Emerging systemic delivery strategies of oncolytic viruses:A key step toward cancer immunotherapy显示文摘Oncolytic virotherapy(OVT)is a novel type of immunotherapy that induces anti-tumor responses through selective self-replication within cancer cells and oncolytic virus(OV)-mediated immunostimulation.Notably, talimogene laherparepvec(T-Vec)developed by the Amgen company in 2015,is the first FDA-approved OV product to be administered via intratumoral injection and has been the most successful OVT treatment. However, the systemic administration of OVs still faces huge challenges, including in vivo pre-existing neutralizing antibodies and poor targeting delivery efficacy.Recently,state-of-the-art progress has been made in the development of systemic delivery of OVs,which demonstrates a promising step toward broadening the scope of cancer immunotherapy and improving the clinical efficacy of OV delivery.Herein, this review describes the general characteristics of OVs,focusing on the action mechanisms of OVs as well as the advantages and disadvantages of OVT.The emerging multiple systemic administration approaches of OVs are summarized in the past five years. In addition, the combination treatments between OVT and traditional therapies(chemotherapy, thermotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiotherapy, etc.)are highlighted.Last but not least, the future prospects and challenges of OVT are also discussed, with the aim of facilitating medical researchers to extensively apply the OVT in the cancer therapy. | Weiyue Ban Jianhuan Guan Hanwei Huang Zhonggui He Mengchi Sun Funan Liu Jin Sun | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,5: | 2
Microstructure and magnetic properties of Ti/Co/Ti films显示文摘The two series of as-deposited and annealed Ti/Co/Ti thin films were deposited by magnetron sputtering onto glass substrates at room temperature. The structural and magnetic properties of the films at room temperature were investigated as function of Co layer thickness. X-ray diffraction (XRD) profiles show Co nanograins are formed as the hexagonal-close-packed (hcp) structure. The perpendicular coercivity of the Ti(15 nm)/Co(30 nm)/Ti(15 nm) film annealed at 450 ℃ for 30 min is about 288 kA·m-1. | FENG Shunzhen ZHANG Yujie ZHANG Hanwei SUN Huiyuan | 2006 | Rare Metals2006,25,z1: | 1
Effect of Ti layer thickness on microstructure and magnetic properties of Ti/Co/Ti films显示文摘TiCoTi granular films were prepared by DC facing-target magnetron sputtering system onto glass substrates and subsequently in situ annealing in vacuum. Structural of Ti (t nm)/Co (40 nm)/Ti (t nm) films were investigated in detail, which shows that the majority Co nanograins are formed as the hexagonal-close-packed (HCP) structure. Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and scanning probe microscope (SPM) were applied to study the magnetic properties, morphologies and domain structures of these samples. It has been found that the structure and magnetic properties of the Ti/Co/Ti films depend strongly on the Ti layer thickness. The out-of-plane coercivities (Hc) of the film is maximum about 78.8 kA·m-1 when t=5 nm with annealing at 300 ℃; the distributing of grains of the sample is uniformity; and the average size of particles is about 13 nm. The obtained results suggest that this system is perpendicular anisotropy and might be applicable to perpendicular magnetic recording media. | ZHANG Yujie ZHANG Hanwei FENG Shunzhen SUN Huiyuan HU Yanying PENG Yan | 2006 | Rare Metals2006,25,z1: | 1
Microstructure and magnetic properties of Ti/Ni/Ti in dependence on Ni layer thickness显示文摘The films of Ti(15 nm)/Ni(t nm)/Ti(15 nm)(t=20, 30, 40, 50) were prepared by dc magnetron sputtering at room temperature and subsequent annealing at 400 ℃ for 30 min. Scanning probe microscope (SPM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were applied to study the magnetic properties and microstructure. AFM images show that small and uniform grains and some clusters appear with the increase of Ni thickness, also MFM images show that the size of domain first decreases and then increases. The coercivity reaches the maximum 48 kA·m-1 at t=30 nm. The XRD profiles show stronger fcc (111) orientation peak of Ni and weak hcp structure peaks of Ni3Ti. This results reveal that the crystal lines have the prefer orientation and achieve the ordered. | ZHANG Hanwei FENG Shunzhen ZHANG Yujie SUN Huiyuan | 2006 | Rare Metals2006,25,z1: | 0
Foldable high-strength electrode enabled by nanosheet subunits for advanced sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Power sources with strong mechanical properties and high-energy density are highly desirable for the next-generation flexible electronics. However, the challenge arises from the current electrode structure design, which is unable to bring both satisfactory mechanical and electrochemical properties with high active materials content and mass.Herein,we reported novel flexible, highstrength, and mechanically stable TiO_(2)-based film electrodes for advanced sodium-ion batteries, achieving an ultrahigh strength(up to≈60 MPa)and commercial-level areal capacity(4.5 mAh cm^(-2)).Highly-dispersed TiO_(2) and interlaced carbon nanotube(CNT)networks are embedded in the sheet-liked cellulose to form porous,high-conductive,and high-active TiO_(2)-C nanosheets that is basic building subunits of TiO_(2)-C films, allowing the films with structural robustness and origami-level flexibility. This strategy reconciles the contradiction between mechanical properties and active material content in flexible electrodes, and the fabricated electrode with a high TiO_(2) content of>65%can be bent more than 11000 times without breaking.Meanwhile, good capacity and excellent cycle stability(0.02‰capacity-decay rate over 9000 cycles)of TiO_(2)-C film under a higher active content(75%)has well satisfied the demands of flexible energy storage devices for electrochemical performances. This TiO_(2)-C subunit assembly methodology demonstrates enormous potential in high-strength/toughness flexible electrode construction for flexible electronics. | Hanwei Wang Jinzhou Fu Chao Wang Ruiwang Zhang Yingying Li Yushan Yang Haobo Li Qingfeng Sun Huiqiao Li | 2022 | InfoMat2022,4,2: | 0
Effect of random phase error and baseline roll angle error on eddy identification by interferometric imaging altimeter显示文摘To achieve better observation for sea surface,a new generation of wide-swath interferometric altimeter satellites is proposed. Before satellite launch,it is particularly important to study the data processing methods and carry out the detailed error analysis of ocean satellites, because it is directly related to the ultimate ability of satellites to capture ocean information. For this purpose, ocean eddies are considered a specific case of ocean signals, and it can cause significant changes in sea surface elevation. It is suitable for theoretical simulation of the sea surface and systematic simulation of the altimeter. We analyzed the impacts of random error and baseline error on the sea surface and ocean signals and proposed a combined strategy of low-pass filtering, empirical orthogonal function(EOF)decomposition, and linear fitting to remove the errors.Through this strategy, sea surface anomalies caused by errors were considerably improved, and the capability of satellite for capturing ocean information was enhanced.Notably,we found that the baseline error in sea surface height data was likely to cause inaccuracy in eddy boundary detection,as well as false eddy detection. These abnormalities could be prevented for'clean'sea surface height after the errors removal. | Le GAO Hanwei SUN Jifeng QI Qiufu JIANG | 2022 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022,40,5: | 0
A high-safety, flame-retardant cellulose-based separator with encapsulation structure for lithium-ion battery显示文摘The safety issues of lithium-ion batteries have received attention because flammable organic electrolytes are used. Also, the commercial polyolefin separator will undergo severe thermal shrinkage when the internal temperature of the battery increases to 130-160°C,which increases the risk. Therefore, the development of a high thermal stability and high-safety separator is an effective strategy to improve battery safety.Herein,we design a green,cellulose-based separator(Cel@DBDPE)with a unique encapsulation structure for lithium-ion batteries,in which functional flame retardants(DBDPE)are wrapped in microscrolls formed by the self-rolling of 2D cellulose nanosheets upon freeze-drying.This structure can firmly anchor DBDPE particles in the separator to prevent them from undergoing exfoliation and does not affect the properties of the separator, such as the thickness and the pore structure.Compared with commercial polypropylene,Cel@DBDPE has excellent thermal stability and flame retardancy. The former makes it less prone to thermal shrinkage and the latter can effectively prevent the combustion of the electrolyte, showing an efficient self-extinguishing ability. Moreover, the Cel@DBDPE is only 15μm in size and has competitive properties comparable to polypropylene. Thus, there is no sacrifice in the electrochemical performance of battery when the Cel@DBDPE is used as separator. This study provides a new structural design for the construction of a high-safety separator. | Jinzhou Fu Hanwei Wang Zhichen Du Yao Liu Qingfeng Sun Huiqiao Li | 2023 | SmartMat2023,4,5: | 0
