| 1 | Robust n-type doping of WSe2 enabled by controllable proton irradiation显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)are considered to be promising building blocks for the next generation electronic and optoelectronic devices.Various doping schemes and work function engineering techniques have been explored to overcome the intrinsic performance limits of 2D TMDs.However,a reliable and long-time air stable doping scheme is still lacking in this field.In this work,we utilize keV ion beams of H2+to irradiate layered WSe2 crystals and obtain efficient n-type doping effect for all irradiated crystals within a fluence of 1×1014 protons·cm−2(1e14).Moreover,the irradiated WSe2 remains an n-type semiconductor even after it is exposed to ambient conditions for a year.Localized ion irradiation with a focused beam can directly pattern on the sample to make high performance homogenous p-n junction diodes.Raman and photoluminescence(PL)spectra demonstrate that the WSe2 crystal lattice stays intact after irradiation within 1e14.We attribute the reliable electrondoping to the significant increase in Se vacancies after the proton irradiation,which is confirmed by our scanning transmission electron microscope(STEM)results.Our work demonstrates a reliable and long-term air stable n-type doping scheme to realize high-performance electronic TMD devices,which is also suitable for further integration with other 2D devices. | Haidong Liang Yue Zheng Leyi Loh Zehua Hu Qijie Liang Cheng Han Michel Bosman Wei Chen Andrew A.Bettiol | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,1: | 0 |

' Green Hunan' is the primary slogan of Hunan's four cards. Thus,in recent years,what is the practice result of Hunan's green development? Based on the concept of industrial green development index,we selected the related panel data from 14 different cities of Hunan Province in 2012. The energy consumption and carbon emissions were also selected as input indexes,and GDP of secondary industry was used as the output index to build the industrial green development index. | 3 | Evolution and trends of high myopia research from 2002 to 2021: a scientometric analysis显示文摘Background:Research on high myopia has gradually formed a complex network of knowledge,but a panorama of evolutionary trends is lacking.By conducting a scientometric analysis,we can gain a deeper understanding of the development and evolution of this field.Methods:The global literature on high myopia published from 2002 to 2021 was extracted from the Science Citation Index Expanded in the Web of Science Core Collection.Microsoft Excel,VOSviewer,and CiteSpace were used to analyse and visualize the bibliometric data.Publication-related information,including countries,journals,authors,citations,subject categories,and its’time trends,was analysed.Results:A total of 4,226 included publications showed an annually increasing trend during the past 20 years.The high myopia research hotspots were refractive error correction,epidemiology,ocular biometry,drug and laser treatment of myopic fundus lesions,and surgical treatment of myopic fundus lesions.Cocitation analysis showed that high myopia genetics and myopic fundus lesion research were the research frontiers.A total of 116 disciplines were involved in high myopia research.Ophthalmology(n=3,338)was the most dominant subject category.Engineering(betweenness centrality=0.65)was the discipline with the most obvious bridge role.Science&technology—other topics(burst years:2015–2021;strength=14.88)had the greatest strength as of 2021,which was the hottest subject category.Conclusions:High myopia genetics and myopic fundus lesion research showed a potential for breakthroughs.Medical-engineering cross-innovation is a cutting-edge technology trend. | Yuan Tan Weining Zhu Yingshi Zou Bowen Zhang Yinglin Yu Wei Li Chaoqun Xu Leyi Hu Guangming Jin Zhenzhen Liu | 2023 | Annals of Eye Science2023,8,4: | 0 |
| 4 | The Research of the Tariff Revenue Impact on China Based on APEC List of Environmental Goods显示文摘In this paper,the development conditions of the trades of merchandises among APEC countries,which were based on the APEC environmental goods are retrospected and summarized. Considering the commitments to reduce tariff rates on the 54 types of goods in 2015,the international tariff revenue of each country on this kind of goods will be influenced to different extents.
