1Prevalence of HPV Infection And Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia And Attitudes towards HPV Vaccination among Chinese Women Aged 18-25 in Jiangsu Province显示文摘Objective:Few data are available on the epidemiology of HPV and cervical cancer among Chinese women younger than 25 years old.This study aimed to estimate the HPV infection rate and the prevalence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) in women aged 18-25,as well as their knowledge of and attitudes towards HPV vaccination.Methods:A population-based cervical cancer screening study was conducted on women aged 18-25 in Jiangsu province in 2008.Participants provided socio-demographic,reproductive and behavioral information and completed a survey about their knowledge of and attitudes towards HPV vaccination.Women then underwent a gynecologic exam to provide two cervical exfoliated cell samples for high risk HPV DNA testing and liquid-based cytology(LBC) as well as visual inspection with acetic acid(VIA).Women testing positive for any test were referred to colposcopy and biopsy.The gold standard for diagnosis of cervical lesions was directed or random biopsies.Results:Within the sample of 316 women,3.4% of them were diagnosed with CIN grade 2 or worse lesions and 17.1% were found to be positive for HPV DNA.Among these young women,extra-marital sexual behavior of them(OR=2.0,95%CI:1.1-3.8) or their husbands(OR=2.6,95%:1.4-4.7) were associated with an increased risk of HPV positivity.Although overall HPV awareness was low,after a brief educational intervention,98.4% reported they would electively receive HPV vaccination and would also recommend that their daughters be vaccinated.However,most urban and rural women reported their ideal maximum out-of-pocket contribution for HPV vaccination to be less than 500 RMB and 50-100 RMB,respectively.Conclusion:Our study indicates cervical disease burden is relatively high among sampled Chinese women aged 18-25.Appropriate educational interventions for female adolescents and strategies to subsidize vaccine costs are definitely needed to ensure the effectiveness of vaccination campaigns in China.Shang-ying Hu Ying Hong Fang-hui Zhao Adam K. 3Atomically dispersed Au_1 catalyst towards efficient electrochemical synthesis of ammonia显示文摘Tremendous efforts have been devoted to explore energy-efficient strategies of ammonia synthesis to replace Haber–Bosch process which accounts for 1.4% of the annual energy consumption. In this study,atomically dispersed Au_1 catalyst is synthesized and applied in electrochemical synthesis of ammonia under ambient conditions. A high NH_4^+ Faradaic efficiency of 11.1% achieved by our Au_1 catalyst surpasses most of reported catalysts under comparable conditions. Benefiting from efficient atom utilization, an NH_4^+ yield rate of 1,305 lg h^(-1) mg_(Au)^(-1) has been reached, which is roughly 22.5 times as high as that by supported Au nanoparticles. We also demonstrate that by employing our Au_1 catalyst, NH4+can be electrochemically produced directly from N_2 and H_2 with an energy utilization rate of 4.02 mmol kJ^(-1). 4Comparison of Undernutrition Prevalence of Children under 5 Years in China between 2002 and 2013显示文摘Objective To describe the undernutrition status of children under 5-year in China, and study the trend between 2002 and 2013. Methods The study was based on two national surveys. Undernutrition was determined against WHO's 2006 growth standards. The prevalence in 2013 and 2002 was weighted by China sixth National Population Census(2010). The relationship between undernutrition and gender/age groups/different areas use weighted logistic regression. Results The results indicated the overall prevalence of stunting, underweight, and wasting of Chinese children under 5-year was 8.1%, 2.4%, and 1.9% in 2013, respectively. The prevalence of stunting was higher for children aged 12-47 month, while underweight was higher for children aged 48-59 month. The prevalence of undernutrition was higher in rural areas than in urban areas, especially in poor rural areas. There was a decline of stunting, underweight, and wasting between 2002 and 2013 among the children, with greater reduction in rural areas than in urban areas. Conclusion The prevalence of undernutrition of children under 5-year remains high in rural areas especially in poor rural areas in China. 9FeTe1-xSex monolayer films: towards the realization of high-temperature connate topological superconductivity显示文摘We performed angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy studies on a series of FeTe_(1-x)Se_x monolayer films grown on Sr TiO_3.The superconductivity of the films is robust and rather insensitive to the variations of the band position and effective mass caused by the substitution of Se by Te.However,the band gap between the electron-and hole-like bands at the Brillouin zone center decreases towards band inversion and parity exchange,which drive the system to a nontrivial topological state predicted by theoretical calculations.Our results provide a clear experimental indication that the FeTe_(1-x)Se_x monolayer materials are high-temperature connate topological superconductors in which band topology and superconductivity are integrated intrinsically.Xun Shi Zhi-Qing Han Pierre Richard Xian-Xin Wu Xi-Liang Peng Tian Qian Shan-Cai Wang Jiang-Ping Hu Yu-Jie Sun Hong Ding 2017Science Bulletin2017,62,7:6
10Molecular dynamics simulation of injection of polyethylene fluid in a variable cross-section nano-channel显示文摘Numerical simulation of injection of polyethylene fluid in a variable cross-section nano-channel was carried out using the molecular dynamics method.The effects of the nano-channel cross-section and the external force on the rheological behavior and structural properties of the polyethylene fluid were investigated.It was found that an absorbed layer appeared near the wall and the thickness of the absorbed layer increased with increasing cone angle of the nano-channel.The injection distance of the polyethylene fluid decreased with increasing cone angle and decreasing external force.In the nano-channel with cone angle 45°,polyethylene particles uniformly filled the whole channel and were stretched along the flow direction.Uniaxial stretching of particles was enhanced when the external force was strengthened,which facilitates injection of the polyethylene fluid into the nano-channel.FENG Jie LIAO Qiang ZHU Xun WU Rui WANG Hong DING YuDong YASHIRO Kisaragi 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,17:5

15Characterization of four hemocyanin isoforms in Litopenaeus vannamei显示文摘In this study, the gene encoding hemocyanin subunit L, Lv Hc L, was cloned from Litopenaeus vannamei and the genomic organization was characterized. This gene was diverse with many SNPs and also had at least four isoforms, while one of them(Lv Hc L4) only had two exons and the exon2 was missed. Transcription analysis showed that these isoforms of Lv Hc L were up-regulated after WSSV challenge in WSSV-resistant shrimp, while the transcriptions were decreased constantly in WSSV-susceptible shrimp. It is suggested that the hemocyanin had rich polymorphism and was involved in the antiviral response. 16Exposing Cu-rich {110} active facets in PtCu nanostars for boosting electrochemical performance toward multiple liquid fuels electrooxidation显示文摘In catalysis,tuning the structural composition of the metal alloy is known as an efficient way to optimize the catalytic activity.This work presents the synthesis of compositional segregated six-armed PtCu nanostars via a facile solvothermal method and their distinct composition-structure-dependent performances in electrooxidation processes.The alloy is shown to have a unique six arms with a Cu-rich dodecahedral core,mainly composed of {110} facets and exhibit superior catalytic activity toward alcohols electrooxidation compared to the hollow counterpart where Cu was selectively etched.Density functional theory (DFT) calculations suggest that the formation of hydroxyl intermediate (OH^*) is crucial to detoxify CO poisoning during the electrooxidation processes.The addition of Cu is found to effectively adjust the d band location of the alloy catalyst and thus enhance the formation of ^*OH intermediate from water splitting,which decreases the coverage of ^*CO intermediate.Our work demonstrates that the unique compositional anisotropy in alloy catalyst may boost their applications in electrocatalysis and provides a methodology for the design of this type catalyst.Liping Huang Wei Zhang Peng Li Yongbo Song Hongting Sheng Yuanxin Du Yang-Gang Wang Yuen Wu Xun Hong Yanhuai Ding Xiaoyou Yuan Manzhou Zhu 2019Nano Research2019,12,5:4

18Effect of pyrophosphate on the light scatter in KDP crystal显示文摘Pyrophosphate doped potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) crystal was grown from aqueous solution by the temperature lowering method. Light scatter in KDP crystal was detected with the ultramicroscopic method. The light scatter in KDP crystal was aggravated when pyro-phosphate was doped into the growth solution, which was distributed ununiformly in prism and pyramidal sectors of KDP crystal. Different effects of pyrophosphate on prism and pyramidal sectors of KDP crystal can explain this case. 19Application of spline wavelet transform in differential of electroanalytical signal显示文摘Investigating characteristics of spline wavelet, we found that if the two-order spline function, the derivative function of the three-order B spline function, is used as the wavelet base function, the spline wavelet transform has both the property of denoising and that of differential. As a result, the relation between the spline wavelet transform and the differential was studied in theory. Experimental results show that the spline wavelet transform can well be applied to the differential of the electroanalytical signal. Compared with other kinds of wavelet transform, the spline wavelet transform has a characteristic of differential. Compared with the digital differentia] and simulative differential with electronic circuit, the spline wavelet transform not only can carry out denoising and differential for a signal, but also has the advantages of simple operation and small quantity of calculation, because step length, RC constant and other kinds of parameters need not be selected.
