| 1 | Effects of Ce,Y,and Sm doping on the thermoelectric properties of Bi_2Te_3 alloy显示文摘Nanopowders of elements doped Bi2Te3thermoelectric alloy R0.2Bi1.8Te3(R Ce,Y and Sm)were synthesized by the hydrothermal method.The nanopowders were hot-pressed into pellets and their thermoelectric properties were investigated.The results show that Ce,Y,and Sm doping has signifcant effects on the morphologies of the synthesized nanopowders and thermoelectric properties.Among the doping elements,Ce doping is a superiority dopant.Although the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coeffcient are not improved much by Ce doping,the thermal conductivity is supressed greatly.As a result the fgure of merit(ZT) of Ce0.2Bi1.8Te3is improved and reaches 1.29 at 398 K,which is higher than the Bi2Te3ingots made by the traditional zone-melting | Fang Wu Hongzhang Song Jianfeng Jia Xing Hu | 2013 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2013,23,4: | 3 |
| 2 | Geochemical and Nd-Hf Isotopic Constraints on the Petrogenesis of an Archean Granitoid in the Erguna Massif, NE China显示文摘Crystalline basement and Precambrian crustal growth of the continental massifs within the Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB) are still pending problems. Our geological and geochemical investigations identified an Archean(2606 Ma) granitic pluton in the Biliya area of the Erguna Massif. The Neoarchean granitoids show high and positive in-situ zircon ε_(Ht)(t)(+0.3 to +10.0), whole-rock ε_(Nd)(t)(+4.8) and whole-rock ε_(Ht)(t) values(+2.1). They are characterized by high Y + Ce + Zr + Nb(> 220 ppm) and Zr contents and could be classified as A-type granites. These granitoids are characterized by high Zr saturation temperatures(T;)(796–836°C). They were derived from partial re-melting of juvenile mafic lower crust in an intracontinental back-arc extensional environment. | 11 | The anti-proliferative activity and cellular antioxidant activity of oenothein B and its content in different Eucalyptus species and region显示文摘The leaves of Eucalyptus are abundant in natural resources as a novel potential antioxidant and have broad market prospect.Four of characteristic hydrolysable tannins from Eucalyptus leaves have been demonstrated great application potential as natural antioxidants in our previous research.In this study,the bioactive activities of another hydrolysable tannin isolated and identified as oenothein B(OEB)were evaluated.Content of bioactive compound(hydrolysable tannin)from different Eucalyptus species and regions in southern China were investigated.The results showed that OEB not only exerted anti-proliferative activity against HepG2 cell,but also showed higher cellular antioxidant activity than some common antioxidants.Generally,content of characteristic hydrolysable tannins decreased in the order of OEB>tellimagrandin I(T1)>pedunculagin>gemin D>pentagalloyl glucose(PGG).E.grandis×E.urophylla GL9 and E.urophylla×E.grandis could be recommended as new natural sources to exploit hydrolysable tannins because of high content,widely plantation and strong adaptability.This study supplied first insight on introduction of high cellular antioxidant activity of OEB and selecting the species and region to exploit natural antioxidants.It will promote the increasing of economic value of Eucalyptus. | Yunjiao Chen Qiao Qin Hongzhang Chen Qingrong Huang Mingyue Song Suyao Xiao Longbipei Cao Yong Cao | 2023 | Journal of Future Foods2023,3,4: | 0 |
