| 2 | Controllable synthesized step-scheme heterojunction of WO_(3)/CuBi_(2)O_(4) decorated WO_(3) plates for visible-light-driven CO_(2) reduction显示文摘Rational design and construction of step-scheme(S-scheme)photocatalyst has received much attention in the field of CO_(2) reduction because of its great potential to solve the current energy and environmental crises. In this study,a series of plate-like WO_(3)/CuBi_(2)O_(4)(WO/CBO)photocatalysts were synthesized. The CO and CH4 yields over optimal composite reached 1,115.8 and 67.2μmol/m2 after 9 h visible light illumination(λ>400 nm),which was higher than those of two pure catalysts in CO_(2) photoreduction. The product yields slightly decreased in the 7th cycling.Besides, the staggered band structure of heterojunction was characterized by diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS)and valence band-X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(VB-XPS),and a S-scheme charge transfer mechanism was verified by detecting electron spin resonance(ESR)and XPS result about surface composition of WO/CBO catalyst in dark or light. This work may be useful for rational designing of S-scheme photocatalyst and provides some illuminating insights into the S-scheme transfer mechanism. | Weina Shi Ji-Chao Wang Xiaowei Guo Xiu Qiao Fang Liu Renlong Li Wanqing Zhang Yuxia Hou Huijuan Han | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,7: | 1 |

| 4 | Integrating of metal-organic framework UiO-66-NH2 and cellulose nanofibers mat for high-performance adsorption of dye rose bengal显示文摘UiO-66-NH2 is an efficient material for removing pollutants from wastewater due to its high specific surface area, high porosity and water stability. However, recycling them from wastewater is difficult. In this study, the cellulose nanofibers mat deacetylated from cellulose acetate nanofibers were used to combine with UiO-66-NH_(2)by the method of in-situ growth to remove the toxic dye, rose bengal.Compared to previous work, the prepared composite could not only provide ease of separation of UiO-66-NH_(2)from the water after adsorption but also demonstrate better adsorption capacity(683 mg∙g‒1(T=25°C,pH=3))than that of the simple UiO-66-NH_(2)(309.6 mg∙g^(‒1)(T=25℃,pH=3)).Through the analysis of adsorption kinetics and isotherms, the adsorption for rose bengal is mainly suitable for the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Freundlich model.Furthermore, the relevant research revealed that the main adsorption mechanism of the composite was electrostatic interaction, hydrogen bonding andπ–πinteraction.Overall, the approach depicts an efficient model for integrating metal-organic frameworks on cellulose nanofibers to improve metal-organic framework recovery performance with potentially broad applications. | Yuyao Han Lei Xia Xupin Zhuang Yuxia Liang | 2022 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2022,16,9: | 0 |
| 5 | A genome-wide RNAi screen identifies genes regulating the formation of P bodies in C. elegans and their functions in NMD and RNAi显示文摘Cytoplasmic processing bodies, termed P bodies, are involved in diverse post-transcriptional processes including mRNA decay,nonsense-mediated RNA decay(NMD),RNAi,miRNA-mediated translational repression and storage of translationally silenced mRNAs.Regulation of the formation of P bodies in the context of multicellular organisms is poorly understood. Here we describe a systematic RNAi screen in C.elegans that identified 224 genes with diverse cellular functions whose inactivations result in a dramatic increase in the number of P bodies.83 of these genes form a complex functional interaction network regulating NMD.We demonstrate that NMD interfaces with many cellular processes including translation,ubiquitin-mediated protein degradation, intracellular trafficking and cytoskeleton structure. We also uncover an extensive link between translation and RNAi,with different steps in protein synthesis appearing to have distinct effects on RNAi efficiency. Moreover, the intracellular vesicular trafficking network plays an important role in the regulation of RNAi.A subset of genes enhancing P body formation also regulate the formation of stress granules in C.elegans.Our study offers insights into the cellular mechanisms that regulate the formation of P bodies and also provides a framework for system-level understanding of NMD and RNAi in the context of the development of multicellular organisms. | Yinyan Sun Peiguo Yang Yuxia Zhang Xin Bao Jun Li Wenru Hou Xiangyu Yao Jinghua Han Hong Zhang | 2011 | Protein & Cell2011,2,11: | 0 |
| 6 | The Effects of Turbulence Intensity and Tip Speed Ratio on the Coherent Structure of Horizontal-Axis Wind Turbine Wake:A Wind Tunnel Experiment显示文摘The evolution laws of the large-eddy coherent structure of the wind turbine wake have been evaluated via wind tunnel experiments under uniform and turbulent inflow conditions. The spatial correlation coefficients, the turbulence integral scales and power spectrum are obtained at different tip speed ratios(TSRs)based on the time-resolved particle image velocity(TR-PIV)technique.The results indicate that the large-eddy coherent structures are more likely to dissipate with an increase in turbulence intensity and TSR.Furthermore, the spatial correlation of the longitudinal pulsation velocity is greater than its axial counterpart, resulting into a wake turbulence dominated by the longitudinal pulsation. With an increase of turbulence intensity, the integral scale of the axial turbulence increases, meanwhile, its longitudinal counterpart decreases.Owing to an increase in TSR,the integral scale of axial turbulence decreases, whereas, that of the longitudinal turbulence increases.By analyzing the wake power spectrum,it is found that the turbulent pulsation kinetic energy of the wake structure is mainly concentrated in the low-frequency vortex region. The dissipation rate of turbulent kinetic energy increases with an increase of turbulence intensity and the turbulence is transported and dissipated on a smaller scale vortex, thus promoting the recovery of wake. | Yuxia Han Jianwen Wang Xin Li Xueqing Dong Caifeng Wen | 2022 | Energy Engineering2022,119,6: | 0 |
