1饲喂玉米秸秆和混合粗饲料日粮对荷斯坦奶牛乳脂肪酸组成的影响显示文摘本试验研究了调整日粮精粗比对奶牛乳脂中脂肪酸组成的影响,比较了玉米秸秆和优质粗饲料的饲喂效果。将24头荷斯坦奶牛(泌乳日龄136d±37d)分为2组,分别饲喂2种日粮,即高粗饲料日粮(MF日粮,日粮精粗比(F︰C)=60︰40),粗饲料来源为苜蓿干草、玉米青贮和羊草,以及以玉米秸秆为单一粗饲料来源的低粗饲料日粮(CS日粮,(F︰C)=40︰60)。试验期9周。试验期间测定产奶量、乳脂肪含量和乳脂肪中脂肪酸组成。日粮处理对产奶量和乳脂肪含量无影响,而干物质采食量(P<0.01)和乳脂肪产量(P<0.05)MF组均高于CS组。与CS组相比,饲喂MF日粮提高了总不饱和脂肪酸的摄入量及乳脂肪中C18:0和C18:3含量(P<0.01),然而,<16C脂肪酸含量下降(P<0.05)。乳中总饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸含量差异均不显著。MF组乳脂肪中总不饱和脂肪酸与其每日摄取量之比较CS组低,说明高比例粗饲料更易导致瘤胃氢化作用。Han R W 孙鹏 2014中国畜牧兽医2014,41,3:4
2甜菜碱对肥育猪生长激素脉冲释放和血清代谢的影响显示文摘用添加含量为0和0.125%甜菜碱的日粮饲喂肥育猪,试验对杂交肥育猪日粮中甜菜碱对猪的生长性能、生长激素(GH)脉冲释放及血清代谢的影响进行研究。每试验组3个重复,每个重复8头猪(4头去势公猪,4头母猪),试验在饲喂后3h内每15min采集一次血液样本,测定生长激素脉冲释放。结果表明:添加甜菜碱组平均日增重增加5.45%(P〈0.05),而平均日采食量和饲料转化率则不受影响。Huang Q C Xu Z R Han X Y Li W F 2007饲料博览(技术版)2007,,7:2
