1Dynamic route guidance algorithm based onartificial immune system显示文摘To improve the performance of the K-shortest paths search in intelligent traffic guidance systems,this paper proposes an optimal search algorithm based on the intelligent optimization search theory and the metaphor mechanism of vertebrate immune systems.This algorithm,applied to the urban traffic network model established by the node-expanding method,can expediently realize K-shortest paths search in the urban traffic guidance systems.Because of the immune memory and global parallel search ability from artificial immune systems,K shortest paths can be found without any repeat,which indicates evidently the superiority of the algorithm to the conventional ones.Not only does it perform a better parallelism,the algorithm also prevents premature phenomenon that often occurs in genetic algorithms.Thus,it is especially suitable for real-time requirement of the traffic guidance system and other engineering optimal applications.A case study verifies the efficiency and the practicability of the algorithm aforementioned.Licai YANG Jie LIN Dewei WANG Lei JIA 2007控制理论与应用(英文版)2007,5,4:7
2Monitoring the Expression of Maize Genes in Developing Kernels under Droug ht Stress usingOligo-microarray显示文摘Preharvest aflatoxin contamination of grain grown on the US southeastern Coast Plain is provoked and aggravated by abiotic stress. The primary abiotic stress is drought along with high temperatures. The objectives of the present study were to monitor gene expression in developing kernels in response to drought stress and to identify drought-responsive genes for possible use in germplasm assessment. The maize breeding line Tex6 was used, and gene expression profiles were analyzed in developing kernels under drought stress verses well-watered conditions at the stages of 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 d after pollination (DAP) using the 70 mer maize oligo-arrays. A total of 9 573 positive array spots were detected with unique gene IDs, and 7 988 were common in both stressed and well-watered samples. Expression patterns of some genes in several stress response-associated pathways, including abscisic acid, jasmonic acid and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, were examined, and these specific genes were responsive to drought stress positively. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction validated microarray expression data. The comparison between Tex6 and B73 revealed that there were significant differences in specific gene expression, patterns and levels. 8Technical strategies for effective development and gas recovery enhancement of a large tight gas field: A case study of Sulige gas field, Ordos Basin, NW China显示文摘Based on the analysis of influencing factors of tight gas recovery and reservoir geological characteristics, the types of remaining tight gas reserves in the Sulige gas field are summarized from the perspective of residual gas genesis to estimate residual gas reserves of different types and provide corresponding technical strategies for enhancing gas recovery. The residual gas reserves in the Sulige gas field can be divided into four types: well pattern uncontrollable, horizontal well missing, imperfect perforation, blocking zone in composite sandbodies. Among them, the uncontrolled remaining gas of well pattern and blocking zone in composite sandbodies are the main body for tapping potential and improving recovery factor, and well pattern infilling adjustment is the main means. Taking into account reservoir geological characteristics, production dynamic response and economic benefit requirements, four methods for infilling vertical well pattern, i.e., quantitative geological model method, dynamic controlled range of gas well method, production interference method and economic and technical index evaluation method, as well as a design method of combined vertical well pattern with horizontal well pattern are established. Under certain economic and technological conditions, the reasonable well pattern density of enrichment zone of gas field is proved to be 4 wells per square kilometers, which can increase the recovery rate of the gas field from 32% to about 50%. Meanwhile, five matching techniques for enhancing gas recovery aimed at interlayer undeveloped residual gas have been formed, including tapping potential of old wells, technological technology optimizing of new wells, rational production system optimizing, drainage and gas producing, and reducing waste production, which could increase the recovery rate for 5% based on well pattern infilling. 9A Deep Reinforcement Learning Bidding Algorithm on Electricity Market显示文摘In this paper,we design a new bidding algorithm by employing a deep reinforcement learning approach.Firms use the proposed algorithm to estimate conjectural variation of the other firms and then employ this variable to generate the optimal bidding strategy so as to pursue maximal profits.With this algorithm,electricity generation firms can improve the accuracy of conjectural variations of competitors by dynamically learning in an electricity market with incomplete information.Electricity market will reach an equilibrium point when electricity firms adopt the proposed bidding algorithm for a repeated game of power trading.The simulation examples illustrate the overall energy efficiency of power network will increase by 9.90%as the market clearing price decreasing when all companies use the algorithm.The simulation examples also show that the power demand elasticity has a positive effect on the convergence of learning process.JIA Shuai GAN Zhongxue XI Yugeng LI Dewei XUE Shibei WANG Limin 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,5:0
10Improved Computational Model of Grid Cells Based on Column Structure显示文摘To simulate the firing pattern of biological grid cells,this paper presents an improved computational model of grid cells based on column structure.In this model,the displacement along different directions is processed by modulus operation,and the obtained remainder is associated with firing rate of grid cell.Compared with the original model,the improved parts include that:the base of modulus operation is changed,and the firing rate in firing field is encoded by Gaussian-like function.Simulation validates that the firing pattern generated by the improved computational model is more consistent with biological characteristic than original model.Besides,the firing pattern is badly influenced by the cumulative positioning error,but the computational model can also generate the regularly hexagonal firing pattern when the real-time positioning results are modified.Yang Zhou Dewei Wu Weilong Li Jia Du 2016Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2016,23,3:0
