1Effect of Different Cultivation Practices on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties for Greenhouse Vegetables under Long-Term Continuous Cropping显示文摘Five kinds of greenhouse vegetables( eggplant,loofah,tomato,cucumber and pepper) were selected in summer uprooting stage from greenhouse in Shouguang area,Shandong Province. Total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,organic matter content and p H,EC value of three soil layers were measured,respectively. The results showed that the total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil were mainly accumulated in the upper soil,which made the soil acidification trend,because different farmers adopted different cultivation practices for different greenhouse vegetables in Shouguang region,but there was no significant effect on soil EC value. The input of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen and other related fertilizers to greenhouse cucumber was higher than that of other greenhouse vegetables,but the amount of available potassium fertilizer and organic matter input to greenhouse tomato under different cultivation practices was lower than other greenhouse vegetables. In Shouguang area,the input of organic matter into greenhouse vegetables should be increased by increasing the proportion of manure input to increase the content of soil organic carbon,so as to achieve the balance of carbon and nitrogen ratio,and to provide a scientific basis for the establishment of an evaluation system for the environmental benefits brought about by chemical fertilizer reduction in greenhouse vegetables in Shouguang area.Lijuan GAO Guoyuan ZOU Lianfeng DU Shunjiang LI Jing LIU Hongkai DUAN 2018Asian Agricultural Research2018,10,9:2
2Genetic architecture of maize yield traits dissected by QTL mapping and GWAS in maize显示文摘The study of yield traits can reveal the genetic architecture of grain yield for improving maize production.In this study, an association panel comprising 362 inbred lines and a recombinant inbred line population derived from X178 × 9782 were used to identify candidate genes for nine yield traits. High-priority overlap(HPO) genes, which are genes prioritized in a genome-wide association study(GWAS), were investigated using coexpression networks. The GWAS identified 51 environmentally stable SNPs in two environments and 36 pleiotropic SNPs, including three SNPs with both attributes. Seven hotspots containing 41 trait-associated SNPs were identified on six chromosomes by permutation. Pyramiding of superior alleles showed a highly positive effect on all traits, and the phenotypic values of ear diameter and ear weight consistently corresponded with the number of superior alleles in tropical and temperate germplasm. A total of 61 HPO genes were detected after trait-associated SNPs were combined with the coexpression networks. Linkage mapping identified 16 environmentally stable and 16 pleiotropic QTL.Seven SNPs that were located in QTL intervals were assigned as consensus SNPs for the yield traits.Among the candidate genes predicted by our study, some genes were confirmed to function in seed development. The gene Zm00001 d016656 encoding a serine/threonine protein kinase was associated with five different traits across multiple environments. Some genes were uniquely expressed in specific tissues and at certain stages of seed development. 3Parameter regionalization of the FLEX-Global hydrological model显示文摘Global hydrological models(GHMs) are important tools for addressing worldwide change-related water resource problems from a global perspective. However, the development of these models has long been hindered by their low accuracy. In order to improve the streamflow simulation accuracy of GHMs, we developed a GHM—the FLEX-Global—based on the regionalization of hydrological model parameters. The FLEX-Global model is primarily based on the framework of the FLEX hydrological model coupled with the HAND-based Storage Capacity curve(HSC) runoff generation module to calculate net rainfall, and uses the global river-routing Ca Ma-Flood model to calculate river network routing. This new model allows for streamflow simulation at a spatial resolution of 0.5°×0.5° and a temporal resolution of 1 day in global catchments. To validate FLEX-Global accuracy, the FLEX-Global-simulated streamflow of 26 major rivers distributed in five different climate zones was compared with the observed data from the Global Runoff Data Center(GRDC). Next, the model performance of FLEXGlobal was further verified by comparing it with that of seven existing GHMs with varying accuracy in the five climate zones.Multi-metric evaluation indicated that the streamflow simulation accuracy was improved by the FLEX-Global model with regionalized parameters, especially in the tropical and dry climate zones. 5Contributions of moisture sources to precipitation in the major drainage basins in the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Tracking and quantifying the moisture sources of precipitation in different drainage basins in the Tibetan Plateau(TP)help to reveal basin-scale hydrological cycle characteristics under the interactions between the westerlies and Indian summer monsoon(ISM) systems and to improve our understanding on the mechanisms of water resource changes in the ‘Asian Water Tower' under climate changes. Based on a Eulerian moisture tracking model(WAM-2) and three atmospheric reanalysis products(ERA-I, MERRA-2, and JRA-55), the contributions of moisture sources to the precipitation in six major sub-basins in the TP were tracked during an approximately 35-year period(1979/1980–2015). The results showed that in the upper Indus(UI),upper Tarim River(UT), and Qaidam Basin(QB), the moisture sources mainly extended westward along the mid-latitude westerlies to the western part of the Eurasian continent. In contrast, in the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin(YB), inner TP(ITP), and the source area of three eastern rivers(TER, including the Nujiang River, Lancang River, and Yangtze River), the moisture sources extended both westward and southward, but mainly southward along the ISM. In winter and spring, all of the sub-basins were dominated by western moisture sources. In summer, the western sources migrated northward with the zonal movement of the westerlies, and simultaneously the southern sources of the YB, ITP, and TER expanded largely toward the Indian Ocean along the ISM. In autumn, the moisture sources of the UI, UT, and QB shrank to the western sources, and the moisture sources of the YB, ITP, and TER shrank to the central-southern TP and the Indian subcontinent. By quantifying the moisture contributions from multiple sources, we found that the terrestrial moisture dominated in all of the sub-basins, particularly in the UT and QB(62–73%). The oceanic contributions were relatively high in the UI(38–42%) and YB(38–41%). In winter, evaporation from the large western water bodies(such as the Mediterranean, Red Sea, and Persian Gulf) was significantly higher than that from the continental areas. This contributed to the peak(valley) values of the oceanic(terrestrial) moisture contributions to all of the subbasins. In summer, the terrestrial moisture contributions to the UI, UT, and QB reached their annual maximum, but the abundant oceanic moisture transported by the ISM restrained the appearance of land source contribution peaks in the YB, ITP, and TER,resulting in almost equal moisture contributions in the YB from the ocean and land.Ying LI Fengge SU Qiuhong TANG Hongkai GAO Denghua YAN Hui PENG Shangbin XIAO 2022Science China Earth Sciences2022,65,6:0
6The impacts of climate change on hydrology in a typical glacier region A case study in Hailuo Creek watershed of Mt.Gongga in China显示文摘The glaciers of the Hengduan Mountains play an important role in the hydrology processes of this region. In this study, the HBV Light model, which relies on a degree-day model to simulate glacier melting, was employed to simulate both glacier runoff and total runoff. The daily temperature and precipitation at the Hailuo Creek No. 1 Glacier from 1952 to 2009 were obtained from daily meteorological observed data at the glacier and from six national meteorological stations near the Hailuo Creek Basin. The daily air temperature, precipitation, runoff depth, and monthly potential evaporation in 1995, 1996, and 2002 were used to obtain a set of optimal parameters, and the annual total runoff and glacier runoff of the Hailuo Creek Glacier(1952–2009) were calculated using the HBV Light model. Results showed the average annual runoff in the Hailuo Creek Basin was 2,114 mm from 1952 to 2009, of which glacial melting accounted for about 1,078 mm. The river runoff in the Hailuo Creek catchment increased as a result of increased glacier runoff. Glacier runoff accounted for 51.1% of the Hailuo Creek stream flow in 1994 and increased to 72.6% in 2006. 7In situ growth of phosphorized ZIF-67-derived amorphous CoP/Cu_(2)O@CF electrocatalyst for efficient hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘Transition metal phosphides have been extensively studied for catalytic applications in water splitting.Herein,we report an in situ phosphorization of zeolitic imidazole frameworks(ZIF-67)to generate amorphous cobalt phosphide/ZIF-67 heterojunction on a self-supporting copper foam(CF)substrate with excellent performance for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).The needleleaf like copper hydroxide was anchored on CF surface,which acted as implantation to grow ZIF-67.The intermediate product was phosphorized to obtain final electrocatalyst(CoP/Cu_(2)O@CF)with uniform particle size,exhibiting a rhombic dodecahedron structure with wrinkles on the surface.The electrochemical measurement proved that CoP/Cu_(2)O@CF catalyst exhibited excellent HER activity and long-term stability in 1.0 mol·L^(–1)KOH solution.The overpotential was only 62 mV with the Tafel slope of 83 mV·dec^(–1)at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(–2),with a large electrochemical active surface area.It also showed competitive performance at large current which indicated the potential application to industrial water electrolysis to produce hydrogen.First-principle calculations illustrated that benefit from the construction of CoP/ZIF-67 heterojunction,the d-band center of CoP downshifted after bonding with ZIF-67 and the Gibbs free energy(ΔGH*)changed from–0.18 to–0.11 eV,confirming both decrease in overpotential and excellent HER activity.This work illustrates the efficient HER activity of CoP/Cu_(2)O@CF catalyst,which will act as a potential candidate for precious metal electrocatalysts.Ruiwen Qi Xiao Liu Hongkai Bu Xueqing Niu Xiaoyang Ji Junwei Ma Hongtao Gao 2023Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,10:0

9Interruption of bile acid enterohepatic circulation inhibits glycogen synthesis and promotes hepatocellular carcinoma progression显示文摘In recent years,increasing attention has been given to public health.Cancer and obesity are hot topics,in which glucose and lipid metabolism play an important role.Glycogen synthase GYS2 has been found to regulate glycogen metabolism in hepatocellular carcinoma(HcC)and is a potential prognostic factor and therapeutic target.i Excessive bile acids induce intestinal injury and inflammatory bowel disease,and targeting bile acid receptors(FXRs)can regulate inflammation and repair damaged intestinal epithelial barriers.2 However,the research model of metabolic pathways focuses on the key enzymes,while ignoring the overall relevance.Here,we targeted the glycogen anabolism pathway and screened the upstream factor,bile acid transporter SLC10A1.SLC10A1 participates in the enterohepatic circulation of bile acids and regulates the transcriptional activity of the bile acid receptor FXR.Besides,we found that diazinon could bind NTCP and inhibit glycogen synthesis by mimicking the disordered bile acid enterohepatic circulation.Collectively,enterohepatic circulation of bile acids coordinates lipid metabolism and glucose metabolism and draws the metabolic crosstalk network,which provides a new perspective for the clinical treatment of HCC.Jiyan Wang Xintong Dai Hongkai Chang Qingle Gao Jianshuang Guo Juze Yang Shuai Zhang Changliang Shan 2023Genes & Diseases2023,10,6:0
