1全科医学中的心理健康病案研究(二十九)--药物在心理健康上的副作用显示文摘中国全科医学杂志与澳大利亚Monash大学和Melbourne大学的全科医学专家和心理学专家在2012年伊始共同推出“全科医学中的心理健康病案研究”学术专栏,该专栏由澳大利亚的几位专家轮流撰写,以介绍社区常见的心理问题及其解决方法为主要内容,获得了读者的广泛好评。今年我刊将继续该学术专栏的登载,以推动我国社区心理学服务的能力建设,并带动社区心理学研究的深入。与此同时,由几位澳大利亚教授合作撰写的著作《全科医学之心理健康》已经由中国全科医学杂志社与国内外专家合作进行翻译,并在中国出版发行。希望通过本学术专栏和翻译名著等工作,让中国的全科医学在心理健康服务方面迈上新的台阶。在此衷心感谢担任本栏目翻译点评工作的我刊编委、澳大利亚Monash大学杨辉教授对中国全科医学发展给予的帮助和支持!Steven Ellen Sasha Fehily Hui Yang Rob Selzer Grant Blashki 2015中国全科医学2015,18,16:4

15Deep Geothermal: The ‘Moon Landing' Mission in the Unconventional Energy and Minerals Space显示文摘Deep geothermal from the hot crystalline basement has remained an unsolved frontier for the geothermal industry for the past 30 years. This poses the challenge for developing a new unconventional geomechanics approach to stimulate such reservoirs. While a number of new unconventional brittle techniques are still available to improve stimulation on short time scales,the astonishing richness of failure modes of longer time scales in hot rocks has so far been overlooked. These failure modes represent a series of microscopic processes: brittle microfracturing prevails at low temperatures and fairly high deviatoric stresses,while upon increasing temperature and decreasing applied stress or longer time scales,the failure modes switch to transgranular and intergranular creep fractures. Accordingly,fluids play an active role and create their own pathways through facilitating shear localization by a process of time-dependent dissolution and precipitation creep,rather than being a passive constituent by simply following brittle fractures that are generated inside a shear zone caused by other localization mechanisms. We lay out a new theoretical approach for the design of new strategies to utilize,enhance and maintain the natural permeability in the deeper and hotter domain of geothermal reservoirs. The advantage of the approach is that,rather than engineering an entirely new EGS reservoir,we acknowledge a suite of creep-assisted geological processes that are driven by the current tectonic stress field.
