| 2 | Flow characteristics of mixed particles with a simulated cold state in moving bed reactor显示文摘The funnel flow of high-temperature circulating ash and coal in moving bed with height restrictions directly influences the efficiency of coal pyrolysis and scale-up design of reactor.It is one of the technical bottlenecks in the use of moving bed.In order to provide data support for the particle flow and pyrolysis model close to the actual working conditions in the future,this study describes the flow characteristics of solid-solid mixed particles in a cold two-dimensional moving bed.The results indicate that flow char-acteristics of mixed particles in the quartz sand-coal system are better than those in the cold circulating ash-coal system.The optimized conditions were obtained,the insert half angle is 20° and a heat carrier to coal ratio of 6:1.As the mixture progressed downstream,secondary separation of the heat carrier and coal become apparent.Furthermore,mixture residence time has been investigated to explore the relationship between regional residence time and to predict accurately the actual pyrolysis progress in pyrolyzer. | Yaqing Zhang Jialong Zhu Peng Liang Tiantian Jiao Xiangping Li | 2022 | Particuology2022,,12: | 1 |

| 4 | A novel and low-toxic peptide DR3penA alleviates pulmonary fibrosis by regulating the MAPK/miR-23b-5p/AQP5 signaling axis显示文摘Pulmonary fibrosis(PF)is a pathological change caused by repeated injuries and repair dysfunction of the alveolar epithelium.Our previous study revealed that the residues Asn3 and Asn4 of peptide DR8(DHNNPQIR-NH_(2))could be modified to improve stability and antifibrotic activity,and the unnatural hydrophobic amino acids a-(4-pentenyl)-Ala and D-Ala were considered in this study.DR3penA(DHa-(4-pentenyl)-ANPQIR-NH_(2))was verified to have a longer half-life in serum and to significantly inhibit oxidative damage,epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)and fibrogenesis in vitro and in vivo.Moreover,DR3penA has a dosage advantage over pirfenidone through the conversion of drug bioavailability under different routes of administration.A mechanistic study revealed that DR3penA increased the expression of aquaporin 5(AQP5)by inhibiting the upregulation of miR-23b-5p and the mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)pathway,indicating that DR3penA may alleviate PF by regulating MAPK/miR-23b-5p/AQP5.Safety evaluation showed that DR3penA is a peptide drug without obvious toxicity or acute side effects and has significantly improved safety compared to DR8.Thus,our findings suggest that DR3penA,as a novel and low-toxic peptide,has the potential to be a leading compound for PF therapy,which provides a foundation for the development of peptide drugs for fibrosis-related diseases. | Dan Wang Bochuan Deng Lu Cheng Jieru Li Jiao Zhang Xiang Zhang Xiaomin Guo Tiantian Yan Xin Yue Yingying An Bangzhi Zhang Wenle Yang Junqiu Xie Rui Wang | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,2: | 0 |

| 6 | An injectable bioactive dressing based on platelet-rich plasma and nanoclay:Sustained release of deferoxamine to accelerate chronic wound healing显示文摘Delayed diabetic wound healing has placed an enormous burden on society.The key factors limiting wound healing include unresolved inflammation and impaired angiogenesis.Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)gel,a popular biomaterial in the field of regeneration,has limited applications due to its non-injectable properties and rapid release and degradation of growth factors.Here,we prepared an injectable hydrogel(DPLG)based on PRP and laponite by a simple one-step mixing method.Taking advantages of the non-covalent interactions,DPLG could overcome the limitations of PRP gels,which is injectable to fill irregular injures and could serve as a local drug reservoir to achieve the sustained release of growth factors in PRP and deferoxamine(an angiogenesis promoter).DPLG has an excellent ability in accelerating wound healing by promoting macrophage polarization and angiogenesis in a full-thickness skin defect model in typeⅠdiabetic rats and normal rats.Taken together,this study may provide the ingenious and simple bioactive wound dressing with a superior ability to promote wound healing. | Jiao Zhang Qian Luo Qian Hu Tiantian Zhang Jingyu Shi Li Kong Dehao Fu Conglian Yang Zhiping Zhang | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,10: | 0 |
