1Ultra-stable CsPbBr3 Perovskite Nanosheets for X-Ray Imaging Screen显示文摘Wet chemistry methods,including hot-injection and precipitation methods,have emerged as major synthetic routes for high-quality perovskite nanocrystals in backlit display and scintillation applications.However,low chemical yield hinders their upscale production for practical use.Meanwhile,the labile nature of halide-based perovskite poses a major challenge for long-term storage of perovskite nanocrystals.Herein,we report a green synthesis at room temperature for gram-scale production of CsPbBr3 nanosheets with minimum use of solvent,saving over 95% of the solvent for the unity mass nanocrystal production.The perovskite colloid exhibits record stability upon long-term storage for up to 8 months,preserving a photoluminescence quantum yield of 63% in solid state.Importantly,the colloidal nanosheets show self-assembly behavior upon slow solidification,generating a crack-free thin film in a large area.The uniform film was then demonstrated as an efficient scintillation screen for X-ray imaging.Our findings bring a scalable tool for synthesis of high-quality perovskite nanocrystals,which may inspire the industrial optoelectronic application of large-area perovskite film.Liangling Wang Kaifang Fu Ruijia Sun Huqiang Lian Xun Hu Yuhai Zhang 2019Nano-Micro Letters2019,11,3:4

9Characterization of Bacillus amyloliquefacien contaminating 75%alcohol disinfectant显示文摘The clinical characterization of Bacillus amy-loliquefacien contaminating 75%alcohol disinfectants were studied.The bacteria were cultured and observed by using bacterial examination under the hospital infec-tion monitor.According to the regulations,the resistance of bacterial to physical and chemical factors was tested.Drug sensitivity tests for 20 commonly used medicines were carried out using a K-B method.The bacterial plas-mids were analyzed using the Birnboim method.The bac-teria were found after being cultured in the clinically-used 75%alcohol disinfectant fluid.Their total number was more than 800 cfu/mL and they were identified as Bacillus amyloliquefacien.The bacteria were also found to be resistant to boiling for 5 min.It grew well in 95%alcohol disinfectant and was insensitive to 84 disinfectant fluids containing chlorine(1000 mg/L)and such disinfec-tants as ozone.They were able to be sterilized better through routine ultraviolet exposure for 30 min or gas pressure.The bacteria contained a 2.5 kb plasmid and were sensitive to 13 drugs and insensitive to 7 drugs of the 20 drugs tested.It was suggested that alcohol dis-infectant fluid was easily contaminated by Bacillus amy-loliquefacien,and the bacteria was resistant to disinfectant fluids such as alcohol and 84 disinfectants.Wanming ZHANG Yuesha YUAN Cangli BIAN Wen ZHANG Lan WANG Xianyu TU Huqiang HUANG 2008Frontiers of Medicine2008,2,1:0
10Multiomics analysis reveals metabolic subtypes and identifies diacylglycerol kinase α (DGKA) as a potential therapeutic target for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma显示文摘Background:Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(iCCA)is a highly heteroge-neous and lethal hepatobiliary tumor with few therapeutic strategies.The metabolic reprogramming of tumor cells plays an essential role in the develop-ment of tumors,while the metabolic molecular classification of iCCA is largely unknown.Here,we performed an integrated multiomics analysis and metabolic classification to depict differences in metabolic characteristics of iCCA patients,hoping to provide a novel perspective to understand and treat iCCA.Methods:We performed integrated multiomics analysis in 116 iCCA samples,including whole-exome sequencing,bulk RNA-sequencing and proteome anal-ysis.Based on the non-negative matrix factorization method and the protein abundance of metabolic genes in human genome-scale metabolic models,the metabolic subtype of iCCA was determined.Survival and prognostic gene analy-ses were used to compare overall survival(OS)differences between metabolic subtypes.Cell proliferation analysis,5-ethynyl-2’-deoxyuridine(EdU)assay,colony formation assay,RNA-sequencing and Western blotting were performed to investigate the molecular mechanisms of diacylglycerol kinaseα(DGKA)in iCCA cells.Results:Three metabolic subtypes(S1-S3)with subtype-specific biomarkers of iCCA were identified.These metabolic subtypes presented with distinct prog-noses,metabolic features,immune microenvironments,and genetic alterations.The S2 subtype with the worst survival showed the activation of some special metabolic processes,immune-suppressed microenvironment and Kirsten ratsar-coma viral oncogene homolog(KRAS)/AT-rich interactive domain 1A(ARID1A)mutations.Among the S2 subtype-specific upregulated proteins,DGKA was further identified as a potential drug target for iCCA,which promoted cell proliferation by enhancing phosphatidic acid(PA)metabolism and activating mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling.Conclusion:Viamultiomics analyses,we identified three metabolic subtypes of iCCA,revealing that the S2 subtype exhibited the poorest survival outcomes.We further identified DGKA as a potential target for the S2 subtype.Weiren Liu Huqiang Wang Qianfu Zhao Chenyang Tao Weifeng Qu Yushan Hou Run Huang Zimei Sun Guiqi Zhu Xifei Jiang Yuan Fang Jun Gao Xiaoling Wu Zhixiang Yang Rongyu Ping Jiafeng Chen Rui Yang Tianhao Chu Jian Zhou Jia Fan Zheng Tang Dong Yang Yinghong Shi 2024Cancer Communications2024,44,2:0
11GC-MS Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Volatile Oils of the Yao Medicine Thunbergia grandiflora from Different Habitats in Guangxi显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to compare and analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oils of the Yao medicine Thunbergia grandiflora from different habitats.[Methods]A quartz capillary column DB-1MS,an EI ion source and a quadrupole mass analyzer were used for analysis.The chromatographic and mass spectrum information obtained was automatically retrieved and analyzed by data processing system and its memory spectrum library(Nist.08).The relative content of each chemical component in the volatile oil was determined by the peak area normalization method.[Results]Forty nine chromatographic peaks were isolated from the sample produced in Shitun,Bailongtan Town,Mashan County,and 24 chemical constituents were identified,accounting for 88.78% of the total volatile oil.Forty nine chromatographic peaks were isolated from the sample produced in Hongdu Village,Chengjiang Town,Duan County,and 30 chemical constituents were identified,accounting for 88.38% of the total volatile oil.Forty eight chromatographic peaks were isolated from the sample produced in Longwan Township,Du'an County,and 25 chemical constituents were identified,accounting for 80.01% of the total volatile oil.Nine chemical constituents were common to the volatile oils of the samples from the three habitats.[Conclusions]It could be seen that the main components of volatile oils from T.grandiflora produced in different areas are different.Shuang LIANG Xun ZHANG Jianjun HUANG Qifa HE Shuang QIN Huqiang YANG Yihang ZHOU 2020Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,4:0
