| 2 | Late Cretaceous Foraminiferal Faunas from the Saiqu“mélange”in Southern Tibet显示文摘As one of the mélanges in the southern side of the Yarlung-Zangbo suture zone,the Saiqu mélange in southern Tibet is important for understanding the evolution of the Neo-Tethys ocean.The age of the Saiqu mélange,however,has been debated due to the lack of reliable fossil evidence in matrix strata.Based on lithological similarities with platform strata in southern Tibet and limited fossils from exotic blocks,previous studies variously ascribed the Saiqu mélange to be Triassic in general,Late Triassic,or Late Cretaceous.Here we reported planktonic foraminiferal faunas from the matrix strata of the Saiqu mélange.The new fossils yield a Late Cretaceous age,which is so far the best age constraint for the mélange.Regional stratigraphic correlation indicates that the Cretaceous Oceanic Red Beds (CORBs)in Saiqu may be time equivalent to the CORBs of the Zongzhuo Formation in neighboring regions.Thus the Saiqu mélange should be correlated to the Upper Cretaceous Zongzhuo Formation rather than the Triassic Xiukang Group,as previously suggested. | LI Guobiao WAN Xiaoqiao JIANG Ganqing HU Xiumian GOUDEMAND Nicolas HAN Hongdou CHEN Xi | 2007 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2007,81,6: | 5 |
| 3 | The Impacts on Spinach Growth and Yield by Biological Organic Fertilizer显示文摘To decrease fertilization amount of chemical fertilizer and improve the quality of vegetable crops,spinach was taken as the test material,and the impact of different fertilizer on spinach growth and yield was studied via the manners of biological organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer + chemical fertilizer. Experimental results showed that in the formula of organic fertilizer + chemical fertilizer,chlorophyll and nitrogen contents in spinach leaves obviously increased; in the formula of only adding organic fertilizer,spinach leaf temperature,leaf width,root length,plant height and fresh weight were all better than those in the formula of organic fertilizer + chemical fertilizer,and better formulas were A_5,E_5,F_3 and I_5,in which spinach plant height in E_5 was 5. 63 times higher than G_5,root length in E_5 was 2. 67 times higher than G_5,and fresh weight in G_5 was 32. 6 times higher than G_5. | 7 | Spatiotemporally-regulated multienzymatic polymerization endows hydrogel continuous gradient and spontaneous actuation显示文摘There are several natural materials which have evolved functional gradients,ingeniously attaining maximal efficacy from limited components.Herein,we utilized the spatiotemporal distribution of initiator acetylacetone to regulate the multienzyme polymerization and fabricate a chitosan-polymer hydrogel.The temporal priority order of acetylacetone was higher than phenolmodified chitosan by density functional theory calculation.The acetylacetone within the gelatin could gradually diffuse spatially into the chitosan hydrogel to fabricate the composite hydrogel with gradient network structure.The gradient hydrogel possessed a transferring topography from the two-dimensional pattern.A continuously decreased modulus along with acetylacetone diffusion was confirmed by atomic force microscope-based force mapping experiment.The water-retaining ability of various regions was confirmed by low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG)analysis,which led to the spontaneous actuation of gradient hydrogel with maximum 1821°/h curling speed and 227°curling angle.Consequently,the promising gradient hydrogels could be applied as intelligent actuators and flexible robots. | Saiji Shen Chu Wu Yinghui Shang Hongdou Shen Yue Liao Yuting Guo Min Hu Xia Wang Gang Li Qigang Wang | 2022 | Science China Chemistry2022,65,1: | 0 |
