1SLCRM: Subjective Logic-Based Cross-Layer Reputation Mechanism for Wireless Mesh Networks显示文摘Wireless Mesh Networks (WMNs) are vulnerable to various security threats because of their special infrastructure and communication mode, wherein insider attacks are the most challenging issue. To address this problem and protect innocent users from malicious attacks, it is important to encourage cooperation and deter malicious behaviors. Reputation systems constitute a major category of techniques used for managing trust in distributed networks, and they are effective in characterizing and quantifying a node's behavior for WMNs. However, conventional layered reputation mechanisms ignore several key factors of reputation in other layers; therefore, they cannot provide optimal performance and accurate malicious node identification and isolation for WMNs. In this paper, we propose a novel dynamic reputation mechanism, SLCRM, which couples reputation systems with a cross-layer design and node-security-rating classification techniques to dynamically detect and restrict insider attacks. Simulation results show that in terms of network throughput, packet delivery ratio, malicious nodes identification, and success rates, SLCRM implements security protection against insider attacks in a more dynamic, effective, and efficient manner than the subjective logic and uncertainty-based reputation model and the familiarity-based reputation model.Lin Hui Ma Jianfeng Hu Jia 2012China Communications2012,9,10:6

3Design of a C-band polarization rotator-splitter based on a mode-evolution structure and an asymmetric directional coupler显示文摘A C-band polarization rotator-splitter based on a mode-evolution structure and an asymmetric directional coupler is proposed. The mode-evolution structure is designed in a bi-level taper through which the TM_0 mode can evolve into the TE_1 mode. Then the TE_1 mode is coupled to the TE_0 mode at the cross port using the asymmetric directional coupler. The input TE_0 mode propagates along the waveguide without mode conversion and output at the through port. From the experimental results, the extinction ratio is lower than 30 dB and the excess loss is less than 1 dB for input TE_0 mode at the whole C-band. 4First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. 5New method for the preparation of adsorbent with high adsorption capacity显示文摘Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) is a type of macro- molecule having a definite chemical structure and a large number of terminal functional groups. The synthetic ap-proach of the adsorbent with high adsorption capacity in-volved arching of PAMAM onto cellulose beads by reaction with epichlorohydrin. The product thus prepared had a large number of amino groups of 2.94 mmol/g derived from 0.23 mmol/g epoxy groups on cellulose beads. 6Effects of Ce,Y,and Sm doping on the thermoelectric properties of Bi_2Te_3 alloy显示文摘Nanopowders of elements doped Bi2Te3thermoelectric alloy R0.2Bi1.8Te3(R Ce,Y and Sm)were synthesized by the hydrothermal method.The nanopowders were hot-pressed into pellets and their thermoelectric properties were investigated.The results show that Ce,Y,and Sm doping has signifcant effects on the morphologies of the synthesized nanopowders and thermoelectric properties.Among the doping elements,Ce doping is a superiority dopant.Although the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coeffcient are not improved much by Ce doping,the thermal conductivity is supressed greatly.As a result the fgure of merit(ZT) of Ce0.2Bi1.8Te3is improved and reaches 1.29 at 398 K,which is higher than the Bi2Te3ingots made by the traditional zone-meltingFang Wu Hongzhang Song Jianfeng Jia Xing Hu 2013Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2013,23,4:3
7T cells expressing CD5/CD7 bispecific chimeric antigen receptors with fully human heavy-chain-only domains mitigate tumor antigen escape显示文摘Bispecific chimeric antigen receptor T-cell(CAR-T)therapies have shown promising results in clinical trials for advanced B-cell malignancies.However,it is challenging to broaden the success of bispecific CAR-T therapies to treat refractory/relapse(r/r)T-cell leukemia/lymphoma because targeting multiple T-cell-expressing antigens leads to exacerbated CAR-T cell fratricide and potential safety concerns.Fully human heavy chain variable(FHVH)antibodies that specifically target CD5 or CD7 were screened and constructed to CD5/CD7 bispecific CARs.A truncated Epidermal growth factor receptor were integrated into CAR constructs to address safety concerns.To tackle the fratricidal issue of CAR-T cells targeting T-cell-pan marker(s),CRISPR/Cas9-based CD5 and CD7 genes knockout were performed before lentiviral transduction of bispecific CARs.Functional comparison between different bispecific CAR structures:tandem CARs and dual CAR were performed in vitro and in vivo to determine the optimal construct suitable for addressing T-cell malignancy antigen escape in clinical setting.Knockout of CD5 and CD7 prevents fratricide of CD5/CD7 bispecific CAR-T cells,and FHVH-derived CD5/CD7 bispecific CAR-T cells demonstrate potent antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo.The fratricide-resistant FHVH-derived CD5/CD7 bispecific CAR-T cells have potent antitumor activity against T-cell malignancies,and tandem CARs are more effective than dual CAR in preventing tumor escape in heterogeneous leukemic cells.The meaningful clinical efficacy and safety of tandem CD5/CD7 CAR-T cells deserve to be explored urgently.Zhenyu Dai Wei Mu Ya Zhao Jiali Cheng Haolong Lin Kedong Ouyang Xiangyin Jia Jianwei Liu Qiaoe Wei Meng Wang Chaohong Liu Taochao Tan Jianfeng Zhou 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,4:3

9Overview to the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (Insight-HXMT) Satellite显示文摘As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. 14Protein C receptor is a therapeutic stem cell target in a distinct group of breast cancers显示文摘Breast cancer is a heterogeneous disease.In particular,triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)comprises various molecular subgroups with unclear identities and currently has few targeted treatment options.Our previous study identified protein C receptor(Procr)as a surface marker on mammary stem cells(MaSCs)located in the basal layer of the normal mammary gland.Given the possible connection of TNBC with basal layer stem cells,we conducted comparative analyses of Procr in breast cancers of mouse and human origin.In mouse mammary tumors,we showed that Procr+cells are enriched for cancer stem cells(CSCs)in Wnt1 basal-like tumors,but not in Brea basal-like tumors or PyVT luminal tumors.In human cancers,PROCR was robustly expressed in half of TNBC cases.Experiments with patient-derived xenografts(PDXs)revealed that PROCR marks CSCs in this discrete subgroup(referred to as PROCR+TNBC).Interfering with the function of PROCR using an inhibitory nanobody reduced the CSC numbers,arrested tumor growth and prevented rapid tumor recurrence.Our data suggest a key role of MaSC in breast tumorigenesis.Moreover,our work indicates that PROCR can be used as a biomarker to stratify TNBC into clinically relevant subgroups and may provide a novel targeted treatment strategy for this clinically important tumor subtype.Daisong Wang Xin Hu Chunye Liu Yingying Jia Yiqin Bai Cheguo Cai Jingqiang Wang Lanyue Bai Ruikai Yang ChangDong Lin Yi-Rong Liu Shan Li Feng Qiao Ling Yao Li Chen Gaoxiang Ge Hai Jiang Dianfan Li Lin Li JianFeng Chen Zhi-Ming Shao Yi Arial Zeng 2019Cell Research2019,29,10:2

20Glucose-derived solid acids and their stability enhancement for upgrading biodiesel via esterification显示文摘Utilization of biomass-derived materials or chemicals plays a significant role in reducing the dependence of unsustainable resources of petroleum and coal. A series of sulfonated glucose-derived solid acids(SGSAs) were developed in this study through a one-step method. These catalysts were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM,and BET to determine their physiochemical properties, and their acid content was measured by acid–base titration. The catalytic performances of SGSA catalysts were evaluated in two esterification reactions: propionic acid or oleic acid with methanol(a typical reaction to upgrade biodiesel). Conversion of oleic acid and selectivity of methyl oleate can reach as high as 93.3% and 94.7% respectively over SGSA-6, which has the highest -SO3 H density.
