1洛铂联合依托泊苷与顺铂联合依托泊苷一线治疗广泛期小细胞肺癌随机对照临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of Lobaplatin plus Etoposide (EL) and Cisplatin plus Etoposide (EP) regimens in chemonaive with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). Methods: Between July 2010 and July 2011, a total of 62 patients with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer who received initial treatment in our hospital and 309 hospital of PLA. 31 patients were randomly assigned to the EL Group: Lobaplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 30 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. Another 31 patients were assigned to the EP Group: Cisplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 75 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. We evaluated the efficacy, overall response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), the progression-free survival (PFS) and toxicity between the patients of the two groups. Results: All 62 patients were eligible. In the EL group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 20 (64.5%) patients had partial response, 5 (16.1%) patients had stable disease and 4 (12.9%) patients had progress disease. In the EP group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 22 (70.9%) patients had partial response, 4 (12.9%) patients had stable disease and 3 (9.7%) patients had progress disease. The ORR of EL and EP group were 70.9% and 77.4%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.562). The DCR of both groups were 87% and 90%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.688). Median PFS of patients with EL and EP regimens were 5.5 months and 5 months, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.637). Adverse events were observed in all 62 patients. Grade 1 to 4 anemia was higher in the EP group than in EL group, showing significant difference (P = 0.02). Grade 3 and 4 thrombocytopenia was seen in 4 patients (12.9%) in EL group and 1 patient (3.2%) in EP group. Although one patient had platelet transfusion owing to Grade 4 thrombocytopenia in EL group, no significant difference (P = 0.637) were shown. The incidence of nausea/vomiting was higher in the EP group than in the EL group (96.7% vs 51.6%, P = 0.00). 2Dealloying-constructed hierarchical nanoporous bismuth-antimony anode for potassium ion batteries显示文摘Bi-Sb alloys are appealing anode materials for potassium ion batteries(PIBs)but challenged by their enormous volumetric variation during operation.Herein,a facile one-step dealloying protocol was devised and utilized to prepare the Bi-Sb alloys that manifest an exotic bicontinuous hierarchical nanoporous(np)microstructure ideal for volume-change mitigation and K+transport percolation.The growth mechanism fostering the peculiar morphology of the np-(Bi,Sb)alloys was investigated and clarified via operando X-ray(XRD)and ex-situ scanning electron microscopy(SEM).In particular,the np-Bi6Sb2 electrode,optimized for comprehensive electrochemical performance,achieves decent reversible capacities and a superior lifespan,as benchmarked with the monometallic references and other Bi-Sb alloy electrodes.The(de)potassiation mechanism of the np-(Bi,Sb)alloys was studied by operando XRD and further rationalized by density functional theory(DFT)calculations,whereby a homogeneous(segregation-free)and robust two-step electrochemically-driven phase transformations’catenation of(Bi,Sb)↔K(Bi,Sb)2↔K3(Bi,Sb)was reliably established to substantiate the outstanding reversibility of the np-(Bi,Sb)anodes in PIBs.Hui Gao Kuibo Yin Zhiyuan Guo Ying Zhang Wensheng Ma Wanfeng Yang Ke Sun Zhangquan Peng Zhonghua Zhang 2021Fundamental Research2021,1,4:2
3Comparative study on the mRNA expression of Pinus massoniana infected by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus显示文摘Pine wilt disease(PWD)is a devastating disease affecting the growth of Pinus massoniana,often leading to withering and death.To reveal the changes involved during disease progression,we investigated the mRNA expression profile of P.massoniana infested by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus.The infestation resulted in the downregulation of genes involved in interactions with pathogenic pathways such as disease resistance gene,CC-NBS-LRR resistancelike protein,and the gene encoding a putative nematode resistance protein.Increased infestation pressure(number of nematodes inoculated)caused a continuous decline in the gene expression of stem samples.An infestation of P.massoniana also resulted in a pathway enrichment of genes involved in phenylpropanoid metabolism and flavonoid biosynthesis,which in turn reduced the levels of total phenols and total flavonoids.A downregulation of auxin responsive family protein was observed in infested samples,which resulted in a suppression of plant growth.Thus,upon B.xylophilus infestation,a downregulation of genes associated with the recognition of pathogens,PWD resistance,and growth regulation was observed in P.massoniana,together with a decrease in the levels of phytoalexinlike secondary substances,all of which resulted in withering and ultimately death of P.massoniana.Wanfeng Xie Guanghong Liang Aizhen Huang Feiping Zhang Wenshuo Guo 2020Journal of Forestry Research2020,31,1:1

5Dealloying-induced dual-scale nanoporous indium-antimony anode for sodium/potassium ion batteries显示文摘InSb alloy is a promising candidate for sodium/potassium ion batteries(SIBs/PIBs)but challenged with achieving high performance by dramatic volumetric changes.Herein,nanoporous(np)-InSb with dualscale phases(cubic/hexagonal(C/H)-InSb)was fabricated by chemical dealloying of ternary Mg-In-Sb precursor.Operando X-ray diffraction(XRD)and ex-situ characterizations well rationalize the dealloying/alloying mechanisms and the formation of dual-scale microstructures/phases.As an anode for SIB/PIBs,the np-InSb electrode exhibits superior reversible capacities and lifespan compared with the monometallic porous(p)-In electrode,stemming from the dealloying-induced dual-scale nanoporous architecture and alloying strategy with proper composition.The operando XRD results demonstrate that the(de)sodiated mechanism of the np-InSb electrode involves a two-step(de)alloying process,while the(de)potassiated mechanism is associated with a full electrochemically-driven amorphization upon cycling.Additionally,the gas evolution during the(dis)charge process was monitored by on-line mass spectrometry.Hui Gao Yan Wang Zhiyuan Guo Bin Yu Guanhua Cheng Wanfeng Yang Zhonghua Zhang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,,12:0
