17高剂量的大豆黄铜对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和抗氧化能力的影响显示文摘试验旨在评估高剂量的大豆黄酮对产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和抗氧化的影响。试验选用55周龄的海兰褐蛋鸡768只,随机分成4组,每组8个重复,每个重复24只鸡,饲粮中分别添加大豆黄酮0(对照组)、10、50、和100 mg·kg-1。试验结果表明,添加显著影响产蛋率、产蛋量、饲料转化率和蛋黄中丙二醛的含量(P<0.05),且与大豆黄酮添加量之间有显著的二次关系(分别为P=0.002,0.003,0.021和0.002)。对产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋率、产蛋量、饲料转化率和蛋黄中丙二醛含量影响最大的大豆黄酮浓度分别为72、48.5、56.34和51.43 mg·kg-1。添加大豆黄酮可以显著提高3个与钙相关的蛋品质指标(蛋壳厚度、蛋壳百分率和蛋壳强度,P<0.05),并且蛋黄总超氧化物歧化酶也呈线性增加。研究表明,大豆黄酮是一种非常有效的饲料添加剂,即使添加量很高也可以提高蛋鸡产蛋后期的产蛋性能和蛋品质。Juar C Huan G Shourong S Haibing T 2013饲料博览2013,,12:1
