1Zero-Thermal Expansion and Heat Capacity of Zirconium Pyrovanadate Doped with Zirconia and Vanadium (V) Oxide显示文摘The dominant phase ZrV2O7 material, doped with zirconia and vanadium (V) oxide, was synthesized by solid state reaction and sol-gel methods. X-ray power diffraction patterns show that it is cubic structure. Thermal mechanic analysis measurements exhibit a zero-thermal expansion of this material above 150℃. Meanwhile, the heat capacity dependent on temperature, determined by differential scanning calorimetry, keeps in constant almost in the same temperature range. 2Oxidative depolymerization of lignin improved by enzymolysis pretreatment with laccase显示文摘A new lignin depolymerization approach for improving the yield of aromatic monomers(YAM) by enzymolysis pretreatment was investigated, in which lignin was pretreated with laccase followed by oxidative depolymerization. It was found that lignin depolymeirzation was enhanced significantly by enzymolysis. The oxidative depolymerization contributed to 21.37% of YAM after the enzymolysis pretreatment,whereas the conventional oxidative depolymerization only gave 14.10% of YAM. The addition of ethanol in enzymatic pretreatment process improved the efficiency of enzymolysis, which effectively improved the solubility of pretreated lignin and depolymerization degree(DD) of lignin. The enzymolysis pretreatment increased the content of syringyl(S) style aromatic monomers, which hindered the recondensation among polymerized products. As lignin has low solubility in acidic aqueous solution, ethanol was added into enzymolysis system to improve the efficiency. 3Microwave assisted liquefaction of wheat straw alkali lignin for the production of monophenolic compounds显示文摘The microwave assisted liquefaction process of wheat straw alkali lignin was investigated to obtain monophenolic compounds as the precursor of bio-fuel. It is found that the total yield of monophenolic compounds is significantly improved under microwave irradiation, reaching 15.77%under a relatively mild liquefaction condition of 10 wt% H2SO4 as the catalyst, 10 wt% phenol as the hydrogen-donor reagent at 120?C for40 min. Compared with conventional thermal liquefaction process, microwave irradiation promotes the cleavage of C–C bonds, which gives an extra 29% of Caryl–Cα bond cleavage, and increases the yield of monophenolic compounds from 0.92% to 13.61% under the same conditions.The excessive temperature and prolonged time under microwave irradiation will promote the recondensation of degraded lignin fragments, so the key to obtain high yield of monophenolic compounds is to avoid the recondensation reaction. 4Stabilized cobalt-free lithium-rich cathode materials with an artificial lithium fluoride coating显示文摘Iron-substituted cobalt-free lithium-rich manganese-based materials,with advantages of high specific capacity,high safety,and low cost,have been considered as the potential cathodes for lithium ion batteries.However,challenges,such as poor cycle stability and fast voltage fade during cycling under high potential,hinder these materials from commercialization.Here,we developed a method to directly coat LiF on the particle surface of Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.15)Fe_(0.1)Mn_(0.55O2).A uniform and flat film was successfully formed with a thickness about 3 nm,which can effect-ively protect the cathode material from irreversible phase transition during the deintercalation of Li^(+).After surface coating with 0.5wt%LiF,the cycling stability of Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.15)Fe_(0.1)Mn_(0.55O2) cycled at high potential was significantly improved and the voltage fade was largely suppressed.Wei Liu Jinxing Li Hanying Xu Jie Li Xinping Qiu 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,5:3
5Inheritance and expression of multiple disease and insect resistance genes in transgenic rice显示文摘2-3 anti-fungal disease genes are coinserted with hygromycin phosphotransferase in the same vector. Two insecticidal genes and PPT acetyl transferase genes are placed in another one. The vectors are co-delivered to rice embryonic cellus tissue at a molar ratio of 1:1 using the particle gun method. 55 independent regenerated lines have been obtained through screening for hygromycin resistance. Of these, 70% transgenic plants harbor 6-7 foreign genes. The genes on the same vectors are always co-delivered to rice plant. Northern blot analysis has indicated that the multiple foreign genes give stable expression. In the 6 transgenic plants carrying 6-7 foreign genes, multiple foreign genes tend to integrate in 1 or 2 genetic loci.
