Sandbox Modeling of the Fault-increment Pattern in Extensional Basins显示文摘Three series of sandbox modeling experiments were performed to study the fault-increment pattern in extensional basins. Experimental results showed that the tectonic action mode of boundaries and the shape of major boundary faults control the formation and evolution of faults in extensional basins. In the process of extensional deformation, the increase in the number and length of faults was episodic, and every 'episode' experienced three periods, strain-accumulation period, quick fault-increment period and strain-adjustment period. The more complex the shape of the boundary fault, the higher the strain increment each 'episode' experienced. Different extensional modes resulted in different fault-increment patterns. The horizontal detachment extensional mode has the 'linear' style of fault-increment pattern, while the extensional mode controlled by a listric fault has the 'stepwise' style of fault-increment pattern, and the extensional mode controlled by a ramp-flat boundary fault has the 'stepwise-linear' style of fault-increment pattern. These fault-increment patterns given above could provide a theoretical method of fault interpretation and fracture prediction in extensional basins. | Geng Changbo Tong Hengmao He Yudan Wei Chunguang | 2007 | Petroleum Science2007,4,2: | 6
Evaluation of the four potential Cretaceous-Paleogene (K-Pg) boundaries in the Nanxiong Basin based on evidences from volcanic activity and paleoclimatic evolution显示文摘Determining the location of the Cretaceous-Paleogene(K-Pg) boundary in terrestrial strata is highly significant for studying the evolution of terrestrial ecosystems at the end of the Cretaceous(especially the extinction of non-avian dinosaurs). At present, research on terrestrial K-Pg boundaries worldwide is concentrated in the middle and high latitudes, such as North America and Northeast China. Although many studies have also been carried out in the Nanxiong Basin, located at low latitudes(which has become the standard for dividing and comparing the continental K-Pg stratigraphy in China), many researchers have proposed four possible boundaries from different perspectives. Therefore, the exact location remains to be determined. In this study, the total mercury(Hg) content, environmental magnetism, geochemistry, and other parameters for the samples collected near the four boundaries were determined and compared with existing records. Results indicated that: 1) The total Hg content significantly increased in the upper part of the Zhenshui Formation and Pingling part of the Shanghu Formation with sharp fluctuations. As per latest dating results of Deccan Traps, the significantly high Hg value was attributed to the Deccan Traps eruption. Boundary 1 was located in the middle of the Hg anomaly interval, which was consistent with the relationship between the global K-Pg boundary and time of volcanic eruption. 2) The reconstructed paleoclimate evolution curve revealed that the red sediments in the basin recorded the late Maastrichtian warming event(66.2 Ma). Regarding the relationship between the four boundaries and this warming event, only boundary 1 was found to be closest to the real K-Pg boundary of the Nanxiong Basin. | Mengting ZHAO Mingming MA Mei HE Yudan QIU Xiuming LIU | 2021 | Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,4: | 4

Protocol for Brain Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Extraction of Imaging‑Derived Phenotypes from the China Phenobank Project显示文摘Imaging-derived phenotypes(IDPs)have been increasingly used in population-based cohort studies in recent years. As widely reported, magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is an important imaging modality for assessing the anatomical structure and function of the brain with high resolution and excellent soft-tissue contrast. The purpose of this article was to describe the imaging protocol of the brain MRI in the China Phenobank Project(CHPP).Each participant underwent a 30-min brain MRI scan as part of a 2-h whole-body imaging protocol in CHPP.The brain imaging sequences included T1-magnetization that prepared rapid gradient echo,T2 fuid-attenuated inversion-recovery,magnetic resonance angiography, difusion MRI,and resting-state functional MRI.The detailed descriptions of image acquisition, interpretation, and post-processing were provided in this article. The measured IDPs included volumes of brain subregions, cerebral vessel geometrical parameters, microstructural tracts, and function connectivity metrics. | Chengyan Wang Zhang Shi Yan Li Xueqin Xia Xutong Kuang Shufang Qian Le Xue Lizhen Lan Yudan Wu Na Zhang Ji Tao Xumei Hu Wenzhao Cao Naying He Yike Guo Weibo Chen Jun Zhang Jingchun Luo He Wang Mei Tian | 2023 | Phenomics2023,3,6: | 0
Role of BraRGL1 in regulation of Brassica rapa bolting and flowering显示文摘Gibberellin(GA)plays a major role in controlling Brassica rapa stalk development. As an essential negative regulator of GA signal transduction,DELLA proteins may exert significant effects on stalk development. However, the regulatory mechanisms underlying this regulation remain unclear. In this study,we report highly efficient and inheritable mutagenesis using the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system in BraPDS(phytoene desaturase)and BraRGL1(key DELLA protein)genes. We observed a loss-of-function mutation in BraRGL1 due to two amino acids in GRAS domain. The flower bud differentiation and bolting time of BraRGL1 mutants were significantly advanced. The expression of GA-regulatory protein(BraGASA6),flowering related genes(BraSOC1,BraLFY),expansion protein(BraEXPA11)and xyloglucan endotransferase(BraXTH3)genes was also significantly upregulated in these mutants.BraRGL1-overexpressing plants displayed the contrasting phenotypes.BraRGL1 mutants were more sensitive to GA signaling.BraRGL1 interacted with BraSOC1,and the interaction intensity decreased after GA3 treatment. In addition,BraRGL1 inhibited the transcription-activation ability of BraSOC1 for BraXTH3 and BraLFY genes, but the presence of GA3 enhanced the activation ability of BraSOC1,suggesting that the BraRGL1-BraSOC1 module regulates bolting and flowering of B.rapa through GA signal transduction. Thus,we hypothesized that BraRGL1 is degraded, and BraSOC1 is released in the presence of GA3,which promotes the expression of BraXTH3 and BraLFY,thereby inducing stalk development in B.rapa.Further,the BraRGL1-M mutant promoted the flower bud differentiation without affecting the stalk quality.Thus,BraRGL1 can serve as a valuable target for the molecular breeding of early maturing varieties. | Yudan Wang Shiwei Song Yanwei Hao Changming Chen Xi Ou Bin He Jiewen Zhang Zhehao Jiang Chengming Li Shuaiwei Zhang Wei Su Riyuan Chen | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,8: | 0
The Com prehensive Evaluation on Four Indices of Drug Re-sistance in Acute Myeloid Leukem ia显示文摘To study sensitivity of drug resistance indexes and resistance manner in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), MTT drug sensitivity, growth types of CFU L in vitro , Bcl 2 antigen and Bcl 2/Bax ratio and intracellular fluorescence intensity of daunorubicin (DNR) were determined. In 62 cases of AML, the positive coincidence rate was 73 % with MTT test and the negative coincidence rate was 70 %. In 3 commonly used drugs, if one drug showed sensitivity, the coincidence remission rate reached 71 %. In 51 cases of AML, there were 31 patients in the group of complete remission (CR), in which CFU L of 29 patients showed independent growth. CFU L of 2 patients showed no growth. However, there were 20 patients in the group of non remission (NR), in which CFU L of 14 patients showed independent growth. CFU L of 6 patients showed non growth pattern. Statistical analysis showed significant difference ( P <0.05). In 32 cases of AML, the expression rate of Bcl 2 was 59.55 %±19.56 % in drug sensitive group, and one was 77.36 %±11.91 % in drug resistant group, respectively ( P <0.05). At the same time, the ratio of Bcl 2/Bax was 7.50±5.04 in drug sensitive group and one was 14.32±8.99 in drug resistant group, respectively ( P <0.05). In 15 case of clinically drug resistant AML, the fluorescence histogram of DNR showed left shift of main peak (LSMP) in 12 patients. They were diagnosed as classical drug resistance. Meanwhile, 1 patient showed right shift of main peak (RSMP) in 3 patients. They were diagnosed as re growth drug resistance. It is concluded that MTT and CFU L might be used for prediction of drug sensitivity or resistance when patients were on treatment. Bcl 2 and ratio of Bcl 2/Bax might be associated with the prognosis. DNR histogram could be employed for identify the pattern drug resistance. The strength and weakness of these techniques were discussed. | CHEN Yan , HE Mingsheng , XIANG Zhifu , WU Yudan, YUE Beibei , YU Dongjiao, LI Huiyu Institute of Hematology, Xiehe Hospital, Tongji Medical University, Wuhan, 430022 | 1999 | Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology(Medical Sciences)1999,19,3: | 0
An investigation progress toward Be-based ablator materials for the inertial confinement fusion显示文摘The Be-based materials with many particular properties lead to an important research subject. The investigation progresses in the fabrication technologies are introduced here, including main three kinds of Be-based materials, such as Be–Cu capsule, Be_2C ablator and high-purity Be material. Compared with the pioneer workgroup on Be-based materials, the differences in Be–Cu target fabrication were described, and a grain refinement technique by an active hydrogen reaction for Be coating was proposed uniquely. Be_2C coatings were first prepared by the DC reactive magnetron sputtering with a high deposition rate(~300 nm/h). Pure polycrystalline Be_2C films with uniform microstructures, smooth surface, high density(~2.2 g · cm^3) and good optical transparency were fabricated. In addition, the high-purity Be materials with metal impurities in a ppm magnitude were fabricated by the pyrolysis of organometallic Be. | Bingchi Luo Jiqiang Zhang Yudan He Long Chen Jiangshan Luo Kai Li Weidong Wu | 2017 | High Power Laser Science and Engineering2017,5,2: | 0
Thickness dependence of microstructure and properties in Be2C coatings as a promising ablation material显示文摘Beryllium carbide(Be2C)thin films have proven to be promising ablation materials, but the properties of Be2C coatings of the greater thickness required for inertial confinement fusion capsules are still unknown. In this work,Be2Ccoatings of various thicknesses(0.3–32.9μm)are prepared byDC reactive magnetron sputtering. The influence of thickness on crystal properties, microstructure, and optical properties is investigated. The results indicate that the crystallinity of polycrystalline Be2C films improves with increasing thickness, while the grain size(∼5 nm)and texture properties(without a preferred orientation)have only a weak dependence on thickness.Auniform featureless microstructure and smooth surface(root mean square roughness∼8 nm)are observed even in thick(32.9μm)films,despite the presence of defects induced by contaminants.High densities(2.19–2.31 g/cm3)and high deposition rates(∼270 nm/h)are realized, with the latter corresponding to the upper limit for the fabrication of Be2Ccoatings by magnetron sputtering. The transmittance of the films in the near-infrared region remains at a high level(>80%)and has only a weak dependence on thickness, while the transmittance in the visible region decreases with increasing thickness. In addition, the optical bandgap is estimated to be about 1.9 eV and decreases with increasing thickness owing to the presence of defects. | Yudan He Lei Jin Jiqiang Zhang Bingchi Luo Kai Li Weidong Wu Jiangshan Luo | 2019 | Matter and Radiation at Extremes2019,4,4: | 0
Influence of the Source to Substrate Distance on the Growth,Tribological Properties and Optical Properties of Be Films显示文摘The Be films were prepared by thermal evaporation at different sources to substrate distances(SSD) on glass substrates. The decrease of SSD from 90 mm to 50 mm caused the increase of substrate temperature and the rising density of incident Be atoms, thus the properties of Be films greatly changed accordingly. The experimental results showed that the grain diameter in the Be films transited from below 100 nm to 300 nm, the film growth rate increased from 2.35 nm/min to 4.73 nm/min and the roughness increased from 7 nm to 49 nm. The performance study suggested that the friction coefficient of Be films increased from 0.13 to 0.27 and was related to the surface roughness and inner structure, the near-infrared reflectance of Be films increased from 40% to 85% with the increase of wavelength and concurrently decreased with the decrease of SSD, respectively. The performance study indicated that the Be film had the potential application in specific near-infrared reflectance optical system. | 李恺 LUO Bingchi HE Yudan LI Wenqi 罗江山 | 2018 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2018,33,2: | 0

Roles and Molecular Mechanisms of Biomarkers in Hepatocellular Carcinoma with Microvascular Invasion: A Review显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)being a leading cause of cancer-related death, has high associated mortality and recurrence rates. It has been of great necessity and urgency to find effective HCC diagnosis and treatment measures.Studies have shown that microvascular invasion(MVI)is an independent risk factor for poor prognosis after hepatectomy. The abnormal expression of biomacromolecules such as circ-RNAs,lncRNAs,STIP1,and PD-L1 in HCC patients is strongly correlated with MVI.Deregulation of several markers mentioned in this review affects the proliferation, invasion, metastasis,EMT,and anti-apoptotic processes of HCC cells through multiple complex mechanisms. Therefore, these biomarkers may have an important clinical role and serve as promising interventional targets for HCC.In this review,we provide a comprehensive overview on the functions and regulatory mechanisms of MVI-related biomarkers in HCC. | Xudong Zhao Yudan Wang Haoming Xia Shuqiang Liu Ziyue Huang Risheng He Liang Yu Nanfeng Meng Hang Wang Junqi You Jinglin Li Judy Wai Ping Yam Yi Xu Yunfu Cui | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,5: | 0
