| 2 | 间歇性血流限制不能减少前十字韧带重建后萎缩(英文)显示文摘Background:A previous study has reported a 50% reduction in disuse atrophy of the quadriceps during the first 14 days after anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction.A follow-up trial is needed to confirm these promising results.The present study aims to investigate the effect of an occlusion stimulus on quadriceps atrophy after ACL reconstruction.Methods:A total of 24 subjects participated in the study.They were randomized into two groups.Starting the 2nd day after surgery,the occlusion group received an occlusion stimulus for 5 min,followed by removal of the occlusive pressure for 3 min.This was repeated five times in one training session,twice daily.During the period of occlusive stimulus,the subjects performed 20 low load exercises for the quadriceps.The control group followed the same exercise protocol,but without the occlusion stimulus.Changes in quadriceps anatomical cross section area(ACSA) were measured using axial magnetic resonance(MR) images at 40% and 50% of the length of the femur.Results:Both groups had a significant reduction of quadriceps ACSA from 2 days before surgery to 16 days after surgery.During the intervention period,the occlusion group lost 13.8% ± 1.1%(mean ± SEM) and the control group lost 13.1% ± 1.0% of their quadriceps ACSA,respectively.There was no significant difference between the occlusion and control groups with regards to atrophy of the quadriceps muscles.Conclusion:In conflict with other studies using a similar protocol,application of blood flow restriction the first 14 days after ACL reconstruction did not reduce quadriceps ACSA muscle atrophy measured by MR in a population of athletes. | Erik Iversen Vibeke Rostad Arne Larmo | 2016 | Journal of Sport and Health Science2016，5，1： | 11 |
| 3 | 新农合对灾难性卫生支出影响及公平性显示文摘目的了解新医改后新农合对因住院导致的灾难性卫生支出的影响及公平性。方法采用分层抽样方法抽取山东省济南市的章丘市、长清区、平阴县共2 029户家庭进行入户面访问卷调查,以其中263户参保住院家庭为研究对象,了解2011年新农合补偿前后灾难性卫生支出发生的频率和强度,并采用集中指数及其分解法分析其公平性及导致不公平的原因。结果 40%阈值下,2011年新农合补偿前后灾难性卫生支出发生率分别为44.11%和23.19%,下降率为47.43%,平均差距分别为10.50%和4.07%,下降率为61.24%;补偿后发生率集中指数为0.064,平均差距集中指数为-0.006。住院费用实际补偿比>0.4、住院≥15 d和住院机构县级以上的集中指数分别为-0.035、0.235、0.239。结论新农合对降低灾难性卫生支出的作用虽有提高,但仍有限;高收入人群发生频率较高,但是低收入人群所受影响相对较大。 | 郭娜 朱大伟 Tor Iversen 王健 | 2013 | 中国公共卫生2013，29，11： | 10 |

| 5 | Insights into the design of thermoelectric Mg_(3)Sb_(2) and its analogs by combining theory and experiment显示文摘Over the past two decades,we have witnessed a strong interest in developing Mg3Sb2 and related CaAl2Si2-type materials for lowand intermediate-temperature thermoelectric applications.In this review,we discuss how computations coupled with experiments provide insights for understanding chemical bonding,electronic transport,point defects,thermal transport,and transport anisotropy in these materials.Based on the underlying insights,we examine design strategies to guide the further optimization and development of thermoelectric Mg3Sb2-based materials and their analogs.We begin with a general introduction of the Zintl concept for understanding bonding and properties and then reveal the breakdown of this concept in AMg2X2 with a nearly isotropic three-dimensional chemical bonding network.For electronic transport,we start from a simple yet powerful atomic orbital scheme of tuning orbital degeneracy for optimizing p-type electrical properties,then discuss the complex Fermi surface aided by high valley degeneracy,carrier pocket anisotropy,and light conductivity effective mass responsible for the exceptional n-type transport properties,and finally address the defect-controlled carrier density in relation to the electronegativity and bonding character.Regarding thermal transport,we discuss the insight into the origin of the intrinsically low lattice thermal conductivity in Mg3Sb2.Furthermore,the anisotropies in electronic and thermal transport properties are discussed in relation to crystal orbitals and chemical bonding.Finally,some specific challenges and perspectives on how to make further developments are presented. | Jiawei Zhang Lirong Song Bo Brummerstedt Iversen | 2019 | npj Computational Materials2019，，1： | 4 |
