1Theoretical mean-variance relationship of IP network traffic based on ON/OFF model显示文摘Mean-variance relationship (MVR),nowadays agreed in power law form,is an important function. It is currently used by traffic matrix estimation as a basic statistical assumption. Because all the existing papers obtain MVR only through empirical ways,they cannot provide theoretical support to power law MVR or the definition of its power exponent. Furthermore,because of the lack of theoretical model,all traffic matrix estimation methods based on MVR have not been theoretically supported yet. By observing both our laboratory and campus network for more than one year,we find that such an empirical MVR is not sufficient to describe actual network traffic. In this paper,we derive a theoretical MVR from ON/OFF model. Then we prove that current empirical power law MVR is generally reasonable by the fact that it is an approximate form of theoretical MVR under specific precondition,which can theoretically support those traffic matrix estimation algorithms of using MVR. 2Multi-microgrid Energy Management Systems: Architecture, Communication, and Scheduling Strategies显示文摘The increasing penetration of various distributed and renewable energy resources at the consumption premises,along with the advanced metering,control and communication technologies,promotes a transition on the structure of traditional distribution systems towards cyber-physical multi-microgrids(MMGs).The networked MMG system is an interconnected cluster of distributed generators,energy storage as well as controllable loads in a distribution system.And its operation complexity can be decomposed to decrease the burdens of communi-cation and control with a decentralized framework.Consequently,the multi-microgrid energy management system(MIVIGEIV1S)plays a significant role in improving energy efficiency,power quality and reliability of distribution systems,especially in enhancing system resiliency during contingencies.A comprehensive overview on typical functionalities and architectures of MMGEMS is illustrated.Then,the emerging communication technologies for information monitoring and interaction among MMG clusters are surveyed.Furthermore,various energy scheduling and control strategies of MMGs for interactive energy trading,multi-energy management,and resilient operations are thoroughly analyzed and investigated.Lastly,some challenges with great importance in the future research are presented.Bin Zhou Jianting Zou Chi Yung Chung Huaizhi Wang Nian Liu Nikolai Voropai Daosen Xu 2021Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,3:8
3Evolution of Microstructure and Mechanical Property during Long-Term Aging in Udimet 720Li显示文摘Thermal stabilities of microstructure and mechanical property have been investigated on super- alloy U72OLi, which is of great interest of application for jet engine and land-based turbine disc. The results showed that, the primary and secondary γ’?particles maintain good thermal stability at 650 and 7000C with aging time up to 3000 h, while the tertiary γ’?is apparently dependent on aging temperature and time. The tertiary γ’?particles undergo a procedure of coarsening, dissolution and eventually complete disappearance with the increasing of aging time and temper- ature. They exhibit unusual high sensibility upon aging temperature, which is attributed to the lattice misfit between the γ’?precipitates and the matrix in the alloy. The grain boundary phase M23C6 remains stable without forming of sigma phase even with aging time up to 3000 h at 700℃. Microhardness decreases apparently with increasing aging time and aging temperature. 5An artificial chromosome for data storage显示文摘DNA digital storage provides an alternative for information storage with high density and long-term stability.Here,we report the de novo design and synthesis of an artificial chromosome that encodes two pictures and a video clip.The encoding paradigm utilizing the superposition of sparsified error correction codewords and pseudo-random sequences tolerates base insertions/deletions and is well suited to error-prone nanopore sequencing for data retrieval.The entire 254 kb sequence was 95.27%occupied by encoded data.The Transformation-Associated Recombination method was used in the construction of this chromosome from DNA fragments and necessary autonomous replication sequences.The stability was demonstrated by transmitting the data-carrying chromosome to the 100 th generation.This study demonstrates a data storage method using encoded artificial chromosomes via in vivo assembly for write-once and stable replication for multiple retrievals,similar to a compact disc,with potential in economically massive data distribution.Weigang Chen Mingzhe Han Jianting Zhou Qi Ge Panpan Wang Xinchen Zhang Siyu Zhu Lifu Song Yingjin Yuan 2021National Science Review2021,8,5:3
6Effect of hot isostatic pressing on microstructure of cast gas-turbine vanes of K452 alloy显示文摘The effect of hot isostatic pressing(HIP) treatment on microstructure of gas-turbine vanes made of K452 alloy was investigated by OM,SEM and TEM. The results showed that HIP treatment played a great role in the porosity healing processing, where 80% of porosities were eliminated and the diameter of remnant porosities decreased to 10 μm. The healing mechanism of the porosities was consistent with existing theories of porosity closure based on vacancy diffusion. According to the result of the tensile test, the plasticity of the alloy was improved as the result of the elimination of the porosities and the improvement of dendritic segregation, while there was not an obvious improvement in the tensile strength after the programmed HIP process. 8Alignment control for a long span urban rail-transit cable-stayed bridge considering dynamic train loads显示文摘In this paper, bridge alignment control with considering dynamic train loads was experimentally and theoretically investigated.Analytical process of bridge dynamics and the self-adaptive Kalman filter bridge alignment control method with considering the dynamic train loads were briefly introduced. The static measurement, the dynamic test, the field alignment measurement as well as the finite element analysis(FEA) of the second longest rail transit cable-stayed bridge in the world were carried out.Based on the results, the train dynamic load effect on the bridge alignment was obtained quantitatively. Subsequently, alignment control of the rail transit bridge with considering this effect using a self-adaptive Kalman filter method was analyzed. The results show that:(a) the dynamic train loads have effects on alignment control of the bridge and therefore cannot be neglected;(b) the self-adaptive Kalman filter method is applicable and reliable for alignment control of bridges during construction. 9Formation Mechanism of NiAl/TiB_2 Nanocomposite by Mechanical Alloying Elemental Powders显示文摘A NiAl/TiB2 nanocomposite is synthesized by mechanical alloying elemental powders. Upon milling for a certain time, an abrupt exothermic reaction occurs and a large amount of NiAl and TiB2 compounds form simultaneously. It is suggested that two separate chemical reactions,i.e. Ni+Al →NiAl and Ti+2B→TiB2, are involved during the exothermic reaction. Additionof Ti and B to Ni-Al system impedes the structural evolution of Ni and Al powders and delays the abrupt reaction. The final products are equilibrium phases without any metastable phases formed. 14Microstructural Stability of a Multiphase Ni-25Al-15Cr (at. pct) Intermetallic Alloy显示文摘The microstructure of multiphase Ni-25Al-15Cr (at. pct) intermetallic alloy consists of dendritic arms (β-NiAl phase) and interdendritic regions (γ/γ’two phases) under homogenization followed by air cooling condition. Furnace cooling following homogenization does not significantly influence its microstructure. However, the effects of aging treatment on the microstructure strongly depend on cooling rates following homogenization. 15Thermal Stability of a New Ni-Fe-Cr Base Alloy with Different Ti/Al Ratios显示文摘Influence of Ti/Al ratios on the thermal stability of a new low cost Ni-Fe-Cr base wrought alloy,designed for application at 700℃ in advanced ultra-supercritical coal-fired power plants(700℃A-USC),was investigated both experimentally and thermodynamically. After standard heat treatment,the alloys with different Ti/Al ratios had the same microstructural characteristics. However,compared with the alloys with high Ti/Al ratio,the low Ti/Al ratio can increase the γ'-solvus temperature,decrease γ' coarsening rate and reduce the temperature range of η phase precipitation. For the alloys with low Ti/Al ratio,the yield strength has no obvious decrease during long-term thermal exposure at 700 and 750℃,but after thermal exposure at 750℃ for 5000 h,the yield strength of the alloys with high Ti/Al ratio obviously decreases due to the η phase precipitation. The influence of h phase on mechanical properties is related with its size. When the h phase is small,it has no obvious influence on mechanical properties,but h phase becomes the crack initiation site with the further growth of η phase. 17Exogenous artificial DNA forms chromatin structure with active transcription in yeast显示文摘Yeast artificial chromosomes(YACs) are important tools for sequencing,gene cloning,and transferring large quantities of genetic information.However,the structure and activity of YAC chromatin,as well as the unintended impacts of introducing foreign DNA sequences on DNA-associated biochemical events,have not been widely explored.Here,we showed that abundant genetic elements like TATA box and transcription factor-binding motifs occurred unintentionally in a previously reported datacarrying chromosome(d Chr).In addition,we used state-of-the-art sequencing technologies to comprehensively profile the genetic,epigenetic,transcriptional,and proteomic characteristics of the exogenous d Chr.We found that the data-carrying DNA formed active chromatin with high chromatin accessibility and H3K4 tri-methylation levels.The d Chr also displayed highly pervasive transcriptional ability and transcribed hundreds of noncoding RNAs.The results demonstrated that exogenous artificial chromosomes formed chromatin structures and did not remain as naked or loose plasmids.A better understanding of the YAC chromatin nature will improve our ability to design better data-storage chromosomes.Jianting Zhou Chao Zhang Ran Wei Mingzhe Han Songduo Wang Kaiguang Yang Lihua Zhang Weigang Chen Mingzhang Wen Cheng Li Wei Tao Ying-Jin Yuan 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,5:0
18A Facile Synthesis of Cerium Phosphate Nanofiber by Solution-solid Method显示文摘A solution-solid method is developed to construct cerium phosphate (CePO4) nanofibers. Tetraphosphoric acid formed the condensed linear polyphosphate (PnO3n+1)(n+2)- before reacting with cerium carbonate (Ce2(CO3)3) powder, which was favourable for one dimensional CePO4 nanofibers forming. The growth mechanism was proposed based on solution-solid process. 20Exploration of the oxidative-inflammatory potential targets of Coicis Semen in osteoarthritis:Data mining and systematic pharmacology显示文摘On the basis of data mining,systematic pharmacology,molecular docking,and experiment validation,the oxidative-inflammatory molecular targets of Coicis Semen in the therapy of osteoarthritis(OA)were explored.Methods:The association rule analysis was effectively applied to highlight the correlation between Coicis Semen and oxidative inflammation indices.The random walk model was subsequently used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Coicis Semen.Network pharmacology was used to predict network targets.The binding affinity of the active ingredient in Coicis Semen to the key target of OA was also successfully predicted.Results:Coicis Semen showed a significant reduction in oxidative-inflammatory indicators of OA.A total of 108 promising targets were predicted for the 24 bioactive compounds in Coicis Semen.Eight target genes were considered core target genes.The enrichment analysis predicts that Coicis Semen may activate the interleukin(IL)-17,mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),and nuclear factor kappa B(NF-kappa B)signaling pathways.Molecular docking demonstrated that stigmasterol,2-monoolein,sitosterol,and sitosterol alpha1 had free binding energies to oxidative and inflammatory targets(MAPK1,Estrogen Receptor 1[ESR1],and Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor Alpha[PPARA]).Both clinical trials and in vitro cell experiments revealed that Coicis Semen could increase ESR1 and PPAR-αlevels while decreasing MAPK1 levels.Conclusions:Coicis Semen has a remarkable anti-OA effect.Precisely,the major components of Coicis Semen,including stigmasterol,sitosterol alpha1,sitosterol,and 2-monoolein,specifically inhibit MAPK1,ESR1,and PPARA to reduce the inflammatory response and oxidative damage in OA.QIAO ZHOU JIAN LIU LING XIN YANYAN FANG LEI WAN DAN HUANG JIANTING WEN 2023BIOCELL2023,47,7:0
