1TD-AltBOC:A new COMPASS B2 modulation显示文摘AltBOC(15,10) is the baseline of COMPASS B2 signal modulation.It is a BOC-like signal having different PN codes in the lower and the upper main split lobes,which allow one signal service per lobe.The two lobes can be received and processed separately like two BPSK(10) signals,or coherently processed to achieve better performance.Interoperability among COMPASS B2,Galileo E5 and GPS L5 is also achievable using AltBOC modulation.However,Galileo's 4-code AltBOC has drawbacks such as low efficiency and great receiver complexity.This paper presents a new modulation type named TD-AltBOC (Time Division AltBOC).The signal generation scheme and receiving method are presented,and are compared with AltBOC in the areas of power spectrum,ranging accuracy,anti-multipath performance,anti-interference performance,processing flexibility and complexity.Analysis results show TD-AltBOC has similar spectrum characteristics,interoperability,flexibility and anti-interference performance with AltBOC.When the frontend bandwidth is more than 50 MHz,TD-AltBOC can achieve better ranging accuracy and anti-multipath performance.It also has such advantages as high efficiency and low receiver complexity.TD-AltBOC could be a good solution to COMPASS B2 navigation signal.TANG ZuPing ZHOU HongWei WEI JiaoLong YAN Tao LIU YuQi RAN YiHang ZHOU YanLing 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,6:20

4Mapping QTL underlying tuber starch content and plant maturity in tetraploid potato显示文摘Tuber starch content and plant maturity are two important agronomic traits of potato. To investigate the complex genetic basis of these traits in the cultivated potato, as well as the relationship between them, we developed a linkage map in a tetraploid population of 192 clones derived from the cross Longshu 8 × Zaodabai and mapped quantitative trait loci(QTL) for tuber starch content and plant maturity using data collected in three diverse environments over two years. We detected eleven QTL for tuber starch content distributed on seven chromosomes, of which four, on chromosomes I, II, and VIII, were expressed in at least three environments. For plant maturity, we identified six QTL on chromosomes II, IV,V, VII, and XI, one of which, on chromosome V, showed LOD peaks ranging from 45.2 to 62.5 cM and explained 21.6%–26.6% of phenotypic variation was expressed in five of the six environments. Because the reproducible QTL for plant maturity and tuber starch content mapped to different chromosomes and neither overlapping QTL, nor any genetic interaction between QTL were detected, we infer that tuber starch content and plant maturity are controlled by independent genetic loci. 5Nicotinamide mononucleotide supplementation improves the quality of porcine oocytes under heat stress显示文摘Background:Elevated ambient temperature-caused heat stress is a major concern for livestock production due to its negative impact on animal feed intake,growth,reproduction,and health.Particularly,the germ cells are extremely sensitive to the heat stress.However,the effective approach and strategy regarding how to protect mammalian oocytes from heat stress-induced defects have not been determined.Methods:Germinal vesicle(GV)porcine oocytes were cultured at 41.5℃ for 24 h to induce heat stress,and then cultured at 38.5℃ to the specific developmental stage for subsequent analysis.Nicotinamide mononucleotide(NMN)was dissolved in water to 1 mol/L for a stock solution and further diluted with the maturation medium to the final concentrations of 10μmol/L,20μmol/L,50μmol/L or 100μmol/L,respectively,during heat stress.Immunostaining and fluorescence intensity quantification were applied to assess the effects of heat stress and NMN supplementation on the key processes during the oocyte meiotic maturation.Results:Here,we report that NMN supplementation improves the quality of porcine oocytes under heat stress.Specifically,we found that heat stress resulted in oocyte maturation failure by disturbing the dynamics of meiotic organelles,including the cytoskeleton assembly,cortical granule distribution and mitochondrial function.In addition,heat stress induced the production of excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS)and DNA damage,leading to the occurrence of apoptosis in oocytes and subsequent embryonic development arrest.More importantly,we validated that supplementation of NMN during heat stress restored the meiotic defects during porcine oocyte maturation.Conclusions:Taken together,our study documents that NMN supplementation is an effective approach to improve the quality of oocytes under heat stress by promoting both nuclear and cytoplasmic maturation.Meijie Song Yu Li Yihang Zhou Jiner Yan Xiaohua Zhou Qian Gao Yilong Miao Bo Xiong 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,5:2
6Quasi-two-dimensionalβ-Ga2O3 field effect transistors with large drain current density and low contact resistance via controlled formation of interfacial oxygen vacancies显示文摘Quasi-two-dimensi on al(2D)β-Ga2O3 is a rediscovered metal-oxide semiconductor with an ultra-wide bandgap of 4.6-4.9eV.It has been reported to be a promising material for next-generation power and radio frequency electronics.Field effect transistors(FETs)that can switch at high voltage are key compone nts in power and radio frequency devices,and reliable Ohmic con tacts are essential for high FET performance.However,obtaining low contact resistance onβ-Ga2O3 FETs is difficult since reactions betweenβ-Ga2O3 and metal contacts are not fully understood.Herein,we experimentally demonstrate the importanee of reactions at the metal/β-Ga2O3 interface and the corresponding effects of these reactions on FET performance.When Ti is employed as the metal contact,annealing ofβ-Ga2O3 FETs in argon can effectively transform Schottky contacts into Ohmic contacts and permit a large drain current density of-3.1 mA//μm.The contact resistance(Rcontact)between the Ti electrodes andβ-Ga2O3 decreased from^430 to^0.387Ω·mm after annealing.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)confirmed the formation of oxygen vacancies at the Ti/β-Ga2O3 interface after annealing,which is believed to cause the improved FET performance.The results of this study pave the way for greater application ofβ-Ga2O3 in electronics.Zhen Li Yihang Liu Anyi Zhang Qingzhou Liu Chenfei Shen Fanqi Wu Chi Xu Mingrui Chen Hongyu Fu Chongwu Zhou 2019Nano Research2019,12,1:2
7Retinoic acid can improve autophagy through depression of the PI3K-Akt-mTOR signaling pathway via RARαto restore spermatogenesis in cryptorchid infertile rats显示文摘Cryptorchidism-caused adult infertility is a common component of idiopathic reasons for male infertility.Retinoic acid(RA)has a vital effect on the spermatogenesis process.Here,we found that the expression of c-Kit,Stra8,and Sycp3 could be up-regulated via the activation of retinoic acid receptorα(RARα)after RA supplementation in neonatal cryptorchid infertile rats.We also demonstrated that the protein expression of PI3K,p-Akt/pan-Akt,and p-mTOR/mTOR was higher in cryptorchid than in normal testes,and could be suppressed with RA in vivo.After RA treatment in infertile cryptorchid testis in vivo,the levels of the autophagy proteins LC3 and Beclin1 increased and those of P62 decreased.Biotin tracer indicated that the permeability of blood-testis barrier(BTB)in cryptorchid rats decreased after RA administration.Additionally,after blocking the RARαwith AR7(an RARαantagonist)in testicle culture in vitro,we observed that compared with normal testes,the PI3K-Akt-mTOR signaling pathway and the autophagy pathway was increased and decreased,respectively,which were coincident with cryptorchisd testes in vivo.Additionally,the appropriate concentrations of RA treatment could depress the PI3K-Akt-mTOR signaling pathway and improve the autophagy pathway.The results confirmed that RA can rehabilitate BTB function and drive key protein levels in spermatogonial differentiation through depressing the PI3K-Akt-mTOR signaling pathway via RARα.Chunlan Long Yu Zhou Lianju Shen Yihang Yu Dong Hu Xing Liu Tao Lin Dawei He Tao Xu Deying Zhang Jing Zhu Guanghui Wei 2022Genes & Diseases2022,9,5:2

10Gold-vapor-assisted chemical vapor deposition of aligned monolayer WSe2 with large domain size and fast growth rate显示文摘Orientation-controlled growth of two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)may enable many new electronic and optical applications.However,previous studies reporting aligned growth of WSe2 usually yielded very small domain sizes.Herein,we introduced gold vapor into the chemical vapor deposition(CVD)process as a catalyst to assist the growth of WSe2 and successfully achieved highly aligned monolayer WSe2 triangular flakes grown on c-plane sapphire with large domain sizes(130μm)and fast growth rate(4.3μm·s^−1).When the aligned WSe2 domains merged together,a continuous monolayer WSe2 was formed with good uniformity.After transferring to Si/SiO2 substrates,field effect transistors were fabricated on the continuous monolayer WSe2,and an average mobility of 12 cm^2·V^−1·s−1 was achieved,demonstrating the good quality of the material.This report paves the way to study the effect of catalytic metal vapor in the CVD process of TMDCs and contributes a novel approach to realize the growth of aligned TMDC flakes.Mingrui Chen Anyi Zhang Yihang Liu Dingzhou Cui Zhen Li Yu-Han Chung Sai Praneetha Mutyala Matthew Mecklenburg Xiao Nie Chi Xu Fanqi Wu Qingzhou Liu Chongwu Zhou Mork 2020Nano Research2020,13,10:1
11Bioinformatic identification of key genes and molecular pathways in the spermatogenic process of cryptorchidism显示文摘This study aims to determine key genes and pathways that could play important roles in the spermatogenic process of patients with cryptorchidism.The gene expression profile data of GSE25518 was obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database.Microarray data were analyzed using BRB-Array Tools to identify differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between high azoospermia risk(HAZR)patients and controls.In addition,other analytical methods were deployed,including hierarchical clustering analysis,class comparison between patients with HAZR and the normal control group,gene ontology(GO),Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis,and the construction of a proteineprotein interaction(PPI)network.In total,1015 upregulated genes and 1650 downregulated genes were identified.GO and KEGG analysis revealed enrichment in terms of changes in the endoplasmic reticulum cellular component and the endoplasmic reticulum protein synthetic process in the HAZR group.Furthermore,the arachidonic acid pathway and mTOR pathway were also identified as important pathways,while RICTOR and GPX8 were indentified as key genes involved in the spermatogenic process of patients with cryptorchidism.In present study,we found that changes in the synthesis of endoplasmic reticulum proteins,arachidonic acid and the mTOR pathway are important in the incidence and spermatogenic process of cryptorchidism.GPX8 and RICTOR were also identified as key genes associated with cryptorchidism.Collectively,these data may provide novel clues with which to explore the precise etiology and mechanism underlying cryptorchidism and cryptorchidism-induced human infertility.Yu Zhou Deying Zhang Bo Liu Dong Hu Lianju Shen Chunlan Long Yihang Yu Tao Lin Xing Liu Dawei He Guanghui Wei 2019Genes & Diseases2019,6,4:1

15Ironing effect on surface integrity and fatigue behavior during ultrasonic peening drilling of Ti-6Al-4V显示文摘Imposing compressive residual stress field around a fastening hole serves as a universal method to enhance the hole fatigue strength in the aircraft assembly filed.Ultrasonic Peening Drilling(UPD)is a recently proposed hybrid hole making process,which can achieve an integration of strengthening and precision-machining with a one-shot-drilling operation.Due to the ironing effect of tool flank surface,UPD introduces large compressive residual stress filed in hole subsurface.In order to reveal the strengthening mechanism of UPD,the influence of ultrasonic vibration and tool dynamic relief angle on ironing coverage rate and its corresponding effect on surface integrity in UPD were analyzed.The experiments were conducted to verify the influence of ironing effect on surface integrity and fatigue behavior of Ti-6Al-4V hole in UPD.The results indicate that the specimen features smaller surface roughness,higher micro-hardness,plastic deformation degree and circumferential compress residual stress under higher ironing coverage rate.The fatigue life increases with the raise of ironing coverage rate,and the fatigue source site in UPD shifts from surface to subsurface comparing with that without vibration assistance.The results demonstrates that a better strengthening effect can be obtained by reasonably controlling the ironing coverage rate in UPD.Yihang LIU Deyuan ZHANG Daxi GENG Zhenyu SHAO Zehua ZHOU Zhefei SUN Yonggang JIANG Xinggang JIANG 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,5:0

18Purification and immunoglobulin E epitopes identification of low molecular weight glutenin:an allergen in Chinese wheat显示文摘As one of the most important cereals,wheat(Triticum aestivum)has high nutritional value and is widely cultivated in China.However,wheat can cause severe allergic reactions,and a growing number of people are developing allergies to Chinese wheat.Low molecular weight glutenin(LMW-GS),an important allergen in susceptible populations,is responsible for celiac disease and wheat contacts dermatitis.In this study,LMW-GS was highly purified from Chinese wheat(Xiaoyan 6)and further identified and characterized.In addition,8 peptides were predicted efficiently by 5 immunological tools,among which 5 peptides showed significant immunoglobulin E binding abilities.Two specific epitopes were found to be in the non-conserved region of the amino acid sequence of LMW-GS,which was speculated to be the specific epitope of Chinese wheat.This systematic research of LMW-GS may provide new insights into the prevention of wheat allergy and development of hypoallergenic wheat products.Yanbo Wang Yihang Tong Jinru Zhou Dong Yang Linglin Fu 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,3:0
19GC-MS Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Volatile Oils of the Yao Medicine Thunbergia grandiflora from Different Habitats in Guangxi显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to compare and analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oils of the Yao medicine Thunbergia grandiflora from different habitats.[Methods]A quartz capillary column DB-1MS,an EI ion source and a quadrupole mass analyzer were used for analysis.The chromatographic and mass spectrum information obtained was automatically retrieved and analyzed by data processing system and its memory spectrum library(Nist.08).The relative content of each chemical component in the volatile oil was determined by the peak area normalization method.[Results]Forty nine chromatographic peaks were isolated from the sample produced in Shitun,Bailongtan Town,Mashan County,and 24 chemical constituents were identified,accounting for 88.78% of the total volatile oil.Forty nine chromatographic peaks were isolated from the sample produced in Hongdu Village,Chengjiang Town,Duan County,and 30 chemical constituents were identified,accounting for 88.38% of the total volatile oil.Forty eight chromatographic peaks were isolated from the sample produced in Longwan Township,Du'an County,and 25 chemical constituents were identified,accounting for 80.01% of the total volatile oil.Nine chemical constituents were common to the volatile oils of the samples from the three habitats.[Conclusions]It could be seen that the main components of volatile oils from T.grandiflora produced in different areas are different.Shuang LIANG Xun ZHANG Jianjun HUANG Qifa HE Shuang QIN Huqiang YANG Yihang ZHOU 2020Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,4:0
20Acquisition repeatability of MRI radiomics features in the head and neck:a dual-3D-sequence multi-scan study显示文摘Radiomics has increasingly been investigated as a potential biomarker in quantitative imaging to facilitate personalized diagnosis and treatment of head and neck cancer(HNC),a group of malignancies associated with high heterogeneity.However,the feature reliability of radiomics is a major obstacle to its broad validity and generality in application to the highly heterogeneous head and neck(HN)tissues.In particular,feature repeatability of radiomics in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)acquisition,which is considered a crucial confounding factor of radiomics feature reliability,is still sparsely investigated.This study prospectively investigated the acquisition repeatability of 93 MRI radiomics features in ten HN tissues of 15 healthy volunteers,aiming for potential magnetic resonance-guided radiotherapy(MRgRT)treatment of HNC.Each subject underwent four MRI acquisitions with MRgRT treatment position and immobilization using two pulse sequences of 3D T1-weighed turbo spin-echo and 3D T2-weighed turbo spin-echo on a 1.5T MRI simulator.The repeatability of radiomics feature acquisition was evaluated in terms of the intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC),whereas within-subject acquisition variability was evaluated in terms of the coefficient of variation(CV).The results showed that MRI radiomics features exhibited heterogeneous acquisition variability and uncertainty dependent on feature types,tissues,and pulse sequences.Only a small fraction of features showed excellent acquisition repeatability(ICC>0.9)and low within-subject variability.Multiple MRI scans improved the accuracy and confidence of the identification of reliable features concerning MRI acquisition compared to simple test-retest repeated scans.This study contributes to the literature on the reliability of radiomics features with respect to MRI acquisition and the selection of reliable radiomics features for use in modeling in future HNC MRgRT applications.Cindy Xue Jing Yuan Yihang Zhou Oi Lei Wong Kin Yin Cheung Siu Ki Yu 2022Visual Computing for Industry,Biomedicine,and Art2022,5,1:0
