1The separable Hamiltonian system and complete biorthogonal expansion method of Mindlin plate bending problems显示文摘A separable Hamiltonian system of Mindlin plate bending problems is obtained. Using the equivalence between the differential form and integral form of the separable Hamiltonian system, the biorthogonal relationships of the eigenfunctions are presented. Based on the biorthogonal relationships, a novel complete biorthogonal expansion of the Mindlin plate bending problems with two opposite sides simply supported is proposed through the products of operator matrices. The exact solutions to deflections and bending moments for the Mindlin plate with fully simply supported sides are obtained. 2Capability-based context ontology modeling and reasoning for C^4ISR communication显示文摘Modeling and reasoning on domain contexts play a key role for adding intelligence to communication services, and the approach of capability-based requirement engineering ensures the scientificity and accuracy of requirement elicitation. This paper presents a capability-based context ontology modeling approach for command and control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance(C4ISR) communication. Primarily, a capability-based C^4ISR communication meta-concept model and a C^4ISR communication context meta-ontology are constructed. The context ontology is established under the constraints of the C^4ISR communication context meta-ontology, and furthermore, algorithms are proposed to support context reasoning based on description logic. 7Atmospheric Circulation Patterns over East Asia and Their Connection with Summer Precipitation and Surface Air Temperature in Eastern China during 1961–2013显示文摘Based on the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data and Chinese observational data during 1961–2013, atmospheric circulation patterns over East Asia in summer and their connection with precipitation and surface air temperature in eastern China as well as associated external forcing are investigated. Three patterns of the atmospheric circulation are identified, all with quasi-barotropic structures:(1) the East Asia/Pacific(EAP) pattern,(2) the Baikal Lake/Okhotsk Sea(BLOS) pattern, and(3) the eastern China/northern Okhotsk Sea(ECNOS) pattern. The positive EAP pattern significantly increases precipitation over the Yangtze River valley and favors cooling north of the Yangtze River and warming south of the Yangtze River in summer. The warm sea surface temperature anomalies over the tropical Indian Ocean suppress convection over the northwestern subtropical Pacific through the Ekman divergence induced by a Kelvin wave and excite the EAP pattern. The positive BLOS pattern is associated with below-average precipitation south of the Yangtze River and robust cooling over northeastern China. This pattern is triggered by anomalous spring sea ice concentration in the northern Barents Sea. The anomalous sea ice concentration contributes to a Rossby wave activity flux originating from the Greenland Sea, which propagates eastward to North Pacific. The positive ECNOS pattern leads to below-average precipitation and significant warming over northeastern China in summer. The reduced soil moisture associated with the earlier spring snowmelt enhances surface warming over Mongolia and northeastern China and the later spring snowmelt leads to surface cooling over Far East in summer, both of which are responsible for the formation of the ECNOS pattern.Shuping LI Wei HOU Guolin FENG 2018Journal of Meteorological Research2018,32,2:0
8Tuning electronic structure of RuO_(2)by single atom Zn and oxygen vacancies to boost oxygen evolution reaction in acidic medium显示文摘The poor stability of RuO_(2)electrocatalysts has been the primary obstacles for their practical application in polymer electrolyte membrane electrolyzers.To dramatically enhance the durability of RuO_(2)to construct activity-stability trade-off model is full of significance but challenging.Herein,a single atom Zn stabilized RuO_(2)with enriched oxygen vacancies(SA Zn-RuO_(2))is developed as a promising alternative to iridium oxide for acidic oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Compared with commercial RuO_(2),the enhanced Ru–O bond strength of SA Zn-RuO_(2)by forming Zn-O-Ru local structure motif is favorable to stabilize surface Ru,while the electrons transferred from Zn single atoms to adjacent Ru atoms protects the Ru active sites from overoxidation.Simultaneously,the optimized surrounding electronic structure of Ru sites in SA ZnRuO_(2)decreases the adsorption energies of OER intermediates to reduce the reaction barrier.As a result,the representative SA Zn-RuO_(2)exhibits a low overpotential of 210 mV to achieve 10 mA cm^(-2)and a greatly enhanced durability than commercial RuO_(2).This work provides a promising dual-engineering strategy by coupling single atom doping and vacancy for the tradeoff of high activity and catalytic stability toward acidic OER.Qing Qin Tiantian Wang Zijian Li Guolin Zhang Haeseong Jang Liqiang Hou Yu Wang Min Gyu Kim Shangguo Liu Xien Liu 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,88,1:0
