4Optoeletronic investigation of Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 thin-films & Cu2Zn Sn(S,Se)4/CdS interface with scanning probe microscopy显示文摘The kesterite-structured semiconductor Cu_2 Zn Sn(S,Se)_4(CZTSSe) is prepared by spin coating a non-hydrazine precursor and annealing at Se atmosphere. Local electrical and optoelectronic properties of the CZTSSe thin-film are explored by Kelvin probe force microscopy and conductive atomic force microscopy. Before and after irradiation, no marked potential bending and very low current flow are observed at GBs, suggesting that GBs behave as a charge recombination site and an obstacle for charge transport. Furthermore, Cd S nano-islands are synthesized via successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction(SILAR) method on the surface of CZTSSe. By comparing the work function and current flow change of CZTSSe and Cd S in dark and under illumination, we demonstrate photo-induced electrons and holes are separated at the interface of p-n junction and transferred in Cd S and CZTSSe, respectively.Jiangjun Li Yugang Zou Ting Chen Jinsong Hu Dong Wang Li-Jun Wan 2016Science China Chemistry2016,59,2:0
5Study on the Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids from Morinda citrifolia L.显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore the best extraction technology of total flavonoids from Morinda citrifolia L.[Methods]An orthogonal test was carried out to select the best extraction process with the yield of total flavonoids in the extract as the investigation index.[Results]Among the four factors of experimental design,the extraction time had a very significant impact on the results,the ethanol concentration had a significant impact on the results,and the extraction temperature and ethanol dosage had no significant impacts on the results.The optimal extraction process conditions for the total flavonoids of M.citrifolia were as follows:extraction time 1.5 h,ethanol concentration 90%,extraction temperature 60-65℃,and ethanol dosage 1∶20(g/ml).The total flavonoids in M.citrifolia fruit were extracted according to the optimal extraction process conditions,and the yield was 2.936%.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical basis for obtaining the optimal extraction process conditions for total flavonoids of M.citrifolia.Mengxi ZHANG Donghai CHU Ruitong ZHAN Jiangjun LI Bing HU 2021Agricultural Biotechnology2021,10,3:0
6Ce-Ti catalysts modified with copper and vanadium to effectively remove slip NH_(3) and NO_x from coal-fired plants显示文摘In this work,V/Ce-Ti catalysts were modified with different kinds of transition metals(Cu,Fe,Co,Mn) by sol-gel and impregnation methods.The NH_(3) oxidation performance of them was tested to select the most active catalyst in NH_(3)-selective catalytic oxidation(NH_(3)-SCO).The effect of NO,SO_(2) and H_(2)O was also investigated.The experimental results indicate that 1% Cu-V/Ce-Ti catalyst exhibits the most significant ability to remove slip ammonia discharged from coal-fired plants and its NH_(3) conversion efficiency reaches90% at 300℃.In additio n,97% NO_x can be removed when NO is introduced in the gas.Cu-V/Ce-Ti catalyst also obtains good resistance to H_(2)O and SO_(2).Based on the characterization experiment,the introduced Cu and V are highly dispersed on Ce-Ti catalyst and they can increase the redox properties and the number of acidic sites.Besides,the redox cycles among Cu,V and Ce species on Cu-V/Ce-Ti catalyst surface are conducive to generating more active oxygen and promoting the oxidation capacity of the catalyst.Wenjie Liu Yifei Long Shinian Liu Yongyan Zhou Xin Tong Yajie Yin Xiaoyi Li Kang Hu Jiangjun Hu 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,7:0
