11腰椎融合术后患者行全髋置换术后生理活动改善程度与非腰椎融合术后患者相当显示文摘为了研究腰椎融合术对全髋置换术疗效的影响,作者分析了11416例全髋置换术患者资料,其中90例有腰椎融合术史。结果发现,虽然腰椎融合术后患者生理活动能力有所下降,但是行全髋置换术后,生理活动能力的改善程度与非腰椎融合术后患者相当。这项研究对于全髋置换术术前沟通有意义,可以告知患者腰椎融合术后行全髋置换术可以获得与常人相当的疗效。Hinman A D Inacio M C S Prentice H A 胡孔足(摘译) 2019临床骨科杂志2019,22,5:1
