| 1 | Finite-time adaptive consensus of a class of multi-agent systems显示文摘Multi-agent systems(MASs) are ubiquitous in natural and artificial systems. This paper aims to establish the finite-time adaptive consensus criterion for a class of MASs with nonlinear dynamics. Traditionally, the finite-time consensus criterion is often established based on the prior information on Lipschitz constants and the eigenvalues of Laplacian matrix. However, it is difficult to acquire the above prior information for most real-world engineering systems. To overcome the above difficulty, this paper develops the finite-time consensus criteria for a class of MASs with nonlinear dynamics via adaptive technique. In detail, we design the finite-time distributed node-based and edge-based adaptive consensus protocols for a class of MASs with fixed and switching topologies. | 4 | The mutational pattern of homologous recombination(HR)-associated genes and its relevance to the immunotherapeutic response in gastric cancer显示文摘Objective:Currently,there is an urgent need to identify immunotherapeutic biomarkers to increase the benefit of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)for patients with gastric cancer(GC).Homologous recombination deficiency(HRD)can modify the tumor immune microenvironment by increasing the presence of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and therefore might serve as a biomarker of immunotherapeutic response.We aimed to analyze the mutational pattern of HR-associated genes in Chinese patients with GC and its relevance to the tumor immune profile and clinical immunotherapeutic response.Methods:A panel of 543 cancer-associated genes was used to analyze genomic profiles in a cohort comprising 484 Chinese patients with GC.Correlations between HR gene mutations and tumor immunity or clinical outcomes were identified via bioinformatic analysis using 2 GC genomic datasets(TCGA and MSK-IMPACT).Results:Fifty-one of the 484(10.54%)patients carried at least one somatic mutation in an HR gene;ATM(16/484,3.31%)was among the most frequently mutated HR genes in the Chinese cohort.Mutations in HR genes were associated with elevated tumor mutational burden,enhanced immune activity,and microsatellite instability status.In the MSK-IMPACT cohort comprising 49 patients with stomach adenocarcinoma or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma treated with ICIs,patients with HR-mut GC(n=12)had significantly better overall survival than those with HR-wt GC(n=37)(log-rank test,P<0.05).Conclusions:Our data suggest that detection of somatic mutations in HR genes might aid in identifying patients who might benefit from immune checkpoint blockade therapy. | Yue Fan Haifeng Ying Xueying Wu Huan Chen Ying Hu Henghui Zhang Lijia Wu Ying Yang Beibei Mao Lan Zheng | 2020 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,4: | 6 |
| 5 | ZnCo2O4/ZnO induced lithium deposition in multi-scaled carbon/nickel frameworks for dendrite-free lithium metal anode显示文摘Lithium metal attracts growing attention as an ideal anode candidate for next generation lithium battery systems owing to its high capacity,low density,and low working potential.However,the volume expansion of the bulk and dendrite growth on the surface of lithium anode limits its practical application.Herein,we fabricate a composite lithium host featuring both multiple scaled structure and lithiophilic property to address obstacles at both aspects of bulk and surface simultaneously.In which,the multiple scaled structure provides void space to accommodate lithium volume change while zinc and cobalt oxides sites derived from Zeolitic Imidazolate Frameworks can react with lithium and form a stable solid electrolyte interphase,leading to a stable cycling of lithium symmetrical cell for more than 500 cycles with voltage hysteresis of only 88 mV at 2 mAcm^-2 and 5 mAh cm^-2.Moreover,full cells paired with LiFePO4 cathode can realize 500 cycles with 99.2%capacity retention,showing great potential for practical applications.The excellent electrochemical performance of the composite lithium anode proves the effectiveness of our anode design with multiple scaled structure and lithiophilic feature,which can be also expanded to other metal anodes for batteries. | Kai Wu Binglu Zhao Chengkai Yang Qian Wang Wen Liu Henghui Zhou | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,4: | 4 |
| 6 | Radiation synthesis and characteristics of PTFE-g-PSSA ion exchange membrane applied in vanadium redox battery显示文摘Radiation-induced grafting of styrene onto polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membranes was studied by a simultaneous irradiation technique.Grafting was carded out usingγ-radiation from a ^(60)Co source at room temperature. | 7 | State and tendency: an empirical study of deep learning question&answer topics on Stack Overflow显示文摘Deep learning has developed rapidly in recent years, attracting the attention of numerous researchers. Since a wide range of topics are covered in this field, we are wondering what topics researchers have concerned about. However, after investigation, we find that very few researchers have paid attention to this demand. In this paper, we conduct a large-scale study to analyze the questions faced by deep learning developers. We use Stack Overflow, one of the largest question&answer sites, as our data source, and extract32969 posts about deep learning as our studied dataset. After filtering, augmenting and pre-processing the post datasets from Stack Overflow, we use the latent Dirichlet allocation(LDA) topic model to summarize30 topics based on their text content. In addition, we measure the difficulty and popularity of each topic,compare the different issues faced by different deep learning frameworks, and analyze the development trend of each topic. Our main results are as follows:(1) developers ask a broad spectrum of questions about deep-learning, ranging from Data Shape to Object Detection;(2) Gradient Propagation is the most popular among all the topics and(3) Object Detection is the most difficult;(4) issues of Package Installation, Code Understanding and Method Introduction are common in the current different deep learning frameworks;(5) there are three trends in these topics, e.g., a significant rising trend is found in the number of discussion on Data Shape. | 13 | Bifunctional LiI additive for poly(ethylene oxide)electrolyte with high ionic conductivity and stable interfacial chemistry显示文摘The development of polymer-based solid-state batteries is severely limited by the low ionic conductivity of solid polymer electrolyte and the instable interface between polymer electrolyte and Li-metal anode.In this work,lithium iodide(LiI)as a bifunctional additive was introduced into the poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based electrolyte to improve the ionic conductivity and to construct a stable interphase at the Li/PEO interface.I-anions offer a strong electrostatic interaction with hydrogen atoms on PEO chains(HPEO)and forming massive I–H bonds that cross-link PEO chains,decrease crystallinity of PEO,and thus improve Li~+interchain transport.In addition,LiI participates in the formation of an inorganic-rich interphase layer,which decreases the energy barrier of Li+transport across the interface and thus inhibits the growth of lithium dendrites.As a result,the composite PEO electrolyte with 2 wt%LiI(PEO-2 LiI)presents a very high ionic conductivity of 2.1×10^(-4) S cm-1 and a critical current density of 2.0 m A cm^(-2) at 45°C.Li symmetric cell with this PEO-2 LiI electrolyte exhibits a long-term cyclability over 600 h at 0.2 m A cm^(-2).Furthermore,solid-state LiFePO_(4) and LiNi_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2) batteries with the PEO-2 LiI electrolyte show an impressive electrochemical performance with outstanding cycling stability and rate capability at 45°C. | Haonan Wang Tianyi Hou Hang Cheng Bowen Jiang Henghui Xu Yunhui Huang | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,8: | 1 |
