| 2 | Sensitivity-enhanced surface plasmon resonance sensor utilizing a tungsten disulfide (WS_2) nanosheets overlayer显示文摘Tungsten disulfide(WS_2), as a representative layered transition metal dichalcogenide(TMDC) material, possesses important potential for applications in highly sensitive sensors. Here, a sensitivity-enhanced surface plasmon resonance(SPR) sensor with a metal film modified by an overlayer of WS_2 nanosheets is proposed and demonstrated. The SPR sensitivity is related to the thickness of the WS_2 overlayer, which can be tailored by coating a WS_2 ethanol suspension with different concentrations or by the number of times of repeated post-coating.Benefitting from its large surface area, high refractive index, and unique optoelectronic properties, the WS_2 nanosheet overlayer coated on the gold film significantly improves the sensing sensitivity. The highest sensitivity(up to 2459.3 nm∕RIU) in the experiment is achieved by coating the WS_2 suspension once. Compared to the case without a WS_2 overlayer, this result shows a sensitivity enhancement of 26.6%. The influence of the WS_2 nanosheet overlayer on the sensing performance improvement is analyzed and discussed. Moreover, the proposed WS_2 SPR sensor has a linear correlation coefficient of 99.76% in refractive index range of 1.333 to 1.360. | 4 | Interleukin-12 and interferon-γacting on damp-heat of spleen-stomach syndrome triggered by helicobacter pylori显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of and interleukin-12(IL-12) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in relation to the pathology of damp-heat of spleen-stomach syndrome(DHSS) induced by Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infection.METHODS: In total, 114 individual gastric mucosal specimens including 83 DHSS, 19 spleen-qi deficiency syndrome(SQD) and 12 from healthy volunteers(CON) were collected by gastroscopy. To explore the relationship between the two syndromes and H. pylori infection, individual samples were tested using rapid urease and methylene blue tests. Hematoxylin and eosin stained sections were examined to grade for the degree of inflammation and inflammatory activity, and expression of IL-12 and IFN-γ was investigated by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: Statistically significant differences in the degree of inflammation and inflammatory activity were observed between the groups of specimens:DHSS, SQD and CON(P < 0.05). Additionally, greater intestinal metaplasia(IM) and dysplasia were observed in the DHSS group, especially those with H.pylori infection. Expression of both IFN-γ and IL-12 was higher in DHSS samples infected with H. pylori than in uninfected samples and in the CON(P <0.05) but not in the SQD(P > 0.05) groups. Intriguingly, in gastric specimens exhibiting IM and dysplasia, IL-12 translocated from the nucleus into the cytoplasm.CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that IL-12 and IFN-γ are involved in DHSS pathology, but not in SQD, acting as healthy-Qi. The maximum shifts along directions both parallel and perpendicular to the incident plane are theoretically predicted and experimentally verified with optimal preselection and postselection states. | 12 | Screening the effective components in treating dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency syndrome and elucidating the potential mechanism of Poria water extract显示文摘Poria is an important medicine for inducing diuresis to drain dampness from the middle energizer.However,the specific effective components and the potential mechanism of Poria remain largely unknown.To identify the effective components and the mechanism of Poria water extract(PWE)to treat dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency syndrome(DSSD),a rat model of DSSD was established through weight-loaded forced swimming,intragastric ice-water stimulation,humid living environment,and alternate-day fasting for 21 days.After 14 days of treatment with PWE,the results indicated that PWE increased fecal moisture percentage,urine output,D-xylose level and weight;amylase,albumin,and total protein levels;and the swimming time of rats with DSSD to different extents.Eleven highly related components were screened out using the spectrum-effect relationship and LC-MS.Mechanistic studies revealed that PWE significantly increased the expression of serum motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),ADCY5/6,p-PKAα/β/γcat,and phosphorylated cAMP-response element binding protein in the stomach,and AQP3 expression in the colon.Moreover,it decreased the levels of serum ADH,the expression of AQP3 and AQP4 in the stomach,AQP1 and AQP3 in the duodenum,and AQP4 in the colon.PWE induced diuresis to drain dampness in rats with DSSD.Eleven main effective components were identified in PWE.They exerted therapeutic effect by regulating the AC-cAMP-AQP signaling pathway in the stomach,MTL and GAS levels in the serum,AQP1 and AQP3 expression in the duodenum,and AQP3 and AQP4 expression in the colon. | LI Huijun ZHANG Dandan WANG Tianhe LUO Xinyao XIA Heyuan PAN Xiang HAN Sijie YOU Pengtao WEI Qiong LIU Dan ZOU Zhongmei YE Xiaochuan | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,2: | 0 |
| 13 | Atomic Ni directional-substitution on ZnIn_(2)S_(4) nanosheet to achieve the equilibrium of elevated redox capacity and efficient carrier-kinetics performance in photocatalysis显示文摘It is a challenge to coordinate carrier-kinetics performance and the redox capacity of photogenerated charges synchronously at the atomic level for boosting photocatalytic activity.Herein,the atomic Ni was introduced into the lattice of hexagonal ZnIn_(2)S_(4) nanosheets(Ni/ZnIn_(2)S_(4))via directionalsubstituting Zn atom with the facile hydrothermal method.The electronic structure calculations indicate that the introduction of Ni atom effectively extracts more electrons and acts as active site for subsequent reduction reaction.Besides the optimized light absorption range,the elevation of Efand ECBendows Ni/ZnIn_(2)S_(4) photocatalyst with the increased electron concentration and the enhanced reduction ability for surface reaction.Moreover,ultrafast transient absorption spectroscopy,as well as a series of electrochemical tests,demonstrates that Ni/ZnIn_(2)S_(4) possesses 2.15 times longer lifetime of the excited charge carriers and an order of magnitude increase for carrier mobility and separation efficiency compared with pristine ZnIn_(2)S_(4).These efficient kinetics performances of charge carriers and enhanced redox capacity synergistically boost photocatalytic activity,in which a 3-times higher conversion efficiency of nitrobenzene reduction was achieved upon Ni/ZnIn_(2)S_(4).Our study not only provides in-depth insights into the effect of atomic directional-substitution on the kinetic behavior of photogenerated charges,but also opens an avenue to the synchronous optimization of redox capacity and carrier-kinetics performance for efficient solar energy conversion. | Haibin Huang Guiyang Yu Xingze Zhao Boce Cui Jinshi Yu Chenyang Zhao Heyuan Liu Xiyou Li | 2024 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,88,1: | 0 |

| 15 | Resonant enhancement of second harmonic generation in etchless thin film lithium niobate heteronanostructure显示文摘Lithium niobate has received interest in nonlinear frequency conversion due to its wide transparency window,from ultraviolet to mid-infrared spectral regions,and large second-order nonlinear susceptibility.However,its nanostructure is generally difficult to etch,resulting in low-Q resonance and lossy nanostructures for second harmonic generation.By applying the concept of bound states in the continuum,we performed theoretical and experimental investigations on high-Q resonant etchless thin-film lithium niobate with Si O_(2) nanostructures on top for highly efficient second harmonic generation.In the fabricated nanostructured devices,a resonance with a Q factor of 980 leads to the strong enhancement of second harmonic generation by over 1500 times compared with that in unpatterned lithium niobate thin film.Although the pump slightly deviates from central resonance,an absolute conversion efficiency of 6.87×10^(-7) can be achieved with the fundamental pump peak intensity of 44.65 MW/cm^(2),thus contributing to the normalized conversion efficiency of 1.54×10^(-5)cm^(2)/GW.Our work establishes an etchless lithium niobate device for various applications,such as integrated nonlinear nanophotonics,terahertz frequency generation,and quantum information processing. | Zhijin Huang Kaiwen Luo Ziwei Feng Zhanyuan Zhang Yang Li Wentao Qiu Heyuan Guan Yi Xu Xiangping Li Huihui Lu | 2022 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2022,65,10: | 0 |
| 16 | Gas expansion caused by formation uplifting and its effects on tight gas accumulation:A case study of Sulige gas field in Ordos Basin,NW China显示文摘Gas expansion caused by significant exhumation in the Sulige gas field in the Ordos Basin since Late Cretaceous and its effects on hydrocarbon accumulation have been investigated systematically based on comprehensive analysis of geochemical,fluid inclusion and production data.The results indicate that gas volume expansion since the Late Cretaceous was the driving force for adjustment and secondary charging of tight sandstone gas reservoirs in the Sulige gas field of the Ordos Basin.The gas retained in the source rocks expanded in volume,resulting in gas re-expulsion,migration and secondary charging into reservoirs,while the gas volume expansion in the tight reservoirs caused the increase of gas saturation,gas-bearing area and gas column height,which worked together to increase the gas content of the reservoir and bring about large-scale gas accumulation events.The Sulige gas field had experienced a two-stage accumulation process,burial before the end of Early Cretaceous and uplifting since the Late Cretaceous.In the burial stage,natural gas was driven by hydrocarbon generation overpressure to migrate and accumulate,while in the uplifting stage,the gas volume expansion drove internal adjustment inside gas reservoirs and secondary charging to form new reservoirs.On the whole,the gas reservoir adjustment and secondary charging during uplifting stage is more significant in the eastern gas field than that in the west,which is favorable for forming gas-rich area. | LI Jun ZHAO Jingzhou WEI Xinshan SHANG Xiaoqing WU Weitao WU Heyuan CHEN Mengna | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,6: | 0 |
| 17 | Theoretical and experimental investigation on the efficiency of a novel roller piston pump显示文摘This study presents a novel roller piston pump,in which a cam guide-roller type rolling support is adopted to replace the sliding pair support of the swash plate-slipper pair to achieve the oil suction and discharge of the piston cavity.In addition,the shaft distribution is used to replace the original valve plate distribution and the driving shaft is used as the distribution shaft to remove the valve plate structure,which greatly simplifies the design of the axial piston pump.Such a configuration largely reduces the number of sliding friction pairs of the pump,and avoids the influence of the sliding friction pair on it under high-speed and variable-speed conditions.Firstly,mathematical models of the mechanical and volumetric efficiencies of the roller pump are deduced respectively through force analysis and the compressibility equation.Based on the numerical simulation of MATLAB and AMESim,the effects of load pressure and rotational speed on mechanical and volumetric efficiencies are studied respectively,and it is verified that the roller pump has no structural flow pulsation.The prototype pump is then designed and built,along with a special test rig.The outlet pressure,outlet flow,and torque of the pump under different load pressures and rotational speeds are measured,and the mechanical and volumetric efficiencies of the prototype pump under various load pressures and rotational speeds are obtained.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulated analysis.When the load pressure is 8 MPa and the speed is 5000 r/min,the mechanical and the volumetric efficiencies are 85.5% and 96.8%,respectively.When the speed is increased to 10000 r/min,the mechanical and the volumetric efficiencies are 66.7% and 95.6%,respectively.The experimental results show that the proposed roller piston pump has excellent efficiency under wide-speed and high-speed conditions and can be a potential solution as a fuel pump in aerospace fuel systems. | Chenchen ZHANG Yiren ZANG Heyuan WANG Bin MENG Sheng LI Jian RUAN | 2023 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2023,24,9: | 0 |
