| 2 | 腹腔镜术后残留卵巢组织:1例特殊的卵巢残余综合征报道(德)显示文摘Ovarian remnant syndrome occurs after bilateral oophorectomy when functioning ovarian tissue is left behind. It usually presents with pelvic pain and a palpable mass. The incidence of ovarian remnant syndrome is unknown. However, the condition is probably more prevalent than is generally appreciated. We report on a 37-year-old patient with ectopic manifestation of lost ovarian tissue in the abdomen following bilateral laparoscopic oophorectomy. This ovarian remnant located between the bladder and the greater omentum showed hormone activity and caused severe abdominal pain. Following laparotomy and complete resection of the remnant the patient was without symptoms. We conclude that lost ovarian tissue should in all cases be searched for and completely removed during the primary operation. | Gallwas J.K.S. Kirst R.M. Mourrawy D.
