1Genome-wide Dissection of Co-selected UV-B Responsive Pathways in the UV-B Adaptation of Qingke显示文摘Qingke (Tibetan hulless barley) has long been cultivated and exposed to long-term and strong UV-B radiation on the Tibetan Plateau, which renders it an ideal species for elucidating novel UV-B responsive mechanisms in plants. Here we report a comprehensive metabolite profiling and metabolite-based genome-wide association study (mGWAS) using 196 diverse qingke and barley accessions. Our results demonstrated both constitutive and induced accumulation, and common genetic regulation, of metabolites from different branches of the phenylpropanoid pathway that are involved in UV-B protection. A total of 90 significant mGWAS loci for these metabolites were identified in barley-qingke differentiation regions, and a number of high-level metabolite trait alleles were found to be significantly enriched in qingke, suggesting co-selection of various phenylpropanoids. Upon dissecting the entire phenylpropanoid pathway, we identified some key determinants controlling natural variation of phenylpropanoid content, including three novel proteins, a flavone C-pentosyltransferase, a tyramine hydroxycinnamoyl acyltransferase, and a MYB transcription factor. 2Acute and chronic toxic effects of Pb^(2+)on polychaete Perinereis aibuhitensis:Morphological changes and responses of the antioxidant system显示文摘Perinereis aibuhitensis was used to assess adverse biological effects caused by acute and chronic Pb2+exposure in artificial seawater under controlled laboratory conditions. In 96-hr acute toxicity experiments,the morphological changes showed a positive time/dose-dependent tendency,and the 96-hr LC50 value of Pb2+was 686.41 mg/L. The responses of enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants in tissues including catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),malondialdehyde(MDA) and the content of total soluble protein(TSP),were investigated on days 1,4,7 and 10 after Pb2+exposure under chronic toxicity testing. Results showed that the activation of the antioxidant system in P. aibuhitensis depended on the Pb2+concentration and the duration of exposure time.Specifically,POD and SOD activities were induced on the first day of the exposure and decreased to the control level on day 10 after exposure. 3Allocation Methodology of Multiple SVCs Considering Operation Scheme Changing显示文摘针对多静止同步补偿器(staticvarcompensator,SVC)对系统共同影响的问题,提出计及运行方式变化的多SVC布点方法。利用规范形分析,基于摄动方程2阶解析解信息建立拓展静态电压稳定边界的多SVC布点分析方法。首先根据静态电压稳定分析方法,确定系统危险运行方式(即距离系统电压崩溃最近的运行方式1;然后在该运行方式下,利用规范形方法对系统进行小扰动电压稳定分析,求出所有负荷节点的电压振荡曲线解析解;最后利用2阶解析解所给出的小扰动1阶振荡幅值和2阶振荡幅值信息,以多SVC布点多种方案对系统降低小扰动幅值的贡献为指标,给出多SVC布点结果。所提方法应用于IEEE30节点系统,试验结果表明,该方法相对于不考虑多点共同影响的多SVC布点方式,其静态电压稳定边界的拓展效果更好。XIONG Haoqing TANG Yong ZHANG Xiaohua MENG Yuanjing LIU Yuexin FU Hongjun SUN Huadong YI Jun XIONG Chuanping 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,13:6
4洛铂联合依托泊苷与顺铂联合依托泊苷一线治疗广泛期小细胞肺癌随机对照临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of Lobaplatin plus Etoposide (EL) and Cisplatin plus Etoposide (EP) regimens in chemonaive with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). Methods: Between July 2010 and July 2011, a total of 62 patients with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer who received initial treatment in our hospital and 309 hospital of PLA. 31 patients were randomly assigned to the EL Group: Lobaplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 30 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. Another 31 patients were assigned to the EP Group: Cisplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 75 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. We evaluated the efficacy, overall response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), the progression-free survival (PFS) and toxicity between the patients of the two groups. Results: All 62 patients were eligible. In the EL group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 20 (64.5%) patients had partial response, 5 (16.1%) patients had stable disease and 4 (12.9%) patients had progress disease. In the EP group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 22 (70.9%) patients had partial response, 4 (12.9%) patients had stable disease and 3 (9.7%) patients had progress disease. The ORR of EL and EP group were 70.9% and 77.4%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.562). The DCR of both groups were 87% and 90%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.688). Median PFS of patients with EL and EP regimens were 5.5 months and 5 months, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.637). Adverse events were observed in all 62 patients. Grade 1 to 4 anemia was higher in the EP group than in EL group, showing significant difference (P = 0.02). Grade 3 and 4 thrombocytopenia was seen in 4 patients (12.9%) in EL group and 1 patient (3.2%) in EP group. Although one patient had platelet transfusion owing to Grade 4 thrombocytopenia in EL group, no significant difference (P = 0.637) were shown. The incidence of nausea/vomiting was higher in the EP group than in the EL group (96.7% vs 51.6%, P = 0.00). 5Multi-objective Dynamic Reconfiguration for Urban Distribution Network Considering Multi-level Switching Modes显示文摘The increasing integration of photovoltaic generators(PVGs) and the uneven economic development in different regions may cause the unbalanced spatial-temporal distribution of load demands in an urban distribution network(UDN). This may lead to undesired consequences, including PVG curtailment, load shedding, and equipment inefficiency, etc. Global dynamic reconfiguration provides a promising method to solve those challenges. However, the power flow transfer capabilities for different kinds of switches are diverse, and the willingness of distribution system operators(DSOs) to select them is also different. In this paper, we formulate a multi-objective dynamic reconfiguration optimization model suitable for multi-level switching modes to minimize the operation cost, load imbalance, and the PVG curtailment. The multi-level switching includes feeder-level switching, transformer-level switching, and substation-level switching. A novel load balancing index is devised to quantify the global load balancing degree at different levels. Then, a stochastic programming model based on selected scenarios is established to address the uncertainties of PVGs and loads. Afterward, the fuzzy c-means(FCMs) clustering is applied to divide the time periods of reconfiguration. Furthermore, the modified binary particle swarm optimization(BPSO)and Cplex solver are combined to solve the proposed mixed-integer second-order cone programming(MISOCP) model. 6Methane in soil gas and its transfer to the atmosphere in the Yakela condensed gas field in the Tarim Basin,Northwest China显示文摘In this study,by analyzing CH4 concentration and δ13CCH4 in soil-gas profiles,the potentials of CH4 gas transfer from ground to atmosphere were studied at four representative sectors in the Yakela condensed gas field in the Tarim Basin,Xinjiang,China.These are:1) the oil-gas interface sector,2) fault sector,3) oil-water interface sector,4) an external area.Variation in CH4 in soil-gas profiles showed that CH4 microseepage resulted from the migration of subsurface hydrocarbon from deep-buried reservoirs to the earth's surface.It was found that CH4 from deep-buried reservoirs could migrate upwards to the surface through faults,fissures and permeable rocks,during which some CH4 was oxidized and the unoxidized methane remained in the soil or was emitted into the atmosphere.The lowest level of CH4 at the soil-gas profile was found at the CH4 gas-phase equilibrium point at which the CH4 migration upwards from deep-buried reservoirs and the CH4 diffusion downwards from the atmosphere met.The δ13CCH4 and ethane,propane in soil gas exhibited thermogenic characteristics,suggesting the occurrence of CH4 microseepage from deep-buried reservoirs.A linear correlation analysis between CH4 concentrations in soil gas and temperature,moisture,pH,Eh,Ec and particle size of soil indicated that both soil Eh and soil temperature could affect CH4 concentration in soil gas while soil pH could indirectly influence soil methanotrophic oxidation via impacting soil Eh.Tang Junhong Wang Guojian Yin Haoyong Li Hongjun 2013Petroleum Science2013,10,2:2
