1Carbon and hydrogen isotopic compositions and their evolutions of gases generated by herbaceous swamp peat at different thermal maturity stages显示文摘Coalbed methane (CBM) accumulation models include continuous gas accumulation and staged gas accumulation.However,studied on the geochemical characteristics and indices to evaluate staged accumulation CBM are lacking.This study for the first time obtained the carbon and hydrogen isotopic compositions of methane and ethane generated at different evolution stages using thermal simulation of samples prepared by treating an herbaceous swamp peat at different temperatures.The results showed that the carbon isotopic compositions of methane and ethane were obviously affected by the thermal evolution level of the starting sample,while the hydrogen isotopic compositions were closely related to the maturity of gases.The carbon and hydrogen isotopic compositions of gases generated by coal-forming organic matter with Ro values from 1.2%,1.7%,2.4%,3.2% and 3.7% to 5.2% were determinated.The relationship between Ro values and the carbon and hydrogen isotopic compositions of gases generated by coal-forming organic matter at different evolution stages as well as the carbon or hydrogen isotopic relationships between methane and ethane were established.The results provide a scientific basis for studying the genesis of CBM generated at different maturity intervals and understanding the geochemical characteristics of staged accumulation CBM.These results were applied to a case study on CBM from the southern Qinshui basin,and it was found that the CBM accumulated after the Middle Jurassic and was characteristic of staged gas accumulation.This is consistent with the result of geological studies,and further showed that the results of thermal simulation experiments are very important for evaluating the genesis of natural CBM.DUAN Yi ZHANG XiaoLi SUN Tao WU BaoXiang HE JinXian XU Li 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,13:3

4Consensus of Multi-Agent Systems with Input Constraints Based on Distributed Predictive Control Scheme显示文摘Consensus control of multi-agent systems has attracted compelling attentions from various scientific communities for its promising applications.This paper presents a discrete-time consensus protocol for a class of multi-agent systems with switching topologies and input constraints based on distributed predictive control scheme.The consensus protocol is not only distributed but also depends on the errors of states between agent and its neighbors.We focus mainly on dealing with the input constraints and a distributed model predictive control scheme is developed to achieve stable consensus under the condition that both velocity and acceleration constraints are included simultaneously.The acceleration constraint is regarded as the changing rate of velocity based on some reasonable assumptions so as to simplify the analysis.Theoretical analysis shows that the constrained system steered by the proposed protocol achieves consensus asymptotically if the switching interaction graphs always have a spanning tree.Numerical examples are also provided to illustrate the validity of the algorithm.Yueqi Hou Xiaolong Liang Lyulong He Jiaqiang Zhang Jie Zhu Baoxiang Ren 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,3:0
5A benzoxazine derivative specifically inhibits cell cycle progression in p53-wild type pulmonary adenocarcinoma cells显示文摘A fundamental aspect of cancer development is cancer cell proliferation.Seeking for chemical agents that can interfere with cancer cell growth has been of great interest over the years.In our study,we found that a benzoxazine derivative,(6-tert-butyl-3,4-dihydro-2Hbenzo[b][1,4]oxazin-3-yl)methanol(TBM),could inhibit cell growth and caused significant cell cycle arrest in pulmonary adenocarcinoma A549 and H460 cells with wild-type p53,while not affecting the cell cycle distribution in p53-deleted H1299 lung adenocarcinoma cells.Since P53 plays an important role in regulating cell cycle progression,we analyzed the protein level of p53 by Western blot,and detected a significant elevation of p53 level after TBM treatment in A549 and H460 cells.The data suggested that TBM might specifically inhibit the proliferation of p53 wild-type lung adenocarcinoma cells through a p53-dependent cell cycle control pathway.More interestingly,results indicated that TBM might serve as a useful tool for studying the molecular mechanisms of lung cancer cell growth and cell cycle control,especially for the biologic process regulated by P53.Hua SU Ling SU Qiuxia HE Jing ZHAO Baoxiang ZHAO Shangli ZHANG Junying MIAO 2010Frontiers in Biology2010,5,2:0
6Biodiesel production by the transesterification of cottonseed oil by solid acid catalysts显示文摘Methyl esters(biodiesel)were produced by the transesterification of cottonseed oil with methanol in the presence of solid acids as heterogeneous catalysts.The solid acids were prepared by mounting H_(2)SO_(4) on TiO_(2)·nH_(2)O and Zr(OH)4,respectively,followed by calcining at 823K.TiO_(2)-SO_(4)^(2-)and ZrO_(2)-SO_(4)^(2-)showed high activity for the transester-ification.The yield of methyl esters was over 90%under the conditions of 230℃,methanol/oil mole ratio of 12:1,reac-tion time 8 h and catalyst amount(catalyst/oil)of 2%(w).The solid acid catalysts showed more better adaptability than solid base catalysts when the oil has high acidity.IR spectral analysis of absorbed pyridine on the samples showed that there were Lewis and Brønsted acid sites on the catalysts.CHEN He PENG Baoxiang WANG Dezheng WANG Jinfu 2007Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2007,1,1:0
7Correlation between Metroptosis Pathogenesis of Buffalo and Contents of Serum Calcium,Phosphorus and Antioxidation Levels显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to study the metroptosis pathogenesis of dairy buffalo.[Method]A total of 53 dairy buffaloes were selected to detect serum calcium,phosphorus,malondialdehyde(MDA) and total antioxidant capacity(TAC) levels.Dairy buffaloes were divided into metroptosis group(M) and healthy control group(UM) according to metroptosis situations of buffalo.The correlation between metroptosis of buffalo and calcium,phosphorus and oxidation/antioxidation levels in plasma was analyzed.[Result] The contents of serum calcium and phosphorus and oxidation/antioxidation level of dairy buffalo at the prenatal week and the calving day in M group were significantly lower than that in UM group.The TAC level of dairy buffalo in M group from the first three weeks to the calving day was significantly lower than that in UM group.The MDA level in M group was significantly higher than that in UM group.[Conclusion] The occurrence of postpartum metroptosis in buffalo was related to insufficient levels of calcium and phosphorus in prepartum buffalo,declined total antioxidation capacity and accumulation of peroxide products.Zou Zhenxing Huang Yunfei Chai Qiaolian Hu Yongling Zhang Xiaojie Sun Yao Qin Guangsheng He Baoxiang 2015Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2015,7,1:0
