2Capture-Release Strategy Facilitates Rapid Enzymatic Assembly of Oligosaccharides显示文摘A convenient and highly efficient strategy was developed for the simplification of enzymatic synthesis and purification of oligosaccharides.Glycosyl acceptors terminated with a thiol tag were extended by enzymatic modular assembly(EMA)in the aqueous phase,and the desired products were captured during solid-phase workup(SPW)using commercially available thiopropyl Sepharose 6B resin through a reversible disulfide linkage.Finally,the products were released from solid-phase resin in the presence of dithio-threitol(DTT)as reducing agent and the resin could be recovered and reused.This strategy overcomes the uncertain influence of polymer-or ionic-supports commonly used in enzymatic glycosylation,and showed perfect compatibility with all 10 enzyme modules for the rapid assembly of a series of complex oligosaccharides.Wenyuan Fang Kan Zhong Jiansong Cheng Xian-Wei Liu Chang-Cheng Liu Zhongfu Wang Hongzhi Cao 2022Chinese Journal of Chemistry2022,40,3:0
3Precision interventional radiology显示文摘The recent interest in precision medicine among interventionists has led to the establishment of the concept of precision interventional radiology(PIR).This concept focuses not only on the accuracy of interventional operations using traditional image-guided techniques,but also on the comprehensive evaluation of diseases.The invisible features extracted from CT,MRI,or US improve the accuracy and specificity of diagnosis.The integration of multi-omics and molecule imaging provides more information for interventional operations.The development and application of drugs,embolic materials,and devices broaden the concept of PIR.Integrating medicine and engineering brings new image-guided techniques that increase the efficacy of interventional operations while reducing the complications of interventional treatment.In all,PIR,an important part of precision medicine,emphasizing the whole disease management process,including precision diagnosis,comprehensive evaluation,and interventional therapy,maximizes the benefits of patients with limited damage.Jiansong Ji Shiji Fang Minjiang chen Liyun zheng Weiqian Chen Zhongwei Zhao Yongde Cheng 2021Journal of Interventional Medicine2021,4,4:0
