of insulators.E_(av)increases with the increase of icicle length and decreases with the increase of icicle deviation angle.E_(max)increases with the increase of the icicle length,icicle spacing and adjacent icicle length difference.When the icicle deviation angle is 45°,E_(max)is the largest.Lastly,the possible flashover paths were analysed based on the simulation results,which would provide a theoretical basis for building a flashover model of ice-covered insulators. | Lichun Shu Yanqing Liu Xingliang Jiang Qin Hu Gaohui He Zhou Yu Longfang Xiao | 2020 | High Voltage2020,5,3: | 1 |

| 11 | Ultrastable and highly efficient CsPbBr_(3) composites achieved by dual-matrix encapsulation for display devices显示文摘Perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)with high stabilities and excellent optical perfor-mances are crucial for display applications.However,to date,perovskite emitters with both high photoluminescence(PL)quantum yield(PLQY)and high stabili-ties under harsh synergistic humidity–heat–light aging conditions have not been reported.The promising high-temperature solid-state sintering with single oxide matrices cannot ensure high PLQY and synergistic aging stabilities of perovskites.Herein,both the PLQY and overall(thermal,moisture,and photo)stabilities of all-inorganic perovskite(CsPbBr_(3))NCs are improved by dual-matrix encapsula-tion,which is accomplished by in situ crystallization of CsPbBr_(3)@Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)nanocomposites in silica molecular sieve(MS)templates via advanced solid-state synthesis a using precisely controlled molar ratio of precursor components and cooling rates.The Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)matrix effectively passivates the surfaces of CsPbBr_(3)NCs,and the MS matrix insulates CsPbBr_(3)@Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)from the external environ-ment.The resulting CsPbBr_(3)@Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)/MS composites exhibit the highest PLQY(>90%)among those of the solid-state perovskite NCs and significant stabilities against water,heat,and blue light irradiation,maintaining more than 80%of their initial PL intensities after being aged for 1000 h under synergistic high-humidity(85%),high-temperature(85C),and strong blue light irradiation(350 mW cm2)conditions.To the best of our knowledge,these CsPbBr_(3)@Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)/MS composites represent the most stable perovskite emitters under synergistic humidity–heat–light aging conditions.The liquid crystal display backlight module fabricated using these stable composites demonstrates a wide color gamut of 131%of the National Television Standards Committee standard.We speculate that this dual-matrix encapsulation can be used for industrial mass production. | Chao Fan Haipeng Liu Jianwu Zhou Xingliang Dai Haiping He Zhizhen Ye | 2023 | InfoMat2023,5,7: | 0 |
| 12 | Soil Particle Composition and Its Relationship with Nutrient Contents in a Quercus aquifolioides Forest at Different Altitudinal Gradient显示文摘The current research focuses on soil particle separate and total organic carbon and nitrogen in Quercus aquifolioides forest in Balangshan,Wolong Natural Reserve,Sichuan,and their correlation at tree altitudinal gradient.The result shows that:The soil particle separate of Q. quifolioides forest is mainly of silts,and the soil texture is medium textured soils;The contents of soil total organic carbon content and nitrogen content in 0-15 cm layer are higher than that in 15-30 cm layer in different attitude gradients;the total organic carbon content in the topsoil shows a low-high-low tendency at different altitudinal gradients,whereas that of the subsoil shows a growing tendency;The C/N ratio of Q.aquifolioides forest is relatively small,with an average of 12.77;The correlation analysis between the soil total organic carbon and nitrogen content and soil particle separate respectively tells us:contents of soil organic carbon is very significantly positively correlated with total nitrogen in the two soil layers(P<0.01) at 3 549 m,no correlation at 2 551 m;the contents of total organic carbon and nitrogen are very significantly positively respective respectively with coarse silt content in 0-15 cm and 15-30 cm soil layers(P<0.05),but negatively with clay in different layers(P<0.05) in 0-15 cm soil layer at 3 549 m,significantly positively(P<0.05) and very significantly positively correlated(P<0.01) respectively with coarse silt content in different soil layers at 3 091 m,very significantly and significantly positively correlated respectively with fine sand content in different soil layers at 2 551 m,but negatively with fine silt content in 15-30 cm soil layer.Finally,in this paper the results presented that relationships among soil particle separate and total organic carbon and nitrogen content are quite complications in Q.aquifolioides forest at different altitudinal gradient. | Hu Zongda Liu Shirong Shi Zuomin Liu Xingliang He Fei | 2012 | Chinese Forestry Science and Technology2012,11,3: | 0 |

| 16 | Highly spectra-stable pure blue perovskite light-emitting diodes based on copper and potassium co-doped quantum dots显示文摘Halide perovskite light emitting diodes(LEDs)have gained great progress in recent years.However,mixed-halide perovskites for blue LEDs usually suffer from electroluminescence(EL)spectra shift at a high applied voltage or current density,limiting their efficiency.In this work,we report a strategy of using single-layer perovskite quantum dots(QDs)film to tackle the electroluminescence spectra shift in pure-blue perovskite LEDs and improve the LED efficiency by co-doping copper and potassium in the mixed-halide perovskite QDs.As a result,we obtained pure-blue halide perovskite QD-LEDs with stable EL spectra centred at 469 nm even at a current density of 1,617 mA·cm^(−2).The optimal device presents a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 2.0%.The average maximum EQE and luminance of the LEDs are 1.49%and 393 cd·m^(−2),increasing 62%and 66%compared with the control LEDs.Our study provides an effective strategy for achieving spectra-stable and highly efficient pure-blue perovskite LEDs. | Fang Chen Wenjie Ming Yongfei Li Yun Gao Lea Pasquale Kexin Yao Boyuan Huang Qiuting Cai Guochao Lu Jizhong Song Mirko Prato Xingliang Dai Haiping He Zhizhen Ye | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,5: | 0 |
