1A synthetic criterion for early recognition of cutting chatter显示文摘Cutting chatter is a violent self-excited vibration between a tool and a workpiece.Its negative effects mainly include poor surface quality,inferior dimensional accuracy,disproportionate tool wear or tool breakage,and excessive noise.Therefore,early recognition and online suppression of chatter vibration are necessary.This paper proposes a novel synthetic criterion(SC)for early chatter recognition.The proposed SC integrates standard deviation(STD)and one-step autocorrelation function(OSAF).Moreover,this paper revised the fast algorithm of OSAF.We can quantitatively divide a chatter vibration signal into three stages,which are stable stage,transition stage and chatter stage according to the SC.Compared with STD,the SC can improve the reliability of chatter recognition and the threshold of SC is not sensitive to variable cutting conditions.This paper presents an original algorithm of SC and its fast algorithm in detail.The fast algorithm of SC in this paper improves the computation efficiency compared with the original algorithm of SC.To validate the effectiveness of the proposed SC,a series of milling experiments were conducted under different cutting conditions.In these experiments,the vibration signals were acquired by two accelerometers mounted on the spindle house.The experimental results showed that the proposed SC could effectively recognize chatter vibration at an early stage of chatter vibration,which saved valuable time for online chatter suppression.JIA GuangFei WU Bo HU YouMin XIE FengYun LIU Ao 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,11:3
2Three novel photoisomeric compounds of the 4-acyl pyrazolone derivants: Crystal structures and substituent effects on photo-isomerism in solid state显示文摘Three new photoisomeric compounds: 1,3-diphenyl-4-benzal-5-pyrazolone 4-methylthiosemicarbazone (DPBP-MTSC), 1,3-diphenyl-4-(4′-methylbenzal)-5-pyrazolone 4-methylthiosemicarbazone (DP4MBP- MTSC), and 1,3-diphenyl-4-(4′-bromobenzal)-5-pyrazolone 4-methylthiosemicarbazone (DP4BrBP-MTSC) were synthesized by direct condensation of pyrazolones and 4-methylthiosemicarbazone. Their struc- tures were confirmed using 1H NMR, IR, elemental analyses, and X-ray crystallographic analyses. The photoisomeric properties in the solid state were studied under UV light irradiation and the photo- isomerization phenomena were interpreted by the double proton-transfer mechanism. 4A Noise Reduction Method for Multiple Signals Combining Computed Order Tracking Based on Chirplet Path Pursuit and Distributed Compressed Sensing显示文摘With the development of multi-signal monitoring technology,the research on multiple signal analysis and processing has become a hot subject.Mechanical equipment often works under variable working conditions,and the acquired vibration signals are often non-stationary and nonlinear,which are difficult to be processed by traditional analysis methods.In order to solve the noise reduction problem of multiple signals under variable speed,a COT-DCS method combining the Computed Order Tracking(COT)based on Chirplet Path Pursuit(CPP)and Distributed Compressed Sensing(DCS)is proposed.Firstly,the instantaneous frequency(IF)is extracted by CPP,and the speed is obtained by fitting.Then,the speed is used for equal angle sampling of time-domain signals,and angle-domain signals are obtained by COT without a tachometer to eliminate the nonstationarity,and the angledomain signals are compressed and reconstructed by DCS to achieve noise reduction of multiple signals.The accuracy of the CPP method is verified by simulated,experimental signals and compared with some existing IF extraction methods.The COT method also shows good signal stabilization ability through simulation and experiment.Finally,combined with the comparative test of the other two algorithms and four noise reduction effect indicators,the COT-DCS based on the CPP method combines the advantages of the two algorithms and has better noise reduction effect and stability.It is shown that this method is an effective multi-signal noise reduction method.Guangfei Jia Fengwei Guo Zhe Wu Suxiao Cui Jiajun Yang 2023Structural Durability & Health Monitoring2023,17,5:0
