1Design and construction of HYSY981显示文摘This paper focuses on the independent design and construction of HYSY981. HYSY981,which China National Offshore Oil Corporation(CNOOC) possesses its intellectual property right,is brought forward by advanced research,concept design and combined basic design. The key technologies are the researches concerning global design,system integration,platform positioning,global performance analysis,structural strength and fatigue analysis,environment effect assessment of South China Sea,basin test and tunnel test,and construction technology of platform. Core technology of design and construction for the 6th deep water semi-submersible rig is held. Independent detail design and construction are also accomplished. 2The early Japanese books reorganization by combining image processing and deep learning显示文摘Many early Japanese books record a large amount of information,including historical politics,economics,culture,and so on,which are all valuable legacies.These books are waiting to be reorganized at the moment.However,a large amount of the books are described by Kuzushiji,a type of handwriting cursive script that is no longer in use today and only readable by a few experts.Therefore,researchers are trying to detect and recognise the characters from these books through modern techniques.Unfortunately,the characteristics of the Kuzushiji,such as Connect-Separate-characters and Manyvariation,hinder the modern technique assisted re-organisation.Connect-Separatecharacters refer to the case of some characters connecting each other or one character being separated into unconnected parts,which makes character detection hard.Manyvariation is one of the typical characteristics of Kuzushiji,defined as the case that the same character has several variations even if they are written by the same person in the same book at the same time,which increases the difficulty of character recognition.In this sense,this paper aims to construct an early Japanese book reorganisation system by combining image processing and deep learning techniques.The experimentation has been done by testing two early Japanese books.In terms of character detection,the final Recall,Precision and F-value reaches 79.8%,80.3%,and 80.0%,respectively.The deep learning based character recognition accuracy of Top3 reaches 69.52%,and the highest recognition rate reaches 82.57%,which verifies the effectiveness of our proposal.Bing Lyu Hengyi Li Ami Tanaka Lin Meng 2022CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2022,7,4:1
3Cyclic di-adenosine monophosphate regulates the osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of hPDLSCs via MAPK and NF-κB signaling显示文摘Cyclic di-adenosine monophosphate(c-di-AMP)is a bacterial second messenger that can be recognized by infected host cells and activate the immunoinflammatory response.The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effect of c-di-AMP on the differentiation of human periodontal ligament stem cells(hPDLSCs)and its underlying mechanisms.In the present study,we find that the gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)of patients with chronic periodontitis has a higher expression level of c-di-AMP than that of healthy people.In vitro,c-di-AMP influences the differentiation of hPDLSCs by upregulating Toll-like receptors(TLRs);specifically,it inhibits osteogenic differentiation by activating NF-κB and ERK/MAPK and promotes adipogenic differentiation through the NF-κB and p38/MAPK signaling pathways.Inhibitors of TLRs or activated pathways reduce the changes induced by c-di-AMP.Our results establish the potential correlation among bacterial c-di-AMP,periodontal tissue homeostasis and chronic periodontitis pathogenesis.Sirui Chen Zuping Wu Yuying He Li Zhu Jiahe Wang Hengyi Lin Jing Xie Chenchen Zhou Shujuan Zou 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,3:1

5Hedgehog signaling in tissue homeostasis, cancers, and targeted therapies显示文摘The past decade has seen significant advances in our understanding of Hedgehog(HH)signaling pathway in various biological events.HH signaling pathway exerts its biological effects through a complex signaling cascade involved with primary cilium.HH signaling pathway has important functions in embryonic development and tissue homeostasis.It plays a central role in the regulation of the proliferation and differentiation of adult stem cells.Importantly,it has become increasingly clear that HH signaling pathway is associated with increased cancer prevalence,malignant progression,poor prognosis and even increased mortality.Understanding the integrative nature of HH signaling pathway has opened up the potential for new therapeutic targets for cancer.A variety of drugs have been developed,including small molecule inhibitors,natural compounds,and long non-coding RNA(LncRNA),some of which are approved for clinical use.This review outlines recent discoveries of HH signaling in tissue homeostasis and cancer and discusses how these advances are paving the way for the development of new biologically based therapies for cancer.Furthermore,we address status quo and limitations of targeted therapies of HH signaling pathway.Insights from this review will help readers understand the function of HH signaling in homeostasis and cancer,as well as opportunities and challenges of therapeutic targets for cancer.Junjun Jing Zhuoxuan Wu Jiahe Wang Guowen Luo Hengyi Lin Yi Fan Chenchen Zhou 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,9:0
6Finite-element modelling of frictional behaviour between oesophagus and endoscope显示文摘The endoscopy is the most direct and effective means for digestive tract diseases.Medical workers can conduct a series of manipulations with the help of endoscope,including checking,removing,stripping the diseased tissue or placing the stent.In order to understand the frictional behaviour at the endoscope-oesophagus interface,the finite-element model was analysed by Abaqus in this study.Considering the different modelling conditions,the total force due to frictional stress,frictional dissipation and the maximum Mises stress for the whole model were studied.Results showed that with the increasing amplitude,coefficient of friction and decreasing diameter,the total forces due to the frictional stress and the FD increased obviously.It did not present a clear difference with the variable distance for overlapping parts(region L).The positions of maximum Mises stress for the whole model under different conditions mainly focused on the initial part of the region R.The maximum Mises stress between different diameters showed a big difference.The results can provide the basic data for the finite-element modelling of frictional behaviour of human tissue.Chengxiong Lin Pan Ren Wei Li Hengyi Deng Zhongrong Zhou 2020Biosurface and Biotribology2020,6,3:0
