1Management of granulomatous lobular mastitis: an international multidisciplinary consensus(2021 edition)显示文摘Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and chronic benign inflammatory disease of the breast. Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patients with inflammatory disorders of the breast. This consensus is summarized to establish evidence-based recommendations for the management of GLM. Literature was reviewed using PubMed from January 1, 1971 to July 31, 2020. Sixty-six international experienced multidisciplinary experts from 11 countries or regions were invited to review the evidence.Levels of evidence were determined using the American College of Physicians grading system, and recommendations were discussed until consensus. Experts discussed and concluded 30 recommendations on historical definitions,etiology and predisposing factors, diagnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and recurrence of GLM. GLM was recommended as a widely accepted definition. In addition, this consensus introduced a new clinical stages and management algorithm for GLM to provide individual treatment strategies. In conclusion, diagnosis of GLM depends on a combination of history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and pathology.The approach to treatment of GLM should be applied according to the different clinical stage of GLM. 2辣木叶或根的甲醇提取物对弗氏佐剂致关节炎大鼠模型的止痛作用(英文)显示文摘目的:辣木(Moringaoleifera)是非洲民间医学中一种常用的药用植物,近期已有临床研究揭示了其抗炎功效。本实验研究辣木叶及根的甲醇提取物对弗氏佐剂致关节炎模型大鼠的止痛作用。方法:使用健康雄性成年Wistar大鼠(体质量200~220g),皮下注射弗氏佐剂建立实验性关节炎模型。造模当天及造模后第3天和第6天,治疗组大鼠分别腹腔内注射辣木根或叶的甲醇提取物(200、300或400mg/kg),使用消炎痛(5mg/kg)作为阳性对照药。每次用药后评估各组大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度及机械性触诱发痛程度。实验用同样方法检测了辣木根和叶的甲醇提取物混合物(200mg/kg)的止痛作用。结果:辣木根或叶的甲醇提取物(300或400mg/kg)的止痛作用与消炎痛(5mg/kg)类似,与对照组比较,造模后第3天或第6天用药都能够显著降低弗氏佐剂致关节炎大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度及机械性触诱发痛程度(P<0.01或P<0.05)。与对照组、辣木根提取物组及辣木叶提取物组比较,造模后第3天或第6天用药,辣木根和叶的甲醇提取物混合物(200mg/kg)能够显著降低弗氏佐剂致关节炎大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度(P<0.01)。结论:辣木根或叶的甲醇提取物能够有效降低弗氏佐剂致关节炎大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度。辣木根和叶的甲醇提取物混合物与根或叶单独的提取物的作用比较显示出辣木根与叶在止痛效果上的协同作用。Homa Manaheji Soheila Jafari Jalal Zaringhalam Shamsali Rezazadeh Reza Taghizadfarid 2011中西医结合学报2011,9,2:9
3Effect of Heat Treatment on Microstructure of Modified Cast AISI D3 Cold Work Tool Steel显示文摘The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure of modified cast high chromium high carbon AISI D3 steel were studied.The modified AISI D3 steel was developed by replacing part of chromium with niobium and titanium,in which chromium carbide was partially replaced with MC carbides.The cast samples produced by investment casting were heat treated under different conditions.The microstructures of the samples were studied by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope equipped with EDS analyzer.To determine the optimized homogenizing process,the effects of homogenizing treatment on the microstructure and the morphology of carbides were also studied.The results show that the MC carbides are not changed in shape and amounts during high temperature homogenizing,whereas the M3C carbides are reduced in amount and become semiglobular in shape,and the homogeneity of microstructure is improved.Shahram Kheirandish Hasan Saghafian Jalal Hedjazi Mohammad Momeni 2010Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2010,17,9:8
4Combination therapy using evening primrose oil and electrical stimulation to improve nerve function following a crush injury of sciatic nerve in male rats显示文摘Peripheral nerve injuries with a poor prognosis are common.Evening primrose oil(EPO) has beneficial biological effects and immunomodulatory properties.Since electrical activity plays a major role in neural regeneration,the present study investigated the effects of electrical stimulation(ES),combined with evening primrose oil(EPO),on sciatic nerve function after a crush injury in rats.In anesthetized rats,the sciatic nerve was crushed using small haemostatic forceps followed by ES and/or EPO treatment for 4 weeks.Functional recovery of the sciatic nerve was assessed using the sciatic functional index.Histopathological changes of gastrocnemius muscle atrophy were investigated by light microscopy.Electrophysiological changes were assessed by the nerve conduction velocity of sciatic nerves.Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the remyelination of the sciatic nerve following the interventions.EPO + ES,EPO,and ES obviously improved sciatic nerve function assessed by the sciatic functional index and nerve conduction velocity of the sciatic nerve at 28 days after operation.Expression of the peripheral nerve remyelination marker,protein zero(P0),was increased in the treatment groups at 28 days after operation.Muscle atrophy severity was decreased significantly while the nerve conduction velocity was increased significantly in rats with sciatic nerve injury in the injury + EPO + ES group than in the EPO or ES group.Totally speaking,the combined use of EPO and ES may produce an improving effect on the function of sciatic nerves injured by a crush.The increased expression of P0 may have contributed to improving the functional effects of combination therapy with EPO and ES as well as the electrophysiological and histopathological features of the injured peripheral nerve.Omid Badri Parviz Shahabi Jalal Abdolalizadeh Mohammad Reza Alipour Hadi Veladi Mehdi Farhoudi Mohsen Sharif Zak 2017Neural Regeneration Research2017,12,3:7
5Experimental Investigation of Immiscible Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Foam Rheology for Improved Oil Recovery显示文摘This paper presents the rheological behaviour of supercritical CO_2(s CO_2) foam at reservoir conditions of 1 500 psi and 80 °C. Different commercial surfactants were screened and utilized in order to generate a fairly stable CO_2 foam. Mixed surfactant system was also introduced to generate strong foam. Foam rheology was studied for some specific foam qualities using a high pressure high temperature(HPHT) foam loop rheometer. A typical shear thinning behaviour of the foam was observed and a significant increase in the foam viscosity was noticed with the increase of foam quality until 85%. A desired high apparent viscosity with coarse texture was found at 85% foam quality. Foam visualization above 85% showed an unstable foam due to extremely thin lamella which collapsed and totally disappeared in the loop rheometer. Below 5_2%, a non-homogenous and unstable foam was found having low viscosity with some liquid accumulation at the bottom of the circulation loop. 6Effect of plant extracts on activity of some defense enzymes of apple fruit in interaction with Botrytis cinerea显示文摘The efficacy of seven plant extracts(neem,fennel,lavender,thyme,pennyroyal,salvia and asafetida) in controlling postharvest of apple(caused by Botrytis cinerea) was evaluated in vitro and in vivo.In vitro,all plant extracts treatments inhibited spore germination.Inhibitory rates of pore germination was 17.41 and 20.83% for neem extract treatment(methanolic and aqueous extracts,respectively) with significant difference compared to control(73.6 and 85.33%) for aqueous and methanol extracts.In the storage conditions,the application of aqueous extract of neem(at concentration of 25%) resulted in 89.11% reduction of disease severity compared with the untreated control.Results of enzymes activity showed the plant extracts can increase the activity of peroxidase,phenylalanine ammonia-lyase,β-1,3-glucanase and polyphenol oxidase in the presence of pathogens,in apple fruits.However,the results of this research revealed that application of neem extracts was more effective than the application of other plant extracts.According to this study,it could be concluded that plant extracts may be useful to control postharvest disease as a safe alternative option to chemical fungicides.Jalal Gholamnezhad 2019Journal of Integrative Agriculture2019,18,1:5
7Chronic permanent hypoxemia predisposes to mild elevation of liver stiffness显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the impact of long term permanent hypoxemia noticed in patients with non operated congenital cyanogenic cyanotic cardiopathy on liver stiffness.METHODS:We included ten adult patients with non operated inoperate cyanotic cardiopathy and ten matched patients for age and gender admitted to the gastroenterology department for proctologic diseases;Clinical and laboratory data were collected[age,gender,body mass index,oxygen saturation,glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase(GOT),glutamate pyruvate transaminase(GPT),glycemia and cholesterol].Measurement of hepatic stiffness by transient elastography was carried out in all patients using the Fibroscan device.All patients underwent an echocardiography to eliminate congestive heart failure.RESULTS:Among the patients with cyanotic cardiopathy,median liver stiffness 5.9±1.3 kPa was greater than control group(4.7±0.4 kPa)(P=0.008).Median levels of GOT,GPT,gamma-glutamyltransferase,glycemia and cholesterol were comparable in cardiopathy and control group.In regression analysis including age,gender,body mass index,oxygen saturation,GOT,GPT,glycemia,cholesterol showed that only oxygen saturation was related to liver stiffness(r=-0.63 P=0.002).CONCLUSION:Chronic permanent hypoxemia can induce mild increase of liver stiffness,but further studies are needed to explore the histological aspects of liver injury induced by chronic permanent hypoxemia.Mohamed Tahiri Abdenasser Drighil Yasmine Jalal Dounia Ghellab Wafaa Hliwa Haddad Fouad Wafaa Badre Ahmad Bellabah Rachida Habbal Rhimou Alaoui 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,30:5
8Methyl jasmonate mediates melatonin-induced cold tolerance of grafted watermelon plants显示文摘Root–shoot communication has a critical role in plant adaptation to environmental stress.Grafting is widely applied to enhance the abiotic stress tolerance of many horticultural crop species;however,the signal transduction mechanism involved in this tolerance remains unknown.Here,we show that pumpkin-or figleaf gourd rootstock-enhanced cold tolerance of watermelon shoots is accompanied by increases in the accumulation of melatonin,methyl jasmonate(MeJA),and hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)).Increased melatonin levels in leaves were associated with both increased melatonin in rootstocks and MeJA-induced melatonin biosynthesis in leaves of plants under cold stress.Exogenous melatonin increased the accumulation of MeJA and H_(2)O_(2) and enhanced cold tolerance,while inhibition of melatonin accumulation attenuated rootstock-induced MeJA and H_(2)O_(2) accumulation and cold tolerance.MeJA application induced H_(2)O_(2) accumulation and cold tolerance,but inhibition of JA biosynthesis abolished rootstock-or melatonin-induced H_(2)O_(2) accumulation and cold tolerance.Additionally,inhibition of H_(2)O_(2) production attenuated MeJA-induced tolerance to cold stress.Taken together,our results suggest that melatonin is involved in grafting-induced cold tolerance by inducing the accumulation of MeJA and H_(2)O_(2).MeJA subsequently increases melatonin accumulation,forming a self-amplifying feedback loop that leads to increased H_(2)O_(2) accumulation and cold tolerance.This study reveals a novel regulatory mechanism of rootstock-induced cold tolerance.Hao Li Yanliang Guo Zhixiang Lan Kai Xu Jingjing Chang Golam Jalal Ahammed Jianxiang Ma Chunhua Wei Xian Zhang 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:5

11Differential reactivity of mouse monoclonal anti-HBs antibodies with recombinant mutant HBs antigens显示文摘AIM: To investigate the reactivity of a panel of 8 mouse anti-hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) using a collection of 9 recombinant HBsAg mutants with a variety of amino acid substitutions mostly located within the “a” region.METHODS: The entire HBs genes previously cloned into a mammalian expression vector were transiently transfected into COS7 cells. Two standard unmutated sequences of the ayw and adw subtypes served as controls. Secreted mutant proteins were collected and measured by three commercial diagnostic immunoassays to assess transfection efficiency. Reactivity of anti-HBs mAbs with mutated HBsAgs was determined by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).RESULTS: Reactivity of anti-HBs mAbs with mutated HBsAgs revealed different patterns. While three mutants reacted strongly with all mAbs, two mutants reacted weakly with only two mAbs and the remaining proteins displayed variable degrees of reactivity towards different mAbs. Accordingly, four groups of mAbs with different but overlapping reactivity patterns could be envisaged. One group consisting of two mAbs (37C5-S7 and 35C6-S11) was found to recognize stable linear epitopes conserved in all mutants. 13The effect of nanoparticles on wettability alteration for enhanced oil recovery: micromodel experimental studies and CFD simulation显示文摘The applications of nanotechnology in oilfields have attracted the attention of researchers to nanofluid injection as a novel approach for enhanced oil recovery. To better understand the prevailing mechanisms in such new displacement scenarios,micromodel experiments provide powerful tools to visually observe the way that nanoparticles may mobilize the trapped oil.In this work, the e ect of silicon oxide nanoparticles on the alteration of wettability of glass micromodels was investigated in both experimental and numerical simulation approaches. The displacement experiments were performed on the original water-wet and imposed oil-wet(after aging in stearic acid/n-heptane solution) glass micromodels. The results of injection of nanofluids into the oil-saturated micromodels were then compared with those of the water injection scenarios. The flooding scenarios in the micromodels were also simulated numerically with the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method. A good agreement between the experimental and simulation results was observed. 15异种搅拌摩擦焊Incoloy 825镍基超合金和2507超级双相不锈钢的显微组织和力学性能(英文)显示文摘研究SAF 2507超级双相不锈钢和Incoloy 825镍基超合金间使用异种搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)的可行性,检测焊缝的显微组织和力学行为。结果表明,通过将SAF 2507定位在前进侧,可以将两种合金成功焊接在一起。由于熔核发生动态再结晶,以及熔核显微结构的细化,熔核的硬度高于基体硬度;所得焊接样品具有与Incoloy 825母合金相近的强度;SEM观察拉伸测试后的样品显示,其断裂模式为韧性断裂,焊缝区的断裂韧性(31 J)比Incoloy825母合金的(23 J)高,而比SAF 2507母合金的(42 J)低。基于以上结果可知,FSW方法适用于焊接超级双相不锈钢/镍基超级合金接头。Jalal KANGAZIAN Morteza SHAMANIAN 2019Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2019,29,8:3
16A worldwide SPT-based soil liquefaction triggering analysis utilizing gene expression programming and Bayesian probabilistic method显示文摘In this context,two different approaches of soil liquefaction evaluation using a soft computing technique based on the worldwide standard penetration test(SPT) databases have been studied.Gene expression programming(GEP) as a gray-box modeling approach is used to develop different deterministic models in order to evaluate the occurrence of soil liquefaction in terms of liquefaction field performance indicator(LI) and factor of safety(F_S) in logistic regression and classification concepts.The comparative plots illustrate that the classification concept-based models show a better performance than those based on logistic regression.In the probabilistic approach,a calibrated mapping function is developed in the context of Bayes' theorem in order to capture the failure probabilities(P_L) in the absence of the knowledge of parameter uncertainty.Consistent results obtained from the proposed probabilistic models,compared to the most well-known models,indicate the robustness of the methodology used in this study.The probability models provide a simple,but also efficient decision-making tool in engineering design to quantitatively assess the liquefaction triggering thresholds.Maral Goharzay Ali Noorzad Ahmadreza Mahboubi Ardakani Mostafa Jalal 2017Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2017,9,4:3
