| 1 | Effects of nitrogen ion implantation on Ca^(2+) concentration and membrane potential of pollen cell显示文摘The effects of low energy nitrogen ion implantation on Ca2+ concentration and membrane potential of illy (Mum davidii Duch) pollen cell have been studied. The results showed that the Ca2+ concentration was increased when pollen grain was implanted by nitrogen ion with energy 100 keV and dose 1013 ions/cm2. However, the increase of Ca2+ concentration was partly inhibited by the addition of Ca2+ channel inhibitor depending on dose. And nitrogen ion implantation caused depolarization of pollen cell membrane potential. In other words, membrane potential was increased, but the effect decreased by adding Ca2+ channel inhibitor. However, it was still significantly higher than the membrane potential of control cells. It was indicated that the depolarization of cell membrane potential opened the calcium channel on the membrane that caused the increasing of intracel-lular calcium concentration. | 2 | A critical survey of technologies of large offshore wind farm integration: summary, advances, and perspectives显示文摘Offshore wind farms(OWFs)have received widespread attention for their abundant unexploited wind energy poten-tial and convenient locations conditions.They are rapidly developing towards having large capacity and being located further away from shore.It is thus necessary to explore effective power transmission technologies to connect large OWFs to onshore grids.At present,three types of power transmission technologies have been proposed for large OWF integration.They are:high voltage alternating current(HVAC)transmission,high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission,and low-frequency alternating current(LFAC)or fractional frequency alternating current transmission.This work undertakes a comprehensive review of grid connection technologies for large OWF integration.Compared with previous reviews,a more exhaustive summary is provided to elaborate HVAC,LFAC,and five HVDC topologies,consisting of line-commutated converter HVDC,voltage source converter HVDC,hybrid-HVDC,diode rectifier-based HVDC,and all DC transmission systems.The fault ride-through technologies of the grid connection schemes are also presented in detail to provide research references and guidelines for researchers.In addition,a comprehensive evalu-ation of the seven grid connection technologies for large OWFs is proposed based on eight specific indicators.Finally,eight conclusions and six perspectives are outlined for future research in integrating large OWFs. | Bo Yang Bingqiang Liu Hongyu Zhou Jingbo Wang Wei Yao Shaocong Wu Hongchun Shu Yaxing Ren | 2022 | Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems2022,7,1: | 4 |

| 4 | CW interference mitigation in GNSS receiver based on frequency-locked loop显示文摘Global navigation satellite system(GNSS) receivers are highly susceptible to continuous wave(CW)interference because the received signals are extremely weak. Current interference mitigation techniques mainly use a notch filter or transform domain. This paper proposes a computationally effective algorithm based on a frequency-locked loop(FLL) to mitigate interference in GNSS receivers. The performance of the algorithm is validated through an analysis of the characteristics of the interference reduction filter and interference estimation precision. A Monte Carlo simulation is used to compare the proposed algorithm with various previous algorithms:the adaptive IIR notch filter, adaptive linear-phase FIR filter, and N-sigma DFT algorithm. | 5 | Vertical Alignment of Anisotropic Fillers Assisted by Expansion Flow in Polymer Composites显示文摘Orientation control of anisotropic one-dimensional(1D)and two-dimensional(2D)materials in solutions is of great importance in many fields ranging from structural materials design,the thermal management,to energy storage.Achieving fine control of vertical alignment of anisotropic fillers(such as graphene,boron nitride(BN),and carbon fiber)remains challenging.This work presents a universal and scalable method for constructing vertically aligned structures of anisotropic fillers in composites assisted by the expansion flow(using2D BN platelets as a proof-of-concept).BN platelets in the silicone gel strip are oriented in a curved shape that includes vertical alignment in the central area and horizontal alignment close to strip surfaces.Due to the vertical orientation of BN in the central area of strips,a throughplane thermal conductivity as high as 5.65 W m^(-1) K^(-1) was obtained,which can be further improved to 6.54 W m^(-1) K^(-1) by combining BN and pitch-based carbon fibers.The expansion-flow-assisted alignment can be extended to the manufacture of a variety of polymer composites filled with 1D and 2D materials,which can find wide applications in batteries,electronics,and energy storage devices. | Hongyu Niu Haichang Guo Lei Kang Liucheng Ren Ruicong Lv Shulin Bai | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,9: | 2 |

| 8 | Polyaniline-based electrocatalysts through emulsion polymerization:Electrochemical and electrocatalytic performances显示文摘One of the major challenges associated with fuel cells is the design of highly efficient electrocatalysts to reduce the high overpotential of the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR). Here we report Polyaniline(PANI)based micro/nanomaterials with or without transition metals, prepared by the emulsion polymerization and subsequent heat treatment. PANI microspheres with the diameter of about 0.7 μm have been prepared in basic(NH3solution) condition, using two different types of surfactant(CTAB, SDS) as the stabilizer, ammonium persulphate(APS) as oxidant with aniline/surfactants molar ratio at 1/1 under the hydrothermal treatment. PANI nanorods, Fe–PANI, and Fe–Co–PANI have been synthesized in acidic(HCl)medium with aniline/surfactants molar ratio at 1/2 and polymerization carried out without stirring for24 h. Products mainly Fe–Co–PANI have shown high current density with increasing sweep rate and excellent specific capacitance 1753 F/g at the scan rate of 1 m V/s. Additionally, it has shown high thermal stability by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). Fe–PANI has been investigated for excellent performance toward ORR with four electron selectivity in the basic electrolyte. | 12 | Light-triggered NO-releasing nanoparticles for treating mice with liver fibrosis显示文摘Liver fibrosis, resulting from chronic liver damage and characterized by the accumulation of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins, is a characteristic of most types of chronic liver diseases. The activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSC) is considered an essential pathological hallmark in liver fibrosis. Although nitric oxide (NO) can effectively induce HSC apoptosis, the systemic administration of NO is ineffective and may cause severe complications such as hypotension. To overcome this limitation, nanoparticles were designed to target HSCs and release NO locally under the exposure of near infrared light (NIR). To achieve this, upconversion nanoparticle (UCNP) cores were enveloped in mesoporous silica shells (UCNP@mSiO2), which were modified with hyaluronic acid (HA-UCNP@mSiO2) and Roussin’s black salt (RBS). HA molecules recognize and bind to CD44 proteins, which are overexpressed on activated HSCs. Under exposure to a 980-nm NIR laser, the UCNP cores convert the 980-nm wavelength into ultraviolet (UV) light, which then energizes the RBS (NO donors), resulting in an efficient release of NO inside of the HSCs. Once released, NO triggers HSC apoptosis and reverses the liver fibrosis. | 16 | miR-338-5p inhibits cell growth and migration via inhibition of the METTL3/m6A/c-Myc pathway in lung cancer显示文摘Lung cancer is a common type of cancer that causes a very large public health burden worldwide.Achieving a better understanding of the molecular mechanism underlying the progression of lung cancer is of benefit for the diagnosis,prognosis,and treatment of lung cancer.Here,we first identified dramatically decreased expression of miR-338-5p in lung cancer tissues and cells using quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)analysis.We then revealed that miR-338-5p inhibited the cell growth and migration of lung cancer cells using cell counting kit 8(CCK8),EdU,and Transwell analysis.Furthermore,we demonstrated that miR-338-5p inhibited METTL3 expression by qPCR,western blot analysis,and luciferase reporter assay,while upregulation of METTL3 alleviated the role of miR-338-5p in lung cancer cells.We also showed that METTL3 promoted c-Myc expression by increasing the m6A modification of c-Myc,and overexpression of c-Myc restored the inhibition of cell growth and migration of lung cancer cells induced by METTL3 silencing.Ultimately,this research illustrated that modification of the miR-338-5p/METTL3/c-Myc pathway affected cellular progression in lung cancer cells.Collectively,our study revealed the underlying mechanism of miR-338-5p in lung cancer,providing a novel regulatory pathway in lung cancer.There is potential for this pathway to serve as a diagnostic,prognostic,and therapeutic biomarker for lung cancer. | Hongyu Wu Fangjuan Li Ren Zhu | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,3: | 1 |
| 17 | Developer recommendation on bug commenting:a ranking approach for the developer crowd显示文摘A bug tracking system provides a collaborative platform for the developer crowd. After a bug report is submitted, developers can make comments to supplement the details of the bug report. Due to the large number of developers and bug reports, it is hard to determine which developer(also called commenter) is able to comment on a particular bug report. We refer to the problem of recommending developers for commenting on bug reports as commenter recommendation. In this paper, we perform an empirical analysis on commenter recommendation based on five-year bug reports of four open source projects. First, we preliminarily analyze bug comments and commenters in three categories, the relationship between commenters and fixers, the data scale of comments, and the collaboration on bug commenting. Second, we design a recommendation approach via ranking developers in the crowd to reduce the manual effort of identifying commenters. In this approach,we formulize the commenter recommendation problem as a multi-label recommendation task and leverage both developer collaboration and bug content to find out appropriate commenters. Experimental results show that our approach can effectively recommend commenters; 41% to 75% of the recall value is achieved for top-10 recommendation. | 19 | Differential Expression Analysis of Proteins Regulated by Rare Earth Cerium in Soybean Leaves at Seedling Stage显示文摘This study was to explore the functional mechanism of rare earth regulating soybean leaves and the characteristics and functions of differentially expressed proteins under the regulation of rare earth. In this study, Dongnong 42 was used as material, and 30 mg·L^(-1) CeCl_(3) solution was sprayed on soybean leaves at the seedling stage. Tandem mass tag(TMT) quantitative proteomics technique and bioinformatics analysis were used to identify soybean leaf proteins. A total of 8 510 proteins were identified, and 127 differentially expressed proteins(DEPs) in response to rare earth cerium regulation were identified, among which 64 were upregulated and 63 were down-regulated. The gene ontology(GO) annotation indicated that DEPs were mainly involved in metabolic process, cellular process, response to stimulus, biological regulation, and response to a stimulus;DEPs in cell module categories were mainly involved in cells, cell part, organelle, membrane, membrane part, organelle par, and protein-containing complex;DEPs in molecular functional categories were mainly involved in catalytic activity, binding and antioxidant activity. Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes(KEGG) pathway significantly enriched starch and sucrose metabolism, glycolysis/gluconeogenesis, galactose metabolism, pentose phosphate pathway, and MAPK signaling pathway-plant. These DEPs were mainly involved in photosynthesis, glucose metabolism and stress response. Forty-six differential protein interaction networks were identified by protein interaction network analysis.
