2Finite element simulation on the deep drawing of titanium thin-walled surface part显示文摘The deep drawing of titanium thin-walled surface part was simulated based on a self-developed three-dimensional finite element model. After an investigation on forming rules, a virtual orthogonal experimental design was adopted to determine the significance of processing parameters, such as die radius, blank holder force, and friction coefficient, on the forming process. The distributions of thickness and equivalent plastic strain of the drawn part were evaluated. 13The optimal dietary arginine level of laying hens fed with low-protein diets显示文摘Background:Arginine(Arg)is an essential amino acid(EAA)in poultry,an important substrate for protein synthesis and a precursor of several molecules.Supplementation of EAAs with low protein(LP)diet increases the utilization efficiency of dietary crude protein(CP).However,if the EAA requirement is changed in hens fed a LP diet remains to be elucidated.The aim of the present study was to evaluate the optimal level of dietary Arg in the LP diet of hens.A total of 1350 Hy-Line Brown laying hens were randomly allocated to six dietary treatments:a basal diet(16%CP,positive control),or an isoenergetic LP diet(14%CP,0.80%Arg)supplemented 0,0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,and 0.20%L-Arg,corresponding to 0.80%,0.85%,0.90%,0.95%and 1.00%dietary Arg,respectively.Results:The feed efficiency was decreased(P<0.05)by 0.80%and 1.00%Arg-LP diets,compared to control.Within LP diets,dietary Arg level had significant quadratic effects(P<0.05)on laying rate,egg mass,and feed efficiency.Compared to control,the plasma CAT activity or T-AOC content were decreased by 0.80%(P<0.001).However,the hens offered 0.85%and 0.90%Arg-LP diets had higher CAT activity(P<0.001)than 0.80%Arg-LP diet.In contrast,1.00%Arg-LP group had the highest MDA and the lowest T-AOC content in plasma,liver,duodenal and jejunal mucosa(P<0.05).Compared to control,the villus height was decreased by 0.80%,0.95%and 1.00%Arg-LP diets,while the villus height to crypt depth(V/C)ratio was reduced by 0.95%and 1.00%Arg-LP diets in duodenum.Conclusion:The result demonstrates that LP diet(14%CP)deficient in Arg(0.80%Arg)result in augmented oxidative damage and impaired development of intestinal mucosa.According to the quadratic broken-line regression model,the optimal dietary arginine levels for Hy-Line Brown laying hens fed with low protein diet(14%CP)aged 33 to 40 weeks are 0.85%,0.86%,and 0.86%to obtained the maximum laying rate,egg mass,and feed efficiency,respectively.Mingfa Sun Ning Ma Hui Liu Yu Liu Yunlei Zhou Jingpeng Zhao Xiaojuan Wang Haifang Li Baishun Ma Hongchao Jiao Hai Lin 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,6:0
14Construction of an easy-to-use predictive model for ultrasound-detected tophi to improve the detection of hidden tophi显示文摘Background:Musculoskeletal ultrasound is used in clinical practice to evaluate gout patients and is an effective imaging tool for the detection of tophi.The aim of this study was to analyze the factors associated with ultrasound-detected tophi in gout patients and to construct a clinical model to predict its occurrence and improve the detection of hidden tophi.Methods:Data of gout patients admitted to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from January 2015 to December 2021 were collected.The complete and detailed information from gout cases with completed musculoskeletal ultrasound was included in the analysis.Univariate and multivariate analyses were used to identify independent factors associated with ultrasound-detected tophi.A nomogram was used to visualize the clinical predictive models.Results:Among 517 gout patients,rheumatologists found that 67 patients(13.0%)had subcutaneous tophi by visual observation,while musculoskeletal ultrasound revealed that 123 patients(23.8%)had ultrasound-detected tophi with odds ratio[OR](95%confidence intervals[CIs])=2.20(1.81-2.67).Disease duration,upper limb joint flare(ULJF),persistent joint pain(PJP),uric acid,and homocysteine levels were independently associated with ultrasounddetected tophi,and they had ORs(95%CIs)of 1.092(1.050-1.136),3.732(2.312-6.025),1.864(1.086-3.200),1.003(1.001-1.004),and 1.015(1.000-1.030),respectively.After balancing the complexity and accuracy of the model,Model 2(incorporating disease duration,ULJF,PJP,and uric acid)was chosen to create a nomogram to predict the occurrence of ultrasound-detected tophi.The nomogram had good discrimination(consistency index[C-index]=0.774)and excellent calibration,demonstrated by calibration curves.Conclusion:Using easily available indicators,such as disease duration,the nature of the joint pain,and uric acid levels,we successfully developed an easy-to-use clinical model to improve the detection of hidden tophi.Wei Liu Wen Guo Kaiping Zhao Qiang Zang Husheng Wu Siliang Man Hongchao Li Liang Zhang Hui Song 2023Rheumatology & Autoimmunity2023,3,3:0
15In situ construction of thiol-silver interface for selectively electrocatalytic CO_(2)reduction显示文摘Electrochemical CO_(2)reduction(ECR)is one of the most effective methods to obtain carbonaceous chemicals and reduce greenhouse gases passingly under the ambient condition.However,efficient electrocatalysts featured with high selectivity and stability are still lacking.A novel molecule-mediated Ag electrocatalyst with capped thiols is rationally designed for high-performance ECR.The thiol-capped and carbon-supported Ag nanostructures(Ag-TC)are formed by in situ electrochemical reduction from three-dimentional(3D)Ag-thiol metal-organic compound with cysteine as the anchor agent and carbon source.Ag-TC exhibits high selectivity and stability for CO_(2)conversion to CO(86.7%),which is more catalytically active than that of common Ag nanoparticles.The function of thiols for ECR is proved by replacing cysteine with alanine without thiol group.Meanwhile,alternatively replacing and removing the surface molecules on the Ag foil further demonstrate the effct of thiols.This work enlightens the promise of in situ construction method for molecule capped metal electrocatalyst towards selective and stable ECR.Ying Chen Feng Hu Yanan Hao Yonghan Wang Yaoyi Xie Hui Wang Lijie Yin Deshuang Yu Hongchao Yang Jun Ma Dan Kai Linlin Li Shengjie Peng 2022Nano Research2022,15,4:0
16Monitoring of steam chamber in steam-assisted gravity drainage based on the temperature sensitivity of oil sand显示文摘Thermosensitivity experiments and simulation calculations were conducted on typical oil sand core samples from Kinosis,Canada to predict the steam chamber development with time-lapse seismic data during the steam-assisted gravity drain-age(SAGD).Using an ultrasonic base made of polyether ether ketone resin instead of titanium alloy can improve the signal en-ergy and signal-to-noise ratio and get clear first arrival;with the rise of temperature,heavy oil changes from glass state(at-34.4℃),to quasi-solid state,and to liquid state(at 49.0℃)gradually;the quasi-solid heavy oil has significant frequency dis-persion.For the sand sample with high oil saturation,its elastic property depends mainly on the nature of the heavy oil,while for the sand sample with low oil saturation,the elastic property depends on the stiffness of the rock matrix.The elastic property of the oil sand is sensitive to temperature noticeably,when the temperature increases from 10℃ to 175℃,the oil sand samples decrease in compressional and shear wave velocities significantly.Based on the experimental data,the quantita-tive relationship between the compressional wave impedance of the oil sand and temperature was worked out,and the tem-perature variation of the steam chamber in the study area was predicted by time-lapse seismic inversion.GAO Yunfeng FAN Ting’en GAO Jinghuai LI Hui DONG Hongchao MA Shigang YUE Qingfeng 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,6:0
17High-throughput investigations of configurational-transformation-dominated serrations in CuZr/Cu nanolaminates显示文摘Metallic amorphous/crystalline(A/C)nanolaminates exhibit excellent ductility while retaining their high strength.However,the underlying physical mechanisms and the resultant structural changes during plastic deformation still remain unclear.In the present work,the structure-property relationship of CuZr/Cu A/C nanolaminates is established through integrated high-throughput micro-compression tests and molecular dynamics simulations together with high-resolution transmission electron microcopy.The serrated flow of nanolaminates results from the formation of hexagonal-close-packed(HCP)-type stacking faults and twins inside the face-centered-cubic(FCC)Cu nano-grains,the body-centered-cubic(BCC)-type ordering at their grain boundaries,and the crystallization of the amorphous CuZr layers.The serration behavior of CuZr/Cu A/C nanolaminates is determined by several factors,including the formation of dense dislocation networks from the multiplication of initial dislocations that formed after yielding,weak-spots-related configurational-transitions and shear-transition-zone activities,and deformation-induced devitrification.The present work provides an insight into the heterogeneous deformation mechanism of A/C nanolaminates at the atomic scale,and mechanistic base for the microstructural design of self-toughening metallic-glass(MG)-based composites and A/C nanolaminates.William Yi Wang Bin Gana Deye Lin Jun Wang Yiguang Wang Bin Tang Hongchao Kou Shunli Shang Yi Wang Xingyu Gao Haifeng Song Xidong Hui Laszlo J.Kecskes Zhenhai Xia Karin A.Dahmen Peter K.Liaw Jinshan Lia Zi-Kui Liu 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,52,18:0
