| 1 | Analysis of ecological quality in Lhasa Metropolitan Area during 1990-2017 based on remote sensing and Google Earth Engine platform显示文摘Based on a total of 519 images,the composite images with the lowest possible cloud cover were generated at pixel level with image synthesis method on Google Earth Engine(GEE)platform.The Remote Sensing Ecological Index(RSEI)was adopted,and calculated in an efficient way with the assistance of parallel cloud computing of the GEE platform.The RSEI was used in this paper to evaluate and monitor the eco-environmental quality of the Lhasa Metropolitan Area.Results show that:(1)The ecological quality is better in the west than in the east of Lhasa Metropolitan Area,with Lhasa as an approximate dividing point.The ecological quality improved and then deteriorated dramatically before 2000,with the mean RSEI value dropping from 0.51 to 0.46;the trend was followed by a gradual increase up until 2017,with the mean RSEI value increased from 0.46 to 0.55.(2)The RSEI is weakly and positively correlated with socioeconomic indicators.This indicates that the population growth and economic development did not negatively influence the ecological quality,but actually boosted it.(3)The GEE can serve as an efficient computing platform for the assessment and monitoring of eco-environmental quality in vast regions. | HUANG Huiping CHEN Wei ZHANG Yuan QIAO Lin DU Yunyan | 2021 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2021，31，2： | 9 |
| 2 | Study on Diffusion of Hydrocarbons in FAU and MFI Zeolites by Molecular Simulation and Related Experiments显示文摘The diffusion of C4—C24 alkanes, aromatics and cycloalkanes in FAU and MFI zeolites were studied systematically by molecular simulation. The basic data on diffusion energy barriers and the diffusion characteristics of alkanes, cycloalkanes and aromatics in FAU and MFI zeolites were obtained. It was found out that the 12-member-ring openings between the two adjacent super cages limited the diffusion of hydrocarbons in FAU zeolites, and the hydrocarbon molecules diffused more easily in the intersections of MFI zeolite channels than in the straight channels between the intersections. It was more difficult for the molecules to diffuse in the sinusoidal channel of the MFI zeolite than in the straight channel because of the atoms at the corner of sinusoidal channel. The diffusion of three kinds of C6 alkanes was studied by gravity sorption method. | 4 | 3-photon fluorescence and third-harmonic generation imaging of myelin sheaths in mouse digital skin in vivo:A comparative study显示文摘Myelin sheaths wrapping axons are key structures that help maintain the propagation speed of action potentials in both central and peripheral nervous systems(CNS and PNS).However,noninvasive,deep imaging technologies visualizing myelin sheaths in the digital skin in vivo are lacking in animal models.3-photon°uorescence(3PF)imaging excited at the 1700-nm window enables deep imaging of myelin sheaths,but necessitates labeling by exogenous°uorescent dyes.Since myelin sheaths are lipid-rich structures which generate strong third-harmonic signals,in this paper,we perform a detailed comparative experimental study of both third-harmonic generation(THG)and 3PF imaging in the mouse digital skin in vivo.Our results show that THG imaging also enables visualization of myelin sheaths deep in the mouse digital skin,which shows colocalization with 3PF signals from labeled myelin sheaths.Besides its superior label-free advantage,THG does not su®er from photobleaching due to its 3PF property. | Ke Wang Yi Pan Xinlin Chen Shen Tong Huiping Liang Yuan Lu Ping Qiu | 2022 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022，15，1： | 2 |
