1New deep eutectic solvents composed of crown ether, hydroxide and polyethylene glycol for extraction of non-basic N-compounds显示文摘Here we firstly report a series of new deep eutectic solvents(DESs) induced by small amounts of crown ether complex and mainly formed by polyethylene glycol. 2Facile synthesis of enzyme functional metal-organic framework for colorimetric detecting H_2O_2 and ascorbic acid显示文摘In this work,a metal-organic frameworks material MIL-88 was prepared easily using solvent-thermal method,and was first found to have catalytic activities similar to those of biological enzymes such as catalase and peroxidase.The material was characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,EDX,FT-IR techniques and an N_2 adsorption method.It exhibited peroxidase-like activity through catalytic oxidation of the peroxidase substrate 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB) in the presence of H_2O_2,producing a blue-colored solution.Under optimal conditions,the absorbance at 652 nm is linearly correlated with the concentration of H_2O_2 from 2.0×10^(-6) mol/L to 2.03×10^(-5) mol/L(R^2=0.981) with a detection limit of 5.62×10^(-7) mol/L(S/N=3).More importantly,a sensitive and selective method for ascorbic acid detection was developed using this material as a catalyst.The analytical method for ascorbic acid detection was observed to have a linear range from 2.57×10^(-6) mol/L to 1.01×10^(-5) mol/L(R^2=0.989) with a detection limit of 1.03×10^(-6) mol/L(S/N=3).This work suggests MOFs have advantages of preparing biomimetic catalysts and extends applications of the functional MOFs in the field of biosensor.Cunji Gao Hongmei Zhu Jia Chen Hongdeng Qiu 2017Chinese Chemical Letters2017,28,5:5
3Recent progress in nanomaterial-enhanced fluorescence polarization/anisotropy sensors显示文摘As a promising signaling transduction approach, fluorescence polarization(FP)/fluorescence anisotropy(FA), provides a powerful quantitative tool for the rotational motion of fluorescently labeled molecules in chemical or biological homogeneous systems. Unlike fluorescence intensity, FP/FA is almost independent the concentration or quantum of fluorophores, but they are highly dependent on the size or molecular weight of the molecules or materials attached to fluorophores. Recently, significant progress in FP/FA was made, due to the introduction of some nanomaterials as FP/FA enhancers. The detection sensitivity is thus greatly improved by using nanomaterials as FP/FA enhancers, and nanomaterial-based FP/FA is currently used successfully in immunoassay, and analysis of protein, nucleic acid, small molecule and metal ion.Nanomaterial-based FP/FA provides a new kind of strategy to design fluorescent sensors and establishes innovative analytical methods. In this review, we summarize the scientific publications in the field of FP/FA sensor in recent five years, and first introduce the recent progress of FP/FA sensor based on nanomaterial. Subsequently, the various analytical applications of FP/FA based on nanomaterial are discussed. 5Basic deep eutectic solvents as reactant, template and solvents for ultra-fast preparation of transition metal oxide nanomaterials显示文摘Developing a new type of deep eutectic solvents(DESs)is indispensable for expanding their application in various fields.Here,we report a series of new highly basic DESs.FT-IR,quantitative 1 H NMR,MD simulation and physical properties show that these basic liquids are made up of hydroxide acceptor of alkali metal hydroxides in which the hydrogen bonding interactions coordinate the donor.These DESs can be played three roles as new solvents,template and reactant for facile and ultra-fast preparation of transition metal oxide nanomaterials such as NiCo2 O4,MnCo2 O4,NiMn2 O4,CoCu2 O4 and Co3 O4 under mild condition.This work shows one of the low energy-intensive methods for nanomaterial preparation.These initial findings of basic deep eutectic solvents provide a potential applicability around the systematic development of transition metal oxide nanosheets.Jia Chen Mohammad Chand Ali Ruirui Liu Jean Claude Munyemana Zhan Li Honglin Zhai Hongdeng Qiu 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,6:2

13Porous graphene decorated silica as a new stationary phase for separation of sulfanilamide compounds in hydrophilic interaction chromatography显示文摘Porous graphene(PG) has potential applications in numerous fields because of the existence of nanopores in the plane. In this study, porous graphene decorated silica microspheres(Sil-PG) were successfully fabricated by assembling PG onto the silica particles surface in deep eutectic solvents(DESs).Experimental results demonstrate that this new stationary phase can facilitate the separation of six sulfonamides compounds in hydrophilic chromatographic conditions. 15Augmented virtual environment: fusion of real-time video and 3D models in the digital earth system显示文摘An Augmented virtual environment(AVE)is concerned with the fusion of real-time video with 3D models or scenes so as to augment the virtual environment.In this paper,a new approach to establish an AVE with a wide field of view is proposed,including real-time video projection,multiple video texture fusion and 3D visualization of moving objects.A new diagonally weighted algorithm is proposed to smooth the apparent gaps within the overlapping area between the two adjacent videos.A visualization method for the location and trajectory of a moving virtual object is proposed to display the moving object and its trajectory in the 3D virtual environment.The experimental results showed that the proposed set of algorithms are able to fuse multiple real-time videos with 3D models efficiently,and the experiment runs a 3D scene containing two million triangles and six real-time videos at around 55 frames per second on a laptop with 1GB of graphics card memory.In addition,a realistic AVE with a wide field of view was created based on the Digital Earth Science Platform by fusing three videos with a complex indoor virtual scene,visualizing a moving object and drawing its trajectory in the real time.Hongdeng Jian Jingjuan Liao Xiangtao Fan Zhuxin Xue 2017International Journal of Digital Earth2017,10,12:0

17Facile and sensitive S1 endonuclease activity and inhibition assay using positively-charged Ag nanorods显示文摘In this work, we designed a facile and promising strategy for fluorescence determination of S1 endonuclease activity and inhibition based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET) between positively Ag nanorods(AgNRs) and negatively-charged ROX-labeled sing-stranded DNA(ROX-ssDNA). In the absence of Sl endonuclease, the fluorescence signal of the ROX-ssDNA was efficiently quenched when the ROX-ssDNA was adsorbed on the surface of AgNRs via strong electrostatic interaction. However, upon addition of different concentration of Sl endonuclease, the fluorescence was gradually restored owing to the reduction of FRET efficiency caused by S1 endonuclease specific cleavage ROX-ssDNA into short fragments, which reduced the electrostatic interaction between AgNRs and short oligonucleotide fragment. This assay strategy exhibited a high sensitivity and excellent specificity for S1 endonuclease with a detection limit of 0.004 U/mL and a dynamic concentration range from 0.01 U/mL to 5.0 U/mL. 183D Path prediction of moving objects in a video-augmented indoor virtual environment显示文摘Augmented virtual environments(AVE)combine real-time videos with 3D scenes in a Digital Earth System or 3D GIS to present dynamic information and a virtual scene simultaneously.AVE can provide solutions for continuous tracking of moving objects,camera scheduling,and path planning in the real world.This paper proposes a novel approach for 3D path prediction of moving objects in a video-augmented indoor virtual environment.The study includes 3D motion analysis of moving objects,multi-path prediction,hierarchical visualization,and path-based multi-camera scheduling.The results show that these methods can give a closed-loop process of 3D path prediction and continuous tracking of moving objects in an AVE.The path analysis algorithms proved accurate and time-efficient,costing less than 1.3 ms to get the optimal path.The experiment ran a 3D scene containing 295,000 triangles at around 35 frames per second on a laptop with 1 GB of graphics card memory,which means the performance of the proposed methods is good enough to maintain high rendering efficiency for a video-augmented indoor virtual scene.Hongdeng Jian Xiangtao Fan Zhenzhen Yan Mingrui Huang 2021International Journal of Digital Earth2021,14,12:0
19GeoGlue: feature matching with self-supervised geometric priors for high-resolution UAV images显示文摘We present GeoGlue,a novel method using high-resolution UAV imagery for accurate feature matching,which is normally challenging due to the complicated scenes.Current feature detection methods are performed without guidance of geometric priors(e.g.,geometric lines),lacking enough attention given to salient geometric features which are indispensable for accurate matching due to their stable existence across views.In this work,geometric lines arefirstly detected by a CNN-based geometry detector(GD)which is pre-trained in a self-supervised manner through automatically generated images.Then,geometric lines are naturally vectorized based on GD and thus non-significant features can be disregarded as judged by their disordered geometric morphology.A graph attention network(GAT)is utilized forfinal feature matching,spanning across the image pair with geometric priors informed by GD.Comprehensive experiments show that GeoGlue outperforms other state-of-the-art methods in feature-matching accuracy and performance stability,achieving pose estimation with maximum rotation and translation errors under 1%in challenging scenes from benchmark datasets,Tanks&Temples and ETH3D.This study also proposes thefirst self-supervised deep-learning model for curved line detection,generating geometric priors for matching so that more attention is put on prominent features and improving the visual effect of 3D reconstruction.Weijia Bei Xiangtao Fan Hongdeng Jian Xiaoping Du Dongmei Yan 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0
