| 1 | Mechanical Properties Prediction of the Mechanical Clinching Joints Based on Genetic Algorithm and BP Neural Network显示文摘For optimal design of mechanical clinching steel-aluminum joints, the back propagation(BP) neural network is used to research the mapping relationship between joining technique parameters including sheet thickness, sheet hardness, joint bottom diameter etc., and mechanical properties of shearing and peeling in order to investigate joining technology between various material plates in the steel-aluminum hybrid structure car body.Genetic algorithm(GA) is adopted to optimize the back-propagation neural network connection weights.The training and validating samples are made by the BTM? Tog-L-Loc system with different technologic parameters.The training samples' parameters and the corresponding joints' mechanical properties are supplied to the artificial neural network(ANN) for training.The validating samples' experimental data is used for checking up the prediction outputs.The calculation results show that GA can improve the model's prediction precision and generalization ability of BP neural network.The comparative analysis between the experimental data and the prediction outputs shows that ANN prediction models after training can effectively predict the mechanical properties of mechanical clinching joints and prove the feasibility and reliability of the intelligent neural networks system when used in the mechanical properties prediction of mechanical clinching joints.The prediction results can be used for a reference in the design of mechanical clinching steel-aluminum joints. | LONG Jiangqi LAN Fengchong CHEN Jiqing YU Ping | 2009 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2009,22,1: | 22 |

| 3 | One-step anti-superbug finishing of cotton textiles with dopamine-menthol显示文摘In this work,the one-step stereochemical antimicrobial finishing of cotton textiles(CT)was achieved by the oxidative copolymerization of a dopamine-menthol derivative(DAM)and dopamine(DA).The obtained DAM-modified CT(P(DAM-co-DA)-CT)exhibited broad-spectrum microbial anti-adhesion properties against bacteria(E.coli and P.aeruginosa),including superbugs(MRSA and VREF),and fungi(A.niger,A.flavus,M.racemosus and P.chrysogenum).Because of its unique stereochemical antimicrobial mechanism,the obtained P(DAM-co-DA)-CT is a non-releasing antimicrobial material that causes no skin sensitization and exhibits good biocompatibility.The coating was also found to enhance the UVresistant and mechanical properties of the CT.Furthermore,it displayed durable washing fastness and antimicrobial properties after the endurance of 30 laundering cycles.The observed achievements provide a broader understanding of stereochemical antimicrobial surfaces and endow this method with wider applications. | Jiangqi Xu Zixu Xie Fanglin Du Xing Wang | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,10: | 2 |

Moreover, the XRD patterns and photoluminescence spectra were recorded and the effects of Tb3+ and Ce3+ concentration on the luminescent properties of as-synthesized phosphors were investigated. The emission spectra under ultraviolet light(333 nm) radiation showed a dominant peak at 542 nm attributed to the 5D4→7F5 transition of Tb3+, which was enhanced significantly(about 45 times) by the co-doping of Ce3+, indicating that there occurred an efficient energy transfer from Ce3+ to Tb3+. | 20 | Effects of Plant Community Type on Soil Methane Flux in Semiarid Loess Hilly Region,Central Gansu Province,China显示文摘Methane(CH_(4))is an important greenhouse gas second only to CO_(2)in terms of its greenhouse effect.Vegetation plays an important role in controlling soil CH_(4)fluxes,but the spatial variability of soil CH_(4)fluxes during vegetation restoration in Loess Hilly Region(LHR)is not fully understood.The effects of different plant community types[Medicago sativa grassland(MS);Xanthoceras sorbifolium forestland(XS);Caragana korshinskii bushland(CK);Hippophae rhamnoides shrubland(HR);and Stipa bungeana grassland(SB)]on soil CH_(4)flux in LHR were studied via the static chamber technique.The results showed that the five plant community types were sinks of soil CH_(4)in LHR,the plant community type significantly affected the soil CH_(4)flux,and the average CH_(4)uptake from high to low was in SB,HR,CK,MS,and XS.During the whole study period,the soil CH_(4)flux showed similar interannual variation.The maximum absorption of soil CH_(4)appeared in the growing season,while the minimum appeared in winter.Soil CH_(4)uptake was positively correlated with soil temperature and soil moisture.Soil temperature and moisture are important controlling factors for the temporal variability of soil CH_(4)flux.In LHR,the Stipa bungeana grassland is the more suitable plant community type for reducing soil CH_(4)emissions.In the process of vegetation restoration in LHR,the soil CH_(4)absorption potential of different plant community types should be considered,ecological benefits should be taken into account,and vegetation more suitable for mitigating the greenhouse effect should be selected. | Chuanjie YANG Guang LI Lijuan YAN Weiwei MA Jiangqi WU Yan TAN Shuainan LIU Shikang ZHANG | 2022 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2022,39,8: | 1 |
