1Progress and challenges of ceramics for supercapacitors显示文摘Supercapacitors(SCs)are one of the most promising electrical energy storage technologies systems due to their fast storage capability,long cycle stability,high power density,and environmental friendliness.Enormous research has focused on the design of nanomaterials to achieve low cost,highly efficient,and stable electrodes.Ceramic materials provide promising candidates for SCs electrodes.However,the low specific surface area and relatively low surface activity severely hinder the SCs performance of ceramic materials.Therefore,the basic understanding of ceramic materials,the optimization strategy,and the research progress of ceramic electrodes are the key steps to enable good electrical conductivity and excellent electron transport capabilities,and realize economically feasible ceramic electrodes in industry.Herein,we review recent achievements in manufacturing the ceramic electrodes for SCs,including metal oxide ceramics,multi-elemental oxide ceramics,metal hydroxide ceramics,metal sulfide ceramics,carbon-based ceramics,carbide and nitride ceramics,and other special ceramics(MXene).We focus on the unique and key factors in the component and structural design of ceramic electrodes,which correlate them with SCs performance.In addition,the current technical challenges and perspectives of ceramic electrodes for SCs are also discussed.Xiaojun Zeng Hanbin Song Zong-Yang Shen Martin Moskovits 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,6:2

3Covalently tethering disulfonic acid moieties onto polyoxometalate boosts acid strength and catalytic performance for hydroxyalkylation/alkylation reaction显示文摘Solid acid catalysts are widely used in the production of various high-value added and industrially important chemicals.Although the use of organosilicon compounds to modify the vacancy site has been extensively studied,the covalent tethering-SO_(3)H functionalized organosilicon modified polyoxometalates(POMs)has been rarely reported.In this work,two catalysts(TBA_(4)[SiW_(11)O_(39)(O(SiC_(3)H_(6)SO_(3)H)_(2))](compound 2)and TBA_(4)[SiW_(11)O_(39)(O(SiC_(8)H_(8)SO_(3)H)_(2))](compound 3))were synthesized successfully through covalently grafting different sulfonic acid(-SO_(3)H)groups onto[SiW_(11)O_(39)]^(8−)cluster,respectively.Compound 2 was achieved by surface grafting and in situ oxidation(3-mercaptopropyl)-trimethoxysilane,while compound 3 was achieved by surface grafting of 2-(4-chlorosulfonylphenyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane.Strong Brønsted acid strength of compounds 2 and 3 can be demonstrated by different methods including potentiometric titration,pyridine adsorption studies,and the ^(31)P trimethylphosphine oxides(TMPO)nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).The systematic investigation of the relationship among POM structures,acid strength,and electron density was carried out based on density functional theory(DFT)calculation and experimental results,which revealed that covalent modification of compounds 2 and 3 decreased the electron density of the O-H bond,and promoted the release of H^(+).When applied in hydroxyalkylation/alkylation(HAA)reaction of 2-methylfuran(2-MF)with cyclohexanone,compound 2 exhibited better catalytic performance with conversion of ~93%,monocyclic fuel precursors(1a)yield of 79.9% and selectivity of 85.7% than compound 3,which can be attributed to strong Brønsted acid and the intramolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions between the neighboring -SO_(3)H moieties in compound 2.Finally,compound 2 also showed excellent catalytic activity in the HAA reaction of 2-MF with several different aldehydes and ketones(e.g.,furfuraldehyde,5-methylfurfuraldehyde,acetone,butyraldehyde and 4-methoxybenzaldehyde).This result opens a new pathway for design and fabrication of novel solid acid catalysts.Lifei Lian Yubing Liu Xianfeng Yi Hanbin Hu Xiang Chen Hongqiang Li Wei Chen Anming Zheng Yu-Fei Song 2022Science China Chemistry2022,65,4:1
4Effect of pEGFP-survivin on GBC-SD cell growth and chemotherapy sensitivity显示文摘This paper is aimed to investigate the effect of survivin shRNA on chemotherapy resistance in human gallbladder carcinoma GBC-SD cells.The viability of human gallbladder carcinoma GBC-SD,GBC-SD/enhanced greenfluorescent protein(EGFP),and GBC-SD/survivin cells was detected by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT)assay,and mRNA and protein of survivin were tested by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and Western blot.After the cells were treated with cisplatin(DDP)(3.0μg/mL)for the same time,cell survival rate and IC50 was detected with MTT,cell apoptosis was detected withfluorescence-activated cell sorting(FACS),and the nuclear alteration was observed by TdT-mediated deox-yuridine triphosphate nick end labeling(TUNEL).In addition,caspase-3 activity was detected by using colorimetric method.Cell viability was decreased sig-nificantly in GBC-SD/survivin cells,and survivin expres-sion was decreased significantly(mRNA and protein of survivin were decreased by 74.7%and 71.5%,respec-tively).After treatment with DDP,cell survival rate and IC50 was decreased significantly(2.03�0.24μg/mL)in GBC-SD/survivin cells,while apoptotic rate(84.3%)was elevated significantly as compared with the other two groups.There were brown apoptotic nuclei in all the cells.Caspase-3 activity in all the cells was increased atfirst and then decreased,but the caspase-3 activity in GBC-SD/survivin cells was significantly higher than the other two groups.The survivin shRNA could down-regulate the expression of survivin in GBC-SD cells significantly and improve the sensibility to chemotherapy.Hanbin SHEN Bin ZHANG Song ZHAO Qichang ZHENG Jianping GONG Xiaotang CAI 2009Frontiers of Medicine2009,3,4:0
