| 6 | Morphologies evolution and mechanical behaviors of SiC nanowires reinforced C/(PyC-SiC)_(n)multilayered matrix composites显示文摘SiC nanowires reinforced C/(PyC-SiC)_(n)multilayered matrix composites(SM-CS for short)were prepared by combined with sol-gel and chemical vapor infiltration(CVI)method.Firstly,(PyC-Si OC);multilayered structure was formed by cycles of impregnation and deposition.Then SiOC was transformed into SiC by heat-treatment,and(PyC-SiC)_(n)multilayered structure would be obtained.At the same time,the PyC layer which was designed as the outmost layer could decrease gas supersaturation to form in-situ tubular SiC nanowires on the surface of multilayered structure.The results of three-point bending test showed that the maximum force of SM-CS composites was increased by the number of cycles of the preparation process,which were up to enhanced by 74.38%compared with C/C composite materials.The fracture surface showed that the improvement was due to the multiscale reinforcing system of(PyC-SiC)_(n)multilayered structure and SiC nanowires.Multilayered structure can protect carbon fibers and release stress concentration by induction of cracks.And the mechanical interlocking effect of SiC nanowires could reinforce bonding force of the remaining matrix. | Xinfa Tian Hejun Li Xiaohong Shi Hongjiao Lin Ningning Yan Tao Feng | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,1: | 0 |
| 7 | Potential Application of TCM Sophoridine in Regulating Intensity of Autophagy to Treat PKD显示文摘Nearly all cells have primary cilia( PC) composed of microtubules,primary cilia mainly functioning as sensing various signals of the environment and coordinating intracellular signaling pathways. Autophagy is an adaptive response of cells to environmental stress such as starvation/inflammation and infection. Many ciliopathies may induce autophagy. Polycystic kidney disease( PKD) is the most common ciliopathy,with the incidence of 1/500 to 1/1 000 in the world. A typical symptom of the PKD is the chronic development of multiple renal cysts that may eventually develop into advanced kidney disease. Sophoridine is an alkaloid extracted from the traditional Chinese medicinal plant Sophora alopecuroides L. It is a new antitumor drug which has the function of inducing cell autophagy. | 8 | Design of a highly potent GLP-1R and GCGR dual-agonist for recovering hepatic fibrosis显示文摘Currently, there is still no effective curative treatment for the development of late-stage liver fibrosis. Here, we have illustrated that TB001, a dual glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor/glucagon receptor(GLP-1 R/GCGR) agonist with higher affinity towards GCGR, could retard the progression of liver fibrosis in various rodent models, with remarkable potency, selectivity, extended half-life and low toxicity. Four types of liver fibrosis animal models which were induced by CCl_(4), a-naphthyl-isothiocyanate(ANIT), bile duct ligation(BDL) and Schistosoma japonicum were used in our study. We found that TB001 treatment dose-dependently significantly attenuated liver injury and collagen accumulation in these animal models. In addition to decreased levels of extracellular matrix(ECM) accumulation during hepatic injury, activation of hepatic stellate cells was also inhibited via suppression of TGF-β expression as well as downstream Smad signaling pathways particularly in CCl_(4)-and S. japonicum-induced liver fibrosis. Moreover, TB001 attenuated liver fibrosis through blocking downstream activation of proinflammatory nuclear factor kappa B/NF-kappa-B inhibitor alpha(NFκB/IKBa) pathways as well as cJun N-terminal kinase(JNK)-dependent induction of hepatocyte apoptosis. Furthermore, GLP-1 R and/or GCGR knock-down results represented GCGR played an important role in ameliorating CCl_(4)-induced hepatic fibrosis.
